Over three days adventure ultra cyclist Christian Orry rides from the German-Danish border to the northernmost city in Denmark, Skagen. He follows the entire west coast of the Danish peninsula, Jutland.

The 650-kilometer cycling adventure is completed with changing local people, each contributing with a unique knowledge of the areas and nature of the journey. From the Tønder marsh in the south to Thy National Park in the north. From moorland and majestic dunes to wind-blown fjords and the roaring North Sea.

The film is a cycling tale in some of Denmark’s most unique terrain, and explores the joys of nature and the various motives for loving cycling – especially the kind that takes place off-road.

  1. What a wonderful gravel adventure Christian. I usually ride only on roads here in Australia but your film inspires me to try gravel riding. I just need to get a suitable bike. If my wife lets me!

  2. We went to Legoland by car and rode up north through this area. It is simply amazing. I kept wishing I would have had my bike and let the family go ahead by car.

  3. I am playing with the idea of moving to Denmark and this is helping <3 lovely with the danish and the subtitles – thank you. love the weather and the lonely, spectacular beaches. great filming! lovely atmosphere. greetings from hamburg <3

  4. i don't understand speed / road cycling
so i'm never going to buy a gravel bike
i cycle offroad on a hard tail MTB, i'm not about speed, i'm about getting outdoors, a smoothe ride, smelling the roses…sunlight/vitamin D

  5. i knew cycling was going to be massive a decade ago but no one listens to me lol 🤣it is the perfect low impact holiday, tiny carbon footprint, kinder on the environment than travelling around on top of a dirty fossil fuel engine
