Aberdeen here we come!!!!

Our day starts of with a wet walk, with Nigel the German Shepard & Polly the Springer Spaniel. We then take a glorious visit to Aberdeen via the train with ScotRail, see the amazing architecture, Harbour and Union Square. Have a lovely meal in Pizza Express followed by a walk to the Aberdeen Science Centre. We also make a pit stop in the Aberdeen Maritime Museum.

we’re going to be out for a few hours of the day today and we’re going to take you along right where are we guys we’re on the road again you see them all I hope you can see them all cuz I can’t see we are going to where are we going Aline Aline Aline on the train on the choo Cho train so yeah we’re just approaching um Elgen train station now it’s miserable day it’s wet and just gray but it’s not really cold is it no no but we’ve all got our coats on so we’ll be fine we’re not made of paper and so we’ll see you when we’re maybe on the train so we’re on the train aren we someone sat in our seat wasn’t there but that’s it they Reserve aren’t they why you down there so off the aine we go eh yeah that was a bit embarrassing wasn’t it for you embarrassed but yeah I just have my tickets when I travel on the train with the children or what seats what changes I have the I have a screenshot of all the tickets just in case internet lets me down not not organized see guys mommy know but there we [Music] guys so that was another embarrassing moment wasn’t it we were sat there um in the uh exit gates there we were there and it took me about 3 hours to get the tickets up again we stood there and I said it’s not scanning the uh one of the workers came up and went oh yeah that’s no exit one so we stood there for about a minute going why ain’t it working next time we’re driving s just traveling by trade it’s too techn too much technology for me but here we are so we’re going to Union Square we’re going to have uh what is it using our Tesco Club card oh yeah Tesco Club Card vouchers we’re going to have Pizza Express and I think it’s in here so we’re going to have a little quite a marvelous building guys actually this is a big shopping complex loads of places up here to eat by the looks of things I thought piz was outside sorry yeah I thought so the only one we can’t see is the one we want so typical yeah the only one that we’ve chosen it’s shut all the others are open but no there’s another one that’s shut there I think it might be a little bit early it’s only half 11 isn’t it so we’ll have a little bimble about but yeah so that’s where we’re going to go so we found it guys Pizza Express oh look what they found a sweet store is it cream crispy creme Starbucks so good but yes the weather isn’t nice out there at the minute guys is it but this looks quite new I don’t know how new this is but fairly Posh looking so yeah we’re just waiting for Trace now finish toilet and then we go this is where we are Union Square m [Music] so we’re all sat down then aren’t we what you got you lovely hot shower oh hello Nigel you kept me up all night didn’t you him he in the night if he needs a toilet which isn’t very often it’s when he has like maybe a dodgy tummy or something he jumps on the bed and he literally I have a porw on each of my shoulder and he nudges my head like that with his nose don’t you you’re a good boy there for letting us know I’d much rather he did that than have an accident in the house to be fair very much so so how Pizza expressed bill for the five and bear in mind Emily and James had the kids menu which is $7.95 for a for for a three quter and we had we did get a couple of main um sides didn’t we which we probably wouldn’t have got but we had our Tesco Club Card vouchers so when you shop at Tesco you get Club card points which we tend to save yep and we use them for things like this or I think we did our RAC membership last year yeah yeah I Ed every year for the RAC as well um and and rail card yeah family and friend rail card for it so40 gave us £80 in vouchers good at math aren’t you thank you very much um so that gave us 80 in vouches um and our meal today was £88 um 8855 um so we ended up paying £8 for our meal we did obviously give them a bit bit of a tip as well yeah um but then as well so that was our so basically our lunch cost us £8 not including the tip um Science Museum what did you pay for the science museum £40 for the science museum okay so that was a bit more but there’s five of us remember yeah 40 4 no 38 I think some like 38 40 that’s not bad though is it and we could have stayed in there a lot longer but obviously we had a train to get back for yeah we also did stop at the thear time you’ve seen all SE so you stopped there as well that was free and then we went to boots now again boots I have one of those cards so every time I shop I get points points you get they convert points big prizes I think it’s I want to say a pound a point but I don’t use them because it’s not very often I go in boots when I go in there it’s for things I need um so I used my boots Advantage card for our snacks yeah and a lot of the the fruit tubs and things the kids have they’re all reduced cuz it was the end of the day so it can be if you’re a little bit Savvy about it yeah for I think all in all five Us train going to the Science Museum obviously went to the other Museum had dinner cost us £80 yeah it’s not too bad it’s something we don’t do very often it’s Easter holidays but yeah for 80 quid we did quite well I think yeah and to be fair we would have paid a fair bit in petrol wouldn’t we to get back it’s a nightmare it’s just it’s not the distance it’s just a nightmare of a road yeah taking us an hour either way each and then obviously parking parking that’s the that’s the big thing yeah but no it’s good yeah so it was good but oh gosh it’s so nice to be home and when we got home the kids all had a bowl of porridge each they’ve had a bedtime story and they all up which is a win-win so we’re going to we just stuck a jacket potato jacket Spud in one of the air fryers so we’re going to have that and just chill out for an hour before bed yeah nice good day yes hope you enjoy enjoy it I hope you
