welcome everyone to the Unexplained disappearances Iceberg where we’ll be covering those disappearances that leave us with many more questions than answers the circumstances evolving these cases often have little to no clues at all and there’s still so many gaps in our knowledge about them with that in mind let’s get straight into the video now with the first entry Amelia aart Amelia aart one of the most famous American aviators was known for her collection of groundbreaking solo flights and Aviation records in 1937 though AAR embarked on an attempt to circumnavigate the globe however on July 2nd she and her Navigator friend Nunan disappeared over the Central Pacific Ocean near Howland Island art and nunan’s final flight took off from L New Guinea with the destination of Howland Island which was a tiny piece of land in the Pacific Ocean and was chosen first location as a refueling stop their plan was to fly a lock heed Electra 10e which had been specially modified with extra fuel tanks to extend its range for the long overwater flight the distance from Lei to Howland Island was about 2,556 Mi a direct flight over Uncharted and open ocean waters the United States Coast Guard Cutter itasa was stationed at Howland Island to support air heart’s flight by providing radio guidance and a smoke plume for visual navigation aart and nunan’s approach to Howland Island relied on time and distance calculations Celestial navigation and radio communication with itasa to find the island however a series of miscommunications navigational errors and technical difficulties with the aircraft’s radio equipment complicated the Final Approach air heart’s last radio transmission received by the atasa indicate that they were running low on fuel and could not locate the island she mentioned flying along a line of position a navigational technique used to determine a course based on Celestial observations but this was not sufficient to guide them to howand Island after this transmission all contact was lost the tasa began search operations immediately followed by larger search effort by United States Navy and Coast Guard the search covered an extensive area but failed to find any trace of arar Nunan or the Electra in the Years following The Disappearance numerous theories have been proposed regarding what happened to aart and Nunan the most widely accepted theory is that they ran out of fuel and ditched or crashed in the ocean near Holland Island other theor suggest that they may have landed on an inhabitated island and survived for a while were captured by Japanese forces in the Marshal Islands or even assumed new identities despite various Expeditions and investigations over the years no conclusive evidence has been found to determine the fate of arar and Nunan their disappearance remains one of the greatest unsolved mystery of the 20th century and maybe of all time TB Cooper DB Cooper is a pseudoname for an unidentified individual who hijacked Northwest orian Airlines flight 305 a boing 727 on November 24th 1971 this event is arguably the most famous mystery in American criminal history and the only unsolved case of Arab piracy in commercial Aviation on that day Cooper boarded the flight in Portland Oregon Bound for out of Washington mid-flight he handed a note to a flight attendant claiming he had a bomb and subsequently demanded 200,000 in Ransom four parachutes and a fuel truck standing by in Seattle to refill the plane for getaway once the plane landed in Seattle the hijacker exchanged a passenger safety for the ransom and parachutes he then instructed the crew to fly towards Mexico City specifically asking for the plane to be flown at a low altitude at a minimal air speed and with the landing gear down about 30 minutes after taking off from Seattle while flying over the rucked terrain of Southwestern Washington Cooper lowered the air staffs and parachuted into the night despite an extensive mana and a massive FBI investigation that lasted for 45 years the hijacker was never identified or apprehended the mysterious figure who identified himself as Dan Cooper only later mistakenly reported as steb Cooper Left Behind very few Clues a clip on tie a tie clip and a ransom no were among the scan evidence found on the plane in 1980 a boy found a decaying package containing 5,800 of the ransom money along the banks of the Columbia river which only deepened the mystery throughout the years the FBI pursued thousands of leads and considered over a thousand suspects among them were several plausible candidates including individuals with parachuting experience military backgrounds or even those who had a grudge against the airline or the federal government however none matched the evidence completely and the DNA samples obtained from the tie did not match any of the Prime suspects several theories have been proposed regarding Cooper’s Fai though some believe he didn’t survive the jump given the conditions and his apparent lack of proper skydiving gear others speculate that he did survive and managed to live out his life without detection the FBI has speculated that Cooper probably did not possess extensive skydiving knowledge pointing to his choice of a non-steerable military parachute and his decision to jump in adverse weathering conditions over a wooded area at night as indicators of his possible inexperience the case also prompted significant changes in Aviation Security though the hijacking was a major factor in the worldwide implementation of metal detectors at airports the creation of Passenger screening processes and the installation of a device known as the Cooper vein that prevents the lowering of aairs during flight on Boeing 727 aircraft despite the FBI formerly closing the case in 2016 setting the reallocation of resources to other priorities the legend of DB Cooper Still Remains alive meline mccan meline mcan’s disappearance on May 3rd 2007 bunch of theories investigations and stories that attempt to explain what happened to the men the lighthouse which was designed by David alen Stevenson and constructed between 1895 and 1899 was a Marvel of its time built to withstand the harsh conditions of the Scottish outer hites the construction effort was Monumental requiring all materials to be transported and hauled up to 45 M Cliffs directly from boats upon it completion the light house was equipped with a cable hauled Railway system designed to transport provisions and fuel up the Steep incline from The Landing areas to the lighthouse this system was indicative of its isolation and difficulty of accessing the lighthouse which was further compounded by the weather conditions typical of the region The Disappearance of the lighthouse Keepers though James dukot Thomas Marshall and Donald macarther was first signaled by the passing steamer arctor which sored absence of light in poor weather conditions the subsequent investigation launched after the delayed arrival of the relief vessel hesperis revealed a scene that suggested a sudden and mysterious departure the gate and door were closed the beds unmade and the ordinary life in tenot near Budapest until his departure for World War I in 1914 unveiled a horrifying secret he had married twice with two children from these unions and following The Disappearance of his second wife in 1912 he employed a housekeeper named Mrs Jac despite outward normaly kiss harbored a dark predilection for murder metac usly planning and executing the deaths of at least 23 women and one man whose bodies he attempted to preserve in metal drums filled with alcohol on his property the discovery of kiss’s crimes began with an intention by his landlord Martin krensky to renovate the house kiss had rented this led to the uncovering of several metal drums stored on his premises initially claimed by KISS to contain gasoline for anticipated War shortages the subsequent investigation by local authorities prompted by the false stench emanating from one of the punctured drums revealed the pickle remains of multiple victims unraveling the true extent of kiss’s activities further inquiry into kiss’s background showed a man deeply involved in occult practices and astrology with a secret room filled with literature on poisons and strangulation an extensive correspondence with numerous women whom he had defrauded and murdered kiss’s criminal activities seemed to stem from his interactions with women seeking matrimonial part ships seeking matrimonial Partnerships whom he targeted through newspaper advertisements by showing interest in marriage or offering fortunetelling Services kler his victims to his home where he would strangle them the drain and preserved bodies in his possession suggested a chilling efficiency and perhaps even a ritualistic component to his murders with puncture marks found under the next indicating a possible experimentation with with vampirism the outbreak of World War I provide kiss with the means to escape immediate suspicion as he was drafted into the military leaving its house and his gruesome contents in the care of his housekeeper it was only with the war’s disruption that the scope of his crimes came to light prompting a nationwide manun despite the urgency of the investigation kiss maned to elude capture reportedly by assuming the identity of a deceased Soldier subsequent sightings of Kiss including in a Serbian hospital and later within the ranks of the French Foreign Legion hinted at his continued evasion of Justice rumors of his presence in New York City in 1932 further confuse investigators though his ultimate fate remained a mystery mangani disappearances mangani the highest peak in Zimbabwe is surrounded by stories of unexplained disappearances locals Harbor a deep respect often fear for the mountains due to these incidents traditional beliefs among the Manaka people suggest a spiritual presence on the mountain may be responsible for taking individuals who failed to observe certain Customs or show disrespect toward the Mountain’s sacred nature in 1981 the mountains became the focus of a notable incident involving The Disappearance of two young girls Daughters of a government official despite extensive search efforts including the use of helicopters the girls were never found local L suggest their recovery could have been possible through traditional spiritual interventions which were not sought by their family another case involved an 8-year-old though he was informed that the defensive line was unresponsive a subsequent investigation revealed the position abandoned with any sign of struggle or conflict equipment re blined in place suggesting a sudden and unexplained departure of the soldier Witnesses including those station at the bridge nearby reported no movement or combat sounds that night this L to speculation on the fate of the Battalion theories ranged from mass murder or desertion he each presented complications crossing the bridge to surrender seemed unlikely as no such movements were observed and the Grim fate of the prisoners of War at the hands of Japanese were well known desertion while plausible given the circumstances of the war was ched though by the logistical probability of 3,000 soldiers disappearing without any trace or later Discovery in a region with limited cover and Japanese patrols other explanations ventured into more speculative things including Supernatural phenomenon and dimensional shifts despite these series though the lack of historical evidence and confirmation from reputable sources cast out on the very occurrence of this disappearance discrepancies in the dates and events surrounding the incident suggest it may be more myth than history with no substantial proof to support the existence of the Battalion or its mysterious fate Agatha Christie missing for 11 days on the across the United States months of Relentless searching eventually LED investigators to William cwell cultures a handyman found in Mississippi with a Boy Who Bore resemblance to Bobby despite walters’s insistence that the child was Bruce Anderson the son of Julia Anderson and not Bobby Dunbar the boy was taken from him Julia Anderson’s inability to afford legal representation played against her leading to a court ruling in favor of the dunar the child was then taken by Percy and Les Dunbar and raised as their own son Bobby the story though took a jamaic turn in 2004 when DNA testing revealed that the child who had been raised as Bobby Dunbar was not in fact a blood relative of the Dunbar family this relevation confirmed long celd suspicions and assertions by Julia Anderson that the child was indeed her son Bruce Anderson and not Bobby Dunbar the DNA results did not however shed light on the fate of the real Bobby Dunbar whose disappearance remains a mystery to this day the years leading up to and following the course decision Saul Juliet Anderson and William C halters fighting to prove their claims Walters accused and convicted of kidnapping would significant Milestone took place in leads where he filmed scenes of everyday life chusing his event’s ability to capture the fluidity of movement despite the potential of his work the prince’s contributions to the development of Cinema were cut short by his mysterious Disappearance in 1890 last seene boarding A Train to Paris from dejon on September 16 1890 he vanished Without a Trace his disappearance led to various theories including murder taking his own life and a secret life but no conclusive evidence has been found to explain what actually happened to him and in 1897 he was officially declared dead a photograph of John man resembling the prince found in Paris police archives in 2003 added another layer to the mystery though it didn’t provide closure the prince’s disappearance had profound implications for the recognition of his work and the development of cinema at the time of his disappearance he was on the verge of showcasing his motion picture camera in the United States a demonstration that could have solidified his place in history as a pioneer of cinematography instead Thomas Edison and the Lum brother others became more widely recognized for their contributions to the motion picture industry great mle air mystery the great mul air mystery revolves around The Disappearance of pilot Peter Gibbs on December 24th 1975 Gibbs a former Spitfire pilot in World War II and a professional musician post-war ventured on an unscheduled solo flight near Glenn for airfield on the aisle of mle Scotland his disappearance led to wpre Media tension and speculation despite an extensive search gibbs’s body was found 4 months later on a hillside near the Airfield with no trace of a plane the circumstances of how and why Gibbs ended up there remains unsolved though Gibbs had a distinguished background serving with number 41 Squadron RAF during World War I after the war he transitioned into a music career notably clashing with conductor Herbert von kajan during a tour with the Phil harmonia Orchestra Gibs his confrontational encounter with Von karajan led to his dismissal though from the orchestra Beyond his musical Endeavors Gibbs was passionate about flying regularly piloting since 1957 with over 2,000 hours of flight experience in December 1975 Gibbs alongside his girlfriend Felicity cranger visited the aisle of M with the intention of investing in a hotel they stated at the Glenn for a hotel which had its own air strip Glenn for Airfield Gibbs red the cesna F-1 15h for transportation despite his private pilot license having been expired on the evening of December 24th after dining at the hotel Gibbs decided on an improp to flight despite poor visibility and the air strip’s lack of lighting he took off never to be seen alive again subsequent search for Gibbs initially yielded no results it wasn’t until April 1976 that a local Shepherd discovered gibbs’s decomposed body on a hillside close to the Airfield the area had previously been searched making the discovery even more mysterious the postm morning examination did not clarify the the cause of death leading to the conclusion that Gibbs might have died from exposure the whereabouts of the CNA then remain mystery until claim surfaced in 1986 about its discovery of Oban however it wasn’t until 2004 that Naval mind sweepers identified plane wreckage under water near Oban thought to be gibbs’s Cessna despite this potential breakthrough the discovery did not provide insights into the circumstances surrounding gibbs’s last flight Jim Sullivan James for its Rarity in the Mystique surrounding Sullivan’s life and disappearance efforts to reissue Sullivan’s work and covered new details about disien have kept interest in his story alive Frederick valentic on the evening of October 21st 1978 Frederick valentic a 20-year-old Australian pilot embarked on what was supposed to be a routine training flight across the bass straet destined for King Island his journey began from morab in airport piloting assess night 1082 L registered dsj covering a distance of 125 nautical miles valentic with around 50 hours of flying time and a class 4 instrument reading which permitted night flights under visual meteorological conditions had aspirations of a career in aviation despite facing setbacks including failed attempts to join the Royal Australian Air Force and multiple failures in commercial pilot LIC examinations his fascination with UFOs as shared by his father might have played a role in The Mysterious circumstances surrounding his last flight it said that his fascination with UFOs as shared by his father might have played a role in The Mysterious circumstance suran’s last flight the flight’s narrative took a turn when valentic contacted Melborne Air Traffic Control at 7:06 p.m. reporting an unidentified aircraft shadowing him at about 4,500 ft despite air traffic controls Assurance of nknown traffic at the evolation vtic described encountering an aircraft with four bright Landing lights and a shiny metal surface accompanied by a green light this aircraft he claimed maneuvered above him and at times seemed to orbit around him the communication between valentic and the control tower grew increasingly alarming as he reported end in trouble this situation escalated when valentic asserted that the object was not an aircraft a statement followed by a series of unidentified matak scraping sounds marking the end of the transmission and effectively the last known sign of valentich and his aircraft the subsequent search and rescue operation span over 1,000 square miles but concluded on October 25th 1978 without any trace of Lage orain this led to a series of Investigations and speculations regarding the fate of the young pilot and the aircraft the discovery of an engine C flap on fanders island identified as belonging to a Cessna 182 within the range of serial numbers including Val’s plane years later in 1983 provide a tangible clue but did little to unravel the mystery several theories have been proposed to explain Valenti’s disappearance one suggests the possibility of Lent staging his own Vanishing leveraging the aircraft’s fuel capacity for distant Escape despite conflicting reports about location based on radar data and ious accounts another theory speculates that disorientation led ventage to fly upside down mistaking his own lights or Reflections from the water for another aircraft ultimately leading to a fatal crash this Theory though is challenged by the aircraft’s gravity-fed fuel system which would have stalled the engine in such an inverted position Alternatives like him taking his own life have been virtually dismissed based on assessments of Valenti’s mental state by professionals and acquaintances a more scientific explanation provided by experts in aviation and astronomy suggests that Valenti might have been caught in a graveyard spiral deceived by the illusion of a tilted Horizon this condition could have caused the rough ising Valen Valen reported as the aircraft entered a downward spiral with the pilot mistaking the bright planets Venus Mars and Mercury along with the star anes for other aircraft flights on the fridge of conventional explanations though youthful enthusiasts have talked about extr trusty involvement suggesting that valentic fell victim to an alien abduction or an encounter with an unidentified flying object supported by aous reports of unusual aial phenomenon on the night of his disappearance Tarico ter kico disappeared on September 20th 1988 near her home in bin New Mexico at the age of 19 this event marked the beginning of a mystery that has remained unsolved for over 3 decades on the morning of her disappearance parents kico embarked on her daily Bike Ride Along New Mexico State Road 47 a route she often took and was familiar with her mother Patty do who had previously accompanied her but stopped due to concerning encounter with a motorist advised kico to carry mace for protection Calico however chose not to on the day she vanished she informed her mother of her plans saying that if she had not returned by noon to come look for her as she had plans to play tennis with her boyfriend later the afternoon when caliko did not return at the designated time her mother began a search along calico’s usual bike crew but found no trace of her daughter the only clue to her potential rout or SLE were pieces of hery Walkman and a cassette tape found scattered along the road it speculated that kico might have dropped these items intentionally to Mark a trail or signal for help despite several people witnessing kico riding her bicycle that morning no one reported singer abduction however there were reports of a light colored pickup truck possibly a 1950 3 Ford with a camper shell that seemed to follow closely behind her the case took a turn though in June 1989 when a Polaroid photo of an identified young woman and boy both gagged and seemingly bound was discovered in a convenience store parking lot in Port St Joe Florida the woman resembled khiko and the photo led her family and friends to believe she had been kidnapped the woman who found the photo reported that had been in parking space where a white Toyota cargo van had been parked driven by a man with a mustache in his 30s despite attempts to locate the vehicle the man was never identified the photo was then analyzed with various agencies what’s called indart believing the woman to be cical while second analysis by Los alos National Laboratory and an inconclusive FBI analysis provided no definite answer the Polaroid was said to have been taken after May 1989 due to the film used further deepening the mystery in addition to the Polaroid other photographs possibly related to kico surfaced despite these potential leads kico’s disappearance remained a mystery and she was officially declared dead in 1998 with her death classified as a homicide in 2008 new information emerged though when Sheriff rain Rivera of Valencia County suggested that Calico might have been accidentally hit by a truck driven by teenagers who were subsequently panicked and killed her however without a body no arrests were made and this Theory could not conclusively be proven the case saw renewed interest in 2013 when a task force was established to reinvestigate calico’s disappearance yet no arrests have been made in 2019 the FBI announced a reward for information leading to the identification location of Calico and the arrest and conviction of those responsible for disappearance as of 2021 the Valencia County Sheriff’s Office and the New Mexico State Police indicate that they had new leads in the case with a sealed warrant issued for search in Valencia County Glenn and Bessie Hyde Glenn Roland Hyde and Bessie Lewis Hyde a newly wet couple embarked on a during Adventure down the Colorado River to the Grand Canyon in 1928 aiming to set records Glenn with some River Running experience and Bessie a novice and such adventurers began their Journey on October 20th 1928 from Green River Utah in a homemade wooden sweep skull their objective was twofold for Glenn to establish a new speed record navigating through the Grand Canyon and for Bessie to become the first documented woman to complete the journey the couple was last observed on November 18 1928 Downstream from herit Rapid their disappearance sparked extensive searches and that to numerous theories regarding their fate despite efforts to locate them including the involvement of Glenn’s father who initiated a search even before the couple were reported missing no conclusive evidence of their whereabouts or what happened to them was ever uncovered their Bol was found a drift on December 19 1928 at River M 237 intact and with their supplies still secured a camera retrieve from the Bol photographs with the last image taken near river 165 suggesting that they immedi at least St far down the river evidence such as besty journal entries in the location of their last Camp suggested their progress as far as River M 226 near Diamond Creek the prevailing Theory supported by river historian otes R marsten is that the hides might have been ejected from their Scout by submerged rocks and the Rapids around River mile 232 a location which is notorious for bow accidents speculations strong their disappearance has fueled various Legends and rumors though including a claim by an elderly woman in 1971 during a Grand Canyon rafting trip that she was Bessie Hyde she recounted her story but it added to the mystery suspicions were further compounded by the discovery of a young male skeleton remains on the Canyon Rim in 1976 initially thought to be Glenn’s but later disproven the mystery deepen more with the suggestion that Georgie Clark or renold rafter who died in 1992 could be Bessie due to the certain documents and a pistol found among her possessions however no definite link was established and Clark’s early life is well documented Springfield 3 on June 7th 1992 a missing person’s case that remains unsolved to this day began with The Disappearance of Suzanne Susie streer Stacy McCall ander’s mother Cheryl lvit from rit’s home in Springfield Missouri despite extensive investigations neither the whereabouts of the three women nor any remains have been discovered the only physical evidence of something am Miss was a broken porch likee globe and a potentially crucial message on the answering machine was inadvertently erased losing possibly Vital Information Cheryl Le at 47 years old was a cosmetologist known for a close relationship with their daughter Susie Sher who was 19 at the time of The Disappearance streer and her friend 18-year-old Stacy mcll had just graduated from kapoo high school the night before they vanished the two young women had been celebrating their graduation by attending parties the plan was to stay at a friend’s house but due to the space being crowded they decided to spend the night at sher’s home where lvit was also living the next morning friends would found the House’s front door unlocked but no sign lit streer or Mall initiated a search the scene they encountered was peculiar being the woman’s personal items including their purses were found inside the house suggesting they had arrived and intended to stay calls of the police were then made and upon their arrival they know no signs of struggle aside from the porch lights conditions in the months following The Disappearance several tips and theories surfaced Robert Craig Haw a convicted criminal implied knowledge about the fate of the missing woman claiming they were murdered and would never be found however his statements have not been verified and are considered and are considered not credible by investigators another lead suggested that the bodies were buried in the foundations of a parking garage at Cox’s Hospital though this theory has been dismissed by the police after consideration and review of The Evidence available the case has been featured in various media Outlets including television programs like 48 hours and America’s Most Wanted as well as being the subject of a podcast launched in 2021 aiming to shed new light on The Disappearance Johnny gosh John David gsh born on November 12th 1969 in De Moine Iowa was a 12-year-old paper boy for the De Moine register on September 5th 1982 he disappeared between 6:00 and 7:00 a.m. while starting his Sunday morning PaPeRo in M Mo Iowa this case has drawn a lot of attention partly because his image was among the first to be featured on milk CS in an effort to find missing children despite extensive efforts as of 2024 no rests have been made and the case remains cold but open gosh left his home early that Sunday morning accompanied only by the family’s Mar daxon Gretchen it was unusual for him not to wake his father to help with the ru as was their custom fellow paper carriers and Witnesses reported seeing gosh at the paper Dro that morning which was last confirmed sighting another paper boy Mike observed gosh speaking with a stocky man in a blue two-tone car near the paper drop a neighbor named John Rossy also saw the man in the blue car talking to goshh Rossy described a sense of something being off and noted gosh asking for help with directions despite noticing the cars’ license play Rossy couldn’t recall the number later on as johnney progressed to where route actually began another paper boy noticed a different man following him a neighbor leader reported hearing a door slam and saw silver forward FMA speeding away from where Johnny’s wagon filled with newspapers was discovered two blocks from their home this discovery by Johnny’s parents after receiving calls about undelivered newspapers prompted them to report his disappearance to the police the initial police response was slow and they initially considered Johnny a runaway before later acknowledging a possible kidnapping although no motive was established and the case progressed little from there in the month following his disappearance there was a reported sighting of gosh in Tulsa Oklahoma where a boy asked woman for help before being dragged Away by two men despite this and other leads pursued by private investigators the Myster of what happened to Johnny gsh remains unsolved Johnny’s mother nine gosh has been particularly vocal and active in seeking answers in 2006 norin reported receiving photos on a doorstep one of which she insisted was of Johnny bound and gagged however authorities later identified the children in the photos as being from a case in Florida except for one boy never identified whom nine believes is Johnny The Lost Boys of Hannibal nearly 55 years ago in halal Missouri two young brothers and their friend embarked in an expiration that mirrored The Adventures of Mark Twain’s fictional characters Tom S and hul Finn Jo Billy Hoak age 13 and 11 respect ly and the 14-year-old friend C doell disappeared while exploring Murphy’s cave on on May 10th 1967 despite extensive searches involving members of The Mark Twain emergency Squad and The National speleological Society no trace of the boys was found the about their fate range from being trapped in a cave-in running away or even falling victim to a notorious CER killer on the day of The Disappearance the boys had been seen near Murphy’s cave which was exposed by construction for Highway 79 despite being warned by the parents not to return to the cave they were determined to explore it again their last on sighting was between 4:30 p.m. and 5:15 p.m. on May 10th a significant search operation then ensued involving the Missouri National Guard and checks on all dep parting trains to rule out possibilities of running away or Abduction the search operation however concluded 10 days later without any leads in 2006 during the construction of a new Elementary School an entrance to Murphy cave was discovered CED prompting another search but again no evidence of the boys was found The Disappearance of Joey Haag Billy Haag and clra doell remains unsolved leaving behind a lot of mystery and a plaa lovers Le Park overlooking the Mississippi River serves as a memorial to what happened Georgia wler Georgia John wler an 8-year-old girl vanished on May 1st 1947 after being dropped off at her home in Fort Atkinson Wisconsin by Mrs Carl Floric the girl was seen opening her family mailbox before heading up the lane toward her home a farm located half a mile back from the road despite being observed for a short while she was never seen again her disappearance initiated an extensive search involving local lawmen and hundreds of area residents covering 10 square miles of Countryside without uncovering any trace of her the community rallied offering more than 8,000 as a reward for information leading to a recovery a key clue in the case was the sighting of a black Ford Sedan near the ‘s Lane around the time of her disappearance with Sheriff George Perry noting deep T ruts indicative of a hasty departure 10 years later Edwin G known for his horrific crimes was considered a suspect due to human remains found on his farm although his involvement in Georgia’s case remained speculative investigators including detective leam Mayer of the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office have continued to examine the case a new Theory emerged focusing on buford’s Senate a violent offender who confessed to abducting Georgia on for ransom and later recanted his confession despite despite SES claimed that she had died from an overdose and that her body was disposed of in the Wisconsin River this lead failed to provide conclusive evidence The Mystery of the case Still Remains unresolved making it one of the states oldest cold cases with ongoing efforts to uncover the truth behind her disappearance Amy Lynn Bradley amyn Bradley born on May 12th 1974 in Petersburg Virginia disappeared on March 24th 1998 during a Caribbean cruise on the Royal Caribbean International Cruise Ship rapsod of the Seas at the time of her disappearance she was 23 years old and a graduate of Longwood University where she earned a degree in physical education Amy was also a skilled swimmer and had worked as a lifeguard the cruise which was meant to be a celebratory family vacation took a tragic turn when Amy vanished in the early hours while the ship was on route to Caro the last known interactions involving Amy occurred in the ship’s nightclub where she and her brother Brad had spent time dancing Brad had returned to their cabin first at around 3:35 a.m. followed by Amy 5 minutes later they chatted on the balcony of their sup before Brad went to bed and ab stayed up a bit longer Amy’s father Ron woke up at around 5:30 a.m. and nced Amy sleeping on the balcony but found her missing when he checked again at 6:00 a.m. the family reported disappearance to the ships’s crew who delayed making a shipwide announcement until after many passengers had disembarked a decision criticized by the Bradley family the Netherlands anelas Coast Guard launched a search but no trace of Amy was found initially authorities speculated that Amy might have fallen overboard or taken her own life but this theory was dismissed giving her swimming capabilities and the lack of evidence supporting such an incident several sightings of Amy have been reported since her disappearance suggesting she might have been abducted and forced into human trafficking in August 1998 a Canadian tourist reported seeing a woman res Amy on a beach in Coro in January 1999 a US Navy petty officer claimed to have encountered a woman in a brothel who identified herself as Amy and asked for help additional sightings and encounters have been reported over the years but none have led to Amy’s recovery the family has been victim to fraud notably by a man claiming to be a former US Army Special Forces officer who offered to rescue Amy for substantial feat forther compounding their anguish Amy’s disappearance has been featured in media and on television programs like like America’s Most Wanted Dr Phil in various podcasts keeping her case in the public eye the FBI has also offered a reward for information leading to Amy’s recovery or the arrest of those responsible for disappearance and the Bradley family has also offered rewards for information leading to Amy’s return or location The Mystery of the sah Joe on February 11th 1979 a group of five men from Hana Hawaii embarked on a fishing trip aboard a 17- foot Boston wheeler named Sarah Joe the men Benjamin Kama Ralph mikini Scott Mormon and Patrick Wier and Peter hche were close friends with the combined seagoing experience of over 50 years Ral mikini in particular made his living as a professional fisherman the weather was calm and clear when they had left at Harbor at around 10:00 a.m. by 1: p.m. though unexpected winds signaling an approaching storm prompted concern among the families and friends of the men Peter hit Ser peters’s father along with others attempted to Signal the boat back to shore but were unsuccessful the storm then hit with full force prompting John hes senior to search for the sh Joel admit strong winds and crashing waves but to no avail the search expanded over several days with Captain Jim kushman of the Coast Guard leading efforts of a helicopter and ship despite covering a search area of 73,000 Mi no trace of the serel or its crew was found and The Surge was officially suspended 5 days later the local community also conducted searches along the beaches but eventually had to abandon their efforts the mystery deepen on the September 9th 1988 when marine biologist John nson while on a wildlife expedition in the Marshall Islands about 2,000 Mi west of Maui discovered a boat washed ashore on a deserted assole called Tangi the registration numbers indicate that the boat was registered in the Hawaiian islands close to the wreckage a makeshift grave with the human jawbone was found raising more questions than and answers upon identifying the wreckage as a Sarah Joe through the boat’s registration numbers a subsequent excavation of the nearby grave revealed a partial human skeleton that dental records confirmed belonged to Scott Mormon one of the missing men unusually the grave also contain crypted papers and tinle suggesting some form of BU ritual but the origin and purpose of these items remained unclear the possibility that the S Joel drifted 2,000 Mi to the Marshall Islands over about 3 months is generally accepted among experts however conflicting reports about the boat’s presence in the area including a US Government survey in 1985 that found no trace of the Sarah Joe complicate the timeline and events leading up to the Discovery further investigations by private investigator Steve goodno and a team in Tangi Unearthed additional remains of Scott [ __ ] and the boat’s engin suggesting that the sah Joe did indeed end up in the lagoon through human intervention possibly by Chinese fishermen who found Mormon’s body and buried him possibly not reporting the incident due to illegal fishing activities this Theory however remains speculative in the full story of what happened to the crew of The Sarah Joe after they set out on their fishing trip in 1979 remains unsolved Mary shawell little on October 1965 Mary sha W little a 25-year-old woman vanished under peculiar and distressing circumstances in Atlanta Georgia leading up to her disappearance Mary received unsettling phone calls at work and flowers from an anonymous admir her signaling she was possibly being stalked her sense of anisee grew as she expressed fear of being alone both at her home and in her car hinting to a colleague about something significant she needed to discuss which remained undisclosed on the evening of October 14 after her husband was out of town for work Mary planned a walk and party for him upon his return that day she went to work shop for groceries and dined with a colleague at the padil cafeteria she appeared happy and was positive about her marriage the last setting of Mary though was when she left the cafeteria at about 8:00 p.m. heading to her car a metallic Pearl gray 1965 Mercury Comet the following day Mary didn’t show up for work and her absence prompted a search her car was eventually found abandoned in the Leno Square Shopping Center parking lot by her boss who had joined the search inside the car were Mary’s neatly folded undergarments and groceries alongside traces of blood smeared on various parts of the car and her underwear suggesting a struggle or injury the investigation revealed the car had been driven on a dirt road evident from the red dust coating its exterior additionally a stolen license plate was placed on Mary’s vehicle possibly explaining why security initially failed to locate it the blood found in the car was speculated to be Mary’s but the quantity was not indicative of a fatal injury in the days following her disappearance Mary’s credit card was used twice in North Carolina with Witnesses reporting a distressed woman accompanied by two men at gas stations this led to a ransom demand which was later believed to be a hoax the about Mary’s disappearance are very dull ranging from her staging her own disappearance abduction to become a victim of Foul Play Richard culvin 1. They found Earharts body ages ago, but many tried to discredit her attempts and scrubbed it off as “she could never have gotten that far”, slowing down the discovery of her true fate for ages sadly

    2. Never heard about the case of the british diplomat vanishing in Perleberg although it's in my home region, the state of Mark Brandenburg and core land of Prussia.
It's difficult to disappear in Perleberg even today and on purpose – a guy disappearing in between leaving an inn and reaching the carriage is indeed pretty enigmatic..

    3. The Amelia Earhart mystery was solved recently they found where her plane crashed and came to the conclusion her and the navigator were eaten by coconut crabs cuz they were injured from the plane crash coconut crabs can climb trees as well there wouldn't be anywhere for them to hide

    4. The person who took Madeline McAnn or & accomplice of the person who did worked in the restaurant the parents were eating at. There is absolutely zero doubt in my mind. No one else would know that she would be unattended. I have no idea how police don't solve the majority of the crimes that they come across.

    5. Well one of my favorite mysteries is what happened to Heinrich Müller, the highlight ranking nazi whose whereabouts are completely unaccounted for. He simply vanished like a fart in the wind. No body, no hot leads of him living in Argentina, nothing.

    6. Maddie McCann’s parents are 100% responsible for her disappearance. They left a drugged child alone in an unlocked hotel room all night long. They’re also friends with a well known pedophile and have written about her genitals in their book

    7. My bro. I think u might be dyslexic homie. Don’t worry. It’s not super noticeable and it seems to
Manifest itself only when u attempt certain letter combinations in certain words. Great video.
