FIFA introducing a new orange C in football on top of the red and yellow that we already have so what does this do see the orange card system was initially introduced in 2019 at Grassroots level football but now has been confirmed for professional football any player who’s shown an orange c will have to serice in then that is they’ll have to be sidelined for 10 minutes this c will be shown for descent as well as dangerous FS on one hand it’s a good measure for those FS which cannot be considered a red but are too bad for a yellow on the other hand if talking back to the referees and orange will have no idea where the line is drawn and how individual referees will react but then again it’s probably better to get an orange than a second yellow for apparently in the 31 leaks that this rule was tested in there was a 38% decrease in desent levels so FIFA are pretty happy with the rule G it probably won’t be introduced in the top five leagues yet but apparently the MLS could become the first major league to try it out what do you think of this change good or bad
