[Music] we’re one week away from the 2024 NFL draft that means it’s time for me to bring out another three round mock draft with trades of course welcome back to the channel everybody te with you excited to bring this mock draft your way real quick just in case there’s anybody new here before we get started with the mock just wanted to give a rundown of my draft day coverage uh last year we were live but today this year I’m going to do something a little different uh night one of the NFL draft I’m going to have a YouTube short giving out a grade and some quick thoughts uh and initial thoughts on each pick of the first round uh just so if you’re looking for some quick hitting you know pretty succinct uh thoughts on each pick definitely subscribe keep your eye on the channel there’s me uh like I said a mock or excuse me a video for uh each pick of the first round and then I’m going to be in a wedding as a best man uh so I got a rehearsal dinner Friday wedding Saturday but I will still be trying to sneak out and do some of these reactions so like when Spencer Rattler gets drafted assuming that’s day too you know something like that so big quarterbacks uh something someone that I think is a steel um going to be having that uh covered on Friday and Saturday so uh YouTube shorts for every pick of the first round and then some select shorts for day two and three and in the meantime I’m going to be putting out offensive position ranking upgrades defensive position upgrades and my top 100 excited to bring that all to you that’s going to come Friday Saturday Sunday or excuse me Saturday Sunday Monday um if the schedule stick so Saturday Sunday Monday those position rankings top 100 one final mock uh on Wednesday at noon and then we get to the NFL draft next Thursday so without further Ado we’ve deliberated enough let’s jump into this mock draft starting with the number one pick Caleb Williams will go number one to the Chicago Bears I am pretty confident in that I think we all are then at number two I’m going to go with kind of where you know the betting Market is at you know Jane Daniels minus 300 um I am still going to have Washington tree back in the first round but it’s not going to be for a tackle now so uh I’d go Drake May for sure that’ be my pick he’s you know he’s tier one quarterback for me qb2 uh for me but but um nonetheless you know there are some advantages that come with you know a really mobile quarterback May has a lot of athleticism but Daniels definitely kind of has the the most to offer there um so maybe they can kind of wait to go to tackle as opposed to what I’ve been doing trading into the first round drafting an Olu fashu uh um Troy fanu or someone like that to be that book in left tackle Daniels maybe gives you the flexibility to do the same thing but for Edge which we’re going to do later on so Daniels goes to and then we got to a huge decision for me to make um I I think Minnesota wants Drake bad so they’ll probably offer a bag to New England here and there’s a lot of that says this is going to be a two two-year rebuild whether you get a quarterback this year or next year so could you just build up the roster get a QB next year I I think that’s possible so or possible so a lot of me kind of want to do that but a lot of that thinking has been with Drake May going number two um and I trust me I’d love for them to go Marvin Harrison Jr i’ I’d be fine with that too um but with Drake May there again qb2 tier one guy for me I think that’s harder for me to pass up so I’m going to have Drake maybe the pick here at three for New England and hey if you feel like he needs to sit they have jcob Bret to start for here like you really don’t have to rush Drake May out on the field then we get to Arizona here at four this is going to be Marvin Harrison Jr so no trade out of the top four for Arizona but I definitely think that’s a live possibility um I actually really like Dean bruger’s seven round mock where Marvin uh gets uh excuse me Arizona trades out of four and then just takes him at five uh and trading with Los Angeles kind of advantageous for both sides Arizona gets a couple more assets moves back one spot Chargers move out get a couple more picks kind of makes sense but maybe we’ll do that for next week’s final mock then we get the Chargers here at uh pick number five this is where we’re going to have the Minnesota Vikings come up and trade it’s just going to be uh 11 and 23 I I it’s a huge conversation it feels like around you know draft Twitter right now is quarterback premium how much is it maybe this is the next year’s third as well but let’s just do 11 and 23 that’s really all we’re talking about in today’s video anyways but the Vikings move up they take J.J McCarthy think he’d be a great fit that Kevin oconnell offense I’ve started to come around a little bit on JJ he’s still like quarterback five for me so um this is just a great quarterback class any other year you know 2022 class he’s comfortably qb1 so some of it’s all just a matter of perspective but uh like the upside I really like the fit in the Kevin oconnell offense this is one of the landing spots where I’d feel optimistic about what JD McCarthy could become uh then we get to the Giants here at six I’m going to go Malik neighbors um you know it’s it’s interesting early on I kind of CED him Stefan digs and you know because of that I kind of ran with mocking him to the Giants a handful of times he’s I don’t know if he’s necessarily A Stefon digs he he’s digs but he digs kind of from an X perspective ra uh perspective but um has way more like acceleration and just you know I think just another level of explosiveness not that digs isn’t explosive it’s just neighbors takes it to another level so um I can see him kind of being that X he does a lot over the middle of the field he’s a pretty good contested catch receiver um plays bigger than that you know kind of 6 foot 190 is frame um but doing that with a you know 42 plus inch ver vert uh you know and a ton of explosiveness and you know 43540 you know all that stuff that you love to see so uh love Malik neighbors is that you know X number one guy but also bring another level of explosiveness to the Titans Joe Al I mean I think this is their kind of best case scenario they would love to see this pick him and scoro on the left side of that offensive line would be awesome for Bill Callahan to work with we get to Atlanta and uh you know I think I think I heard the goat house talking about this too and I’m I’m in lock stride I I’ve said this in couple of mocks actually I think quinon Mitchell is going to be who I mock the rest of the way for Atlanta um it’s kind of interesting to go lay out to latu get now piece but I think there’s going to be an edge guy in the second round that will follow them that’s a really nice fit and I think Rahim Morris can kind of get the best out of him and then quinon Mitchell is experience playing Zone at Toledo and then what we see the senior bow with at man cover skills you know forem Morris is going to continue to play this you know primarily you know man cover four like I think quinon Mitchell has checked a lot of those boxes to be a great fit um and I just think a secondary with quinon AJ Terrell Clark Phillips moved in the slot you can use stunts and twists and generate and scheme up pressure If that’s your back end quarterbacks should be holding the ball for quite some time especially in that rahee MO is primarily Zone heavy defense I think he’s a great fit for that I think he’s a great compliment to AJ Terrell and I think you get a nice number two corner you can scheme up the pressure the rest of the way they don’t have a little bit of a trade here uh I apologize Jets fans I’ve been saying that like next one I’m going to get to Troy Fano and I keep kind of pushing that off but I kind of wanted to explore you know what if Chicago does exactly what they did last year and just move back one spot get an extra fourth I know the Jets are light on picks but you know the Jets might looking at their board and say yeah we’re cool Brock B’s at 10 we like Troy Fano at 10 but you know what’s even better we up one of our two fours and we get Romo dun like Romo Dunes to me is like top tier outcome uh for the Jets like him or neighbor somehow falling in their lap would be like 100 percentile outcome for the first round um I think it gives you an awesome Trio for Rogers uh udun with Williams and Wilson um and then comparable tight ends you know to work with to fill out the rest of that um and then you know you I don’t want to say if more so it’s it’s kind of when Mike Williams gets hurt uh Ron Odun Garrett Wilson I mean that’s a fantastic onew as it is and that’s a great onew for the future too um and I just look at OD dun’s ability to catch those back shoulder passes and I think linking him up with Rogers would be awesome and then from the Bears perspective got four draft picks uh as of right now like that’s just not enough and Ryan P has really built this roster for what it is right now through the draft and a couple other Splash moves like montz s I’m not taking any away anything away from all that but he’s done a great job building this team through the draft um and I almost wonder if they could be sitting at nine kind of like last year it felt like felt like their situation last year and the reason maybe they moved down with Philadelphia is hey we’d love to get Jaylen Carter we’d also love to get Darnell Wright and the only thing better than getting one of those two guys is getting one of those two and an extra pick and that was kind of my thinking here for Chicago like for all we know they’re board can have Odun and Byron Murphy uh uh Byron Murphy the second who I’m going to have be the pick here equally high on their board like they could see them as like man slam dunk picks here at nine we we’ love to do that so the only thing better than getting Rome or getting Byron is getting one of those two plus a fourth round pick so that was kind of my thinking here for Chicago could they do the same thing they did last year think it makes some sense and for the Jets yeah you’re light on capable for a fourth round pick to get Romo dun someone who’s you know otherwise probably not going to make it to 10 I I think he Sprint the card in uh I think you make that trade ASAP all right then we get to the uh Los Angeles Chargers I’m going to go JC leam I really think he’s kind of a a hard ball guy and you know I know he uh kind of got blown up on that last play of the B Michigan game but up until that point he played a pretty good game and I wonder if Hardball maybe you was kind of thinking about it um or has even looked back at that game and said you know Le them other than that last play you know there’s a lot to work with there and I again I say this all the time but I think if he’s truly going to play at 340 or I think he was closer to two years ago versus 360 365 is what I’ve heard he played at last year at Alabama I think 34 is a much better weight you’ll see the movement skills a lot more with leam so I I feel a lot better with where he’s currently at uh then we get to Denver here at uh 12 this is going to be a tradeback spot um I’ve been trying to do this for Denver because I mean ultimately the guy they’re going to take is going to be the exact same um but I would just rather get that guy a little bit later on if at all possible and I kind of explored a similar uh trade for the Bengals in the last mock because T hiin is going to get signed assuming they keep T hiin let’s say that’s the the case that they’re going to do and they’re going keep their chips in the middle of the table and try to go in a ring right tens then sign somewhere else you know next offseason this future for eventually it’s been call him a comp third so you’re not really losing any value there so you’re moving up six spots and then you know Denver this team that doesn’t only have has one day two pick it’s an extra third I know it’s a little light points wise but I think Denver needs the picks so they’d be willing to take a little bit of a a loss there plus they get an extra asset uh in the future uh they’re move back six spots they’re still going to get their guy Broncos uh excuse me the Bengals come up and they take Brock Bowers I mean I just you you’re assuming Tyler Boyd’s gone you just play block Brock powers in the slot and uh I think you could do a lot of the stuff that Tyler boydd was doing you also could use him in in line right like I think he’s definitely a better blocker than M aaki right so think there’s a lot of different ways Zack Taylor could use him he’s he’s one of the best talents in this class he just going to come down to you know where do you take a tight end especially after you know KY bits is I know it’s it’s fun to hate on him but he he’s been a good player it’s just you you take him number four you’re thinking he’s be awesome you think he’s going be great so I think that’s kind of dinged bow stock from a league perspective so it’s going to to see where he goes draft night but love the fit in Cincinnati and for them to you know move up with just one of their two-thirds essentially I’m fine with that then we get to the Raiders let’s go uh tiis fua I really like the fit they have a whole right T tackle maybe the mford gets that job and if that’s the case and if you’re in the fua should play guard Camp perfect fua plays Right Guard and the mford gets a shot to started right tackle I I just play a full I good right right tackle though um and then figure out the interior later on but uh plenty of Pathways in which this makes a lot of sense I think he’s a great culture fit good fit for Luke gs’s blocking scheme as well Detroit five T is going to go to the New Orleans Saints could play some guard if they feel like Penning needs another year or deserves another year to start at left tackle I’d go otherwise but maybe they feel differently uh and then maybe get ramjack back uh but depending on what happens to ramjack F could fill in and replace him there if you feel like Penning needs to make the move to guard like I do F becomes your left tackle so a lot of different Avenues in which F Tana becomes a day one starter for the Saints let we get Indianapolis Colts I don’t think I’ve done this actually um and it was really tempted to go Brian Thomas Jr but I got a receiver that I I love the fit and the idea of him going there in the second round and not to reference D bruger’s mock once again but I saw he put it in there and I was like hey hey hey maybe just maybe I could have inspired some thinking there probably not but maybe I’ll tell myself that um but I’m going to go Cooper Dee here you know checks all the boxes from a size and athletic standpoint for Chris balard and what he’s liked um you can play him in the slot once Kenny Moore you know is no longer Indianapolis Colt um but you know here I think you just play him at outside corner U I know Jaylen Jones isn’t bad for a seventh rounder but not bad for a seventh rounder is still something you can upgrade on so I I think Dee plus Juju Brent freak athletes with great size and willingness to play in The Run game on the outside Kenny Moore one of the best slot Corners in the Viv uh man that’s a really awesome UM quarterback room for at least this year and then we’ll see how much longer they able to keep that Trio together and like I said we’re going to go receiver round two uh to Seattle Seahawks I’m going to go Jack P Johnson here uh I just continue to think it’s their most dire position to need even with the L and Tomlinson signing let let’s not forget about the last contract lak and Tomlinson signed and how much he didn’t live up to it so I know it’s like a nice budget balling signing but there’s nothing saying that L and Thompson’s going to be like his his San Francisco self um I do think he’ll play a little better than he did with the Jets but you play tolton at left guard Jack P Johnson at Center and I’m feeling great about that and then Anthony Bradford over at Right Guard I’m L with that I’m in love with that uh I think he fits their blocking scheme also he’s just kind of like a tone Setter I really love Jack P Johnson to me he’s the best center prospect that I’ve scouted while doing this uh and that dates back to 2018 draft so um yeah big fan of Jackson peris Johnson great fit addresses a big position of Need for Seattle then we get to Jacksonville here at 17 this is where we’re going to get uh Brian Thomas Jr off the board uh field stretcher with also a good amount of size so you know maybe there’s some overlap with Gabe Davis but I think there’s a lot more explosiveness in Brian Thomas Jr’s uh game so deep threat an abundance of speed best F flying 20 at the combine of any the receivers and uh just another big body receiver too I think is nice you have the Ian hardit’s clip out on uh Twitter or X whatever you want to call it uh it was like almost five minutes of almost Trevor Lawrence touchdowns and not to say that you know the 3-in bump from Calvin Ridley to you know Brian Thomas and height is going to make that happen you know it’s not necessarily that easy easy but I think a little bit of a bigger Target doesn’t hurt in that case uh and I think Brian you know talking drops he did have some drops and you know some of them some of them are a little like uncomfortable you’re like you should come down with that but I I just don’t see that as a major concern I’m not worried about it if that if that uh makes a difference and that’s just totally coming down to how you feel about the prospect I think you can add more to the route running I think the drops you can get shed up you also got to think volume of that offense right like LSU is chucking it they having to score 50 to win so naturally there’s just more opportunities to go around and the more opportunities you have naturally is going to lead to a few more drops so anyways let me get off my soap box and leave that pick in the past Denver Broncos bonix the pick uh I actually hear a lot of Broncos fans who like bonck as a selection I also see some who want Michael penck so it’s going be interesting if we get that top four off the board pretty quick like who ends up being Denver’s guy that’s going to be a fun conversation um but to me I think bonix gives sha PT everything he wants that underneath accuracy the processing ability with enough Mobility to go with it lived through multiple offensive coordinators went from one school got better at the next all these things kind of signal to me like Shawn Payton’s going to be willing to invest in that guy to the Los Angeles Rams at 19 let’s go leay out to latu Edge one off the board um Edge could definitely come off the board earlier so like 19’s that little bold to say that’s when the first guys can come off the board but it’s a loaded offensive class one position group on the defensive side’s going to fall Edge to me I could see where you know these guys get pushed down the board just a little bit cuz they all kind of have something that you like the guy but then there’s one thing you’re kind of worried about right so maybe that’s the group that gets pushed down the board um going to be a trend here even with the ram second round pick you know like just don’t worry about like the athletic measurables and uh I think latu is a better athlete than people want to give him credit for he just got a little bit short arms but he’s a great football player uh the in-game Athletic score you know PFF ultimate they’ve talked about on their the PFF NFL pod where it’s it’s on par with Dallas Turner so I think he’s a guy who plays as fast as anybody with pads on and a full move set great hand fighting um and honestly this is the quickest way to replace Aaron Donald through the aggregate you’re not going to just draft the defensive lineman that’s going to be Aaron Donald you’re going to have to have multiple pieces fill that in and I think Le outu latu gives you the most production especially with Byron Murphy off the board you could go Johnny Newton I just think latu plus other pieces is going to get you to the Lost production of Donald quicker than Newton and other pieces just my opinion though uh we get to the Pittsburgh Steelers let’s go marus Mims I couldn’t tell you the last time I mocked Mims to the Steelers but I’m excited about it um you know as long as you know hopefully teammates don’t fall on him that’s where kind of his injuries came up at Georgia but also then pulled as hammy at the combine so I don’t know maybe there is something in Mims that is a little injury-prone um it’s going to it’s going to be a game with that uh I think the Steelers are willing to take here I think they’re going to go for the upside swing and uh the upside of brri Jones and Mary smims is undeniable if that were to work out and both those guys hit like you’re talking about one of the best tackle tandems in football great athleticism awesome play strength you know the whole package going to come down to Ken Mims stay healthy I think he’s way further along Prospect wise than Rodrick Jones was but uh it’s just going to come down to the injury question and only time will give us an answer there Miami Dolphins are going to trade out of the first round and as mentioned I’m going to have the Washington commanders come back into the first round we’ve done this mock or this trade and we’ve mocked it a handful of times but this time it’s going to be for an edge Dallas Turner uh I originally thought you this would be Jared verse because I just you know kind of figured i’ have Turner off the board but I didn’t and you know he gets to go play with former Alabama Crimson TI Jonathan Allen and Don Payne um and with his movement skills in a Dan Quinn stunt and twist heavy defensive line this guy even if you don’t feel like hey his move sets not you know obviously not where L out to latu is but maybe if you’re still like hey he’s learning from that standpoint Dan Quinn’s going to scheme this dude up with a ton of pressure just because of how good of an athlete he is like no guard is going to keep up with Dallas Turner screaming across their face it’s just not going to happen which buys him the time to get better and more developed as a pass rusher so I think it’s a place where he can see instant success while also continuing to work and get better you know so I I like this a ton actually so I I hope that this happens for Washington night of day one of the NFL draft I’m going to have another trade here um and really this kind of came down to um the player I wanted to give these two teams um I think there’s a better fit for these two sides but I just couldn’t get behind one guy coming off the board before the other you know that was kind of my thinking here so I’m going to have Green Bay move up three spots and then we’re going to have this little um late third to fourth round swap here uh it’s a little bit of a an overpay but we’re not too too worried about it for the sake of today’s video we’re not getting into either one of those we are going to get to pick 91 I guess but you know maybe there’s some other picks in there but nonetheless I I I can see a world where Green Bay um especially with you know Chargers could take a corner Dallas wouldn’t shock me and then Philadelphia themselves could go corner you know if Green Bay is going to continue to run man coverage or that’s going to be the move with Jeff hle if that’s going to be what they’re changing and switching to tyan Arnold to me is probably the best man coverage Corner in this class so the idea of Stokes and Jer on the outside terion Arnold again come back from my defensive uh position rankings he’s one of my favorite slots um uh in this class and I just think you play him on the inside in this main coverage heavy defense and good luck to opposing offenses uh I really like the idea of that fit into that defense assuming that is what Jeff affley wants to do so and it and it’s a relatively it’s just a pick swap later on so it’s a relatively inexpensive move up for Green Bay then we get to the Chargers here at uh 23 this we’re going have Johnny Newton come off the board interior defensive line how many years have we been talking about the Chargers needing to get better there so makes a lot of sense from my standpoint um he improves that run defense 10 fold but also it’s one more pass rusher there in the mix doing from the interior hopefully making the life of Bosa Mack and tul Tula poow to that much easier all right let’s get to the Dallas Cowboys then at 24 interesting little thought here I’m going to go F do uh I don’t think I’ve had a mock where Falls there and this would then keep Tyler Smith at left guard which I’m not mad about personally because like if he’s an all pro level guard why you know if it ain’t broke don’t fix it you know why why change that so fash new falls into their lap and uh love the movement skills I’m a little worried about the hand size but uh you know Dallas has done a great job Drafting and developing these guys and um you look at their defensive line or excuse me their offensive line coach uh who’s now there in Dallas came over from Seattle previously where they drafted drafted Charles cross and I almost just wonder if I don’t know how much voice you know how much you know he’s you know speaking and vocalizing his thoughts on this but you know I love Charles cross he was my top eff to tackle that year um in Seattle takes him and you know there was concerns about the Run game but I was like dude the pass protection is there like he’s easily the best pass protector in this class and I wonder if that offensive line coach is still having his voice heard now in Dallas if he’s like dude give me that Elite pass protector we we will figure out the Run game it’s going to be fine give me that Elite pass protector so I wonder if he’ll be able to do the I I don’t know how much a factory in the Charles cross pick so I am truly speculating here but if there’s a connection there I kind of think oie fashion you might be on the board here for the Dallas Cowboys keep Smith at guard I like the idea of it then we get to Philadelphia and this is where we’re going to have um Nate Wiggins come off the board this is just a Philadelphia team that I specifically in the secondary I think they just need more speed wiggin scares me because of the weight is he 173 he’s a 182 I still think either way needs to add a little bit more perfect world let’s get to 185 even if that means you’re running a 435 instead of you know 428 I’m fine with that trust me I’m okay you know giving that up for a little bit more mass ask Emanuel Forbes um but I think it’s a team that just uh doesn’t have a whole lot of game-breaking speed and you know even if it’s at 185 pounds and 435 that’s a way faster time than what you’re getting out of Darius Slay and James Bradberry as of right at at this moment so uh it was just kind of a a skill set within that secondary I think they’re lacking and uh I haven’t really gone Corner very often for the Eagles um and it’s interesting my comment section you know when I do go corner for Philadelphia a lot of Eagles fans are like don’t need it don’t worry about it and then there’s some that when I don’t do it are like there’s no way we leave the first three rounds without it so I don’t know feels like Philadelphia you’re a fan base right now this quarterback position I can’t I can’t please everybody so please don’t everyone hate me at once anyways let’s get on to uh Tampa Bay this these next two picks actually in a lot of ways I could see them being flipped but I’m going to go Jared vers for Tampa Bay I can see where Todd BS really likes the power that he brings and also low moving cost keep him in the State of Florida that’s kind of a fun storyline uh but he’s a different player than Yaya diabi and honest he’s a different player than Joe Trion shinka he’s more of this inline linear explosive power Edge rusher that’s different than what those other guys bring to the table but they need to get this Edge crewp back to where they were the year they won the Super Bowl because that that was a year where they were forc to be reckoned with and if Tampa Bay wants to make it back to the playoffs I think getting edge back to that level of a strength is going to be a a step they need to take then we get to Arizona K McKenry again you can flip these picks because Todd Bulls draft through K mckinstry wouldn’t shock me and then Jared verse to Arizona I’d be fired up about that for Jonathan Ganon so I’d be fine with these picks being flipped um but Kool-Aid playing him on the outside you know 44740 with you know three years of starting experience being trusted as a true freshman you guys know this the scatter report on Kool-Aid mckinstry plugging him on the outside he’s an upgrade over you know Sterling Thomas right so uh I think the fit makes a whole lot of sense there and good value there at 27 it’s kind of interesting Edge and corner now we’re getting the back half of the first round it’s an offensive heavy start now these defensive players that feels like oh this guy should have been taking 10 picks before this now they just linger and now these contenders get to just pick them off not the Cardinals are necessarily there yet but uh they just get an absolute steal of value here because of how good this offensive class is makes again makes for the back half first round really really fun then we get to the Buffalo Bills here at 28 ad I mitcho fell right into their lap knocking over a than it long speed contested catch jump ball ability it’s all there to be a great fit for uh Josh Allen and obviously with Gabe Davis Steph digs gone it’s a position of need then we get to the Detroit Lions at 29 going to continue to make the pick chop Robinson who you know what I had to go do some digging here because you know I understand where some people are like I don’t love the arm length on chop um uh he actually has longer arms than Aiden Hutchinson so uh you know 8 hson has worked out for the Detroit Lions I don’t think uh chop with longer arms is I don’t think Detroit’s going to be scared off by that so um and here they really just get the draft and stash him hopefully Marcus Davenport’s healthy and you just get to develop chop Robinson over the course of the Year kind of use him in NASCAR packages just line them up really wide of the tackle and just let them be super explosive and you know dip underneath the tackle in their outside shoulder so uh get his toes wet from that standpoint but then just coach him up and’ll see by year or two can this guy have a full move set and be you know your Marcus Davenport replacement if that works out and if they can do that him plus Hutch plus James Houston as a DPR could go crazy in Detroit all right let me get to Baltimore here at 30 I continue to love the idea of lad makoni as their man coverage beater you know rumors that they might be in this Brandon iuk uh market and that’s the case I mean that’s that’s it’s the same argument I’ve been making nobody beat man coverage not many people beat man coverage better than Brandon iuk last year that’s just I think that’s what this team needs if they get a guy who beats Man Press good luck everyone else cuz they got dudes to do you know everything else and Lamar is a freak athlete and super exposive with this ball in his hand it’s just is going to come down to tarus WS lined up across from the other side can you beat this man press on a big play right now I don’t think they have that guy I think lad makoni could be but if they make the you know give up pick 30 for Brandon iuk I I think that would be a slam dunk way to get this team just a almost Unstoppable offensive status in my eyes so you know just some thoughts there wanted to throw that out there because I know the Brandon iuk rumors are uh swirling thanks to what’s his name John fella most of his reports are pretty garbage but I don’t know it sounds like he’s maybe got some steam on this one I don’t know but lad Maki in the absence of Brandon IU great fit there for Baltimore pick uh 31 San Francisco you know Tyler gon isn’t necessarily my favorite tackle in this class I like him and you’ll see playing offensive position groups you know where he fits in and what tier I have him in but the idea of him working with Trent Williams every day and like also getting to play in a Shane ofan offense like I feel pretty comfortable he’ll be colon mot’s level of player right away and they’ll keep him you know clean he won’t be asked to do too much and then getting to work with Trent Williams like the upsides there for long-term Improvement and again at worst I can’t see him being any worse than Colton mckivitz but I think he brings so much more upside so kind of a slam dunk pick there and if there’s a team to draft him in the first round I hope it’s San Francisco cuz I think they’ll be able to get the most out of him and the best career Arc for Tyler gon then here at 32 man P Sher you got me with this one I uh saw it and I was like how the hell have I not done this Jaylen pul I mean there’s a lot of pure receivers but outside that top three he might be the next best pure like just knows how to play the position vice grips for hands smooth route Runner and then just enough athleticism to kind of make it all come together him and lad like two guys just like they get how to play the position and they do it at such an efficient level so I just think getting this guy with a ton of just natural ability again vice grips for hands can work the middle of the field it’s what the Chiefs want to do inside out Flex um you know with this rash rice stuff going on but even when rice comes back like rice pul Kelsey Hollywood Brown whoa that’s a really diverse set of you know pass catchers so I love this Pete Trager had to give you a shout here this is now who I’m hoping K City takes because to me it makes all the sense in the world Carolina’s next up at pick 33 you know I’ve had them take Zack Frasier at 39 but you know I’m kind of looking at Arizona at 35 when they pass on Frasier Miami at 36 might want them the Chargers the 37 a lot of teams that might want Zack Fraser so let’s just go ahead and take him here at 33 not give anybody else the opportunity to take him right then we get to New England here 34 I’m going to do it this time I’m going to go with Kings a suam mataya you’re playing that left tackle they’ve done a pretty good job developing a lot of the offensive lineman I mean look at you know Mike and wayu day three pick becomes a really solid starter gets a pretty solid contract this year I like Su mat on the upside I think a lot of his flaws can be pretty quickly fixed um so I love the idea of going him to a place that’s developed these tackles well and you know 6 fo8 kind of fits that you know big body skyscraper you know years past with the the picts have looked at a tackle we’ll see how much D Mayo wants to break from that Trend though then we get to the Arizona Cardinals I’m going to go Grant Barton here uh not often I have him fall out of the first round but if he makes it to Arizona I don’t think they’re going to wait much they’re not going to wait long for this he could be a center upgrade he could be a left guard upgrade and uh and a pinch could also be a spot starter a tackle I I just think this would be a slam dunk fits the blocking scheme again multiple position flexibility it’s it’s hard not to like this pick if you’re a Cardinals fan then we get to Miami at 36 and uh I’m also noted again when you see my position rankings I know this is going to be the guy that I get the most Flack for uh but I am just not a big Troy Franklin guy you know I think he’s solid I think he’d be a good two to three I just don’t see the wi receiver one potential that being said where my concerns come in you know partially is you know that 173 PB Mark I’m I can he play through contract specifically you know against press at line of scrimmage but in an offense that utilizes motion more than anybody else in the league and will play him at a z y where he’s one off the line of scrimmage but also probably in motion getting a head start and not getting contacted at the line of scrimmage because of that Miami is the one place where I’m like yeah put Troy Franklin there like that’s the one spot where I’m like yeah that that that dude could see his his 100 percentile outcome in a place like Miami with an offensive line like Mike McDaniel and receiver 3 is a concern for me with Miami I look at their ourlads and I’m like yeah I’m not really loving the idea of braxon baros he’s fine but he is more of a fringe three to four in my opinion so Troy Franklin I mean I know 441 kind of makes him the slow guy in the room but um I think uh where his weaknesses are that Miami offense takes that out of the picture and all of a sudden now I’m looking at Troy Franklin with only the positive benefits and what he could add as Miami offense so I am noted you know not a big Troy Franklin guy but if he goes to Miami I’m super optimistic about his his Outlook in his future so this is that’s part of the hard thing about doing all this when I do these position rankings it’s like depending on where this guy goes I can move him up this board or I can move him down you know like It’s just tough Landing spots can to be key for a lot of these guys not to you know just be a total cop out there and potentially you know uh save my ass in the future there but anyways let’s talk about the Los Angeles Chargers here at 37 I have not mocked this this was another one of those in Dane’s mock so I felt validated as I was reading that after ID already prepared this and I was like all right yeah so I think that could be a good fit but Keon Coleman to the Chargers I mean he’d instantly be their best big body guy you know right like go up and win in the air CES to catch dude and also brings the most mass in size I think you could play him in the slot use him in the you know as a power slide he’s a pretty willing and solid blocker I think Harbaugh would love that you know don’t block don’t get the rock I think that was like the Michigan uh you know motto for those receivers so there’s a lot of lot of Keon coma that says man if he makes it the 37 I think the Chargers this could be their answer receiver if they don’t do it in the first round that’s the big caveat if Marvin Harrison Jr Falls in lap at five I don’t think they’re making this pick at 37 but if they don’t goer round one Keon colan at 37 man that could be a really fun fit and him plus Justin Herber man that would be some must-watch TV for me then me get to the Tennessee Titans and uh man if he makes it here I just think Darius Robinson’s exactly what they lost with Deno atrey flexible defensive lineman Outside Inside versatility can play with power um and dude his pro day man it’s like dude this dude’s 285 pounds and he looks like that I mean part of it’s like you know dude you’re you know six’ five or whatever like you got you have room to carry that weight but dude he is yoked up man so you know uh freaky athlete I know the the 40 wasn’t insane but I think in the pro day numbers he kind of won people back over so ultimately he might end up going to the first round but if he makes to 38 I I feel pretty confident Tennessee is going to view them uh view him excuse me as their Deno atre replacement now we get to the Carolina Panthers uh and you know uh I had somebody comment and and rightfully so call out you’re ignoring Corner that’s as big a need as we have on this team and TJ Tampa really strikes me as like a really good Zone coverage you know background at oh Iowa State he could be a good ajro evero fit but you know jro evero it’s quarters you know it’s it’s basically man coverage and they already have JC horn who’s awesome in Man Press when he’s healthy you had Max Milton to his man coverage skills to that defense you know I know again they’re going to play a lot of quarters but quarters is just kind of off man in a lot of ways you know you’re playing a lane but in a lot of ways that concept is still there Melton plus horn that cover four defense I could see where that works and then maybe because you get a guy like Melton sometimes you get the reputation of being a Zone heavy DC because you just don’t have the horses to play Man coverage right you don’t have the horses to run that race with Melton and Horn if he wanted to sprinkle in some more man coverage he would have the horses to run that race you know so i’ I’d be really intrigued by the added Melton plus horn like what more they would want to do man coverage wise but also think just hey play them in quarters and let them just be sticky in coverage in their Lane that would be a lot of fun so want to give the Panthers a corner let me know if you’re a Panthers fan what corner you have in mind here at 33 or 39 let’s get to Washington next up at pick 40 this one I’m have Jordan Morgan come off the board he could either be an upgrade over Nick algar ready at left guard it comes down to how you feel about the arm length and it’s going to come down to is this a zone or Gap scheme if this is a gap scheme I’m kind of I’m I’m looking elsewhere with this pick honestly I’d probably just go Patrick Paul and just move on and say it’s a little bit of a reach but if they are going to go Zone I don’t know they have conflicting coaches with different backgrounds of running different stuff so I don’t know if buy into Anthony Lyn more Gap scheme buy into their current o line coach where they’ve done more Zone stuff I don’t know who to buy into here but um Morgan I think can work in tackle the arms are a little short but in a Zone scheme I think they could get away with it worse comes the worse he’s he’s better than Nick algar ready who’s fine he’s a serviceable starter I think Jordan Morgan’s upside especially in his Zone scheme playing left guard is a little bit higher you also can make an argument he’d be a great pick here at 41 for Green Bay if they don’t get a gr Barton type uh in the first round so maybe he goes one pick later but instead with Morgan gone I’m going to go with Payton Wilson Green Bay needs a day one starter and I got him one here right I think Wilson’s the the best linebacker in this class as soon as the season starts next year I think Andre Cooper’s probably got a little bit of a higher ceiling we’ll talk more about that in my defensive position rankings video but like those guys a lot I just think Wilson is going to give you more of that day one impact and I think that’s what Green Bay would lean towards then we get to Houston at 42 I hate making the same picks all in all in all but these last two mocks I’m going to try to try to be predictive right um and I’m going to try to get the pick right so Bron F man I think Houston’s defensive line has enough run stoppers on the interior I think they have the infrastructure to fit in a guy with shorter arms who’s just going to be an electric explosive pass rusher so really like the fit of Bren Fisk and I think 42 is about the right spot for him to go pick 43 Atlanta I’m going to give him Chris brazwell this is the Ang I was talking about like I think he makes it a 43 and honestly for how I feel about Chris brazwell this is about the right spot uh they’ve been kind of converting his body from 4-3 in to 34 outside linebacker and really he’s gotten one year where he was you know three four outside linebacker shape and got to play that um so I think he’s you’re going to get more potential tapped at the NFL level than they got to at College just cuz he was playing behind a bunch of guys who became NFL starters and they were transitioning his body he just didn’t have a whole lot of time to get on the field and get better by playing I think he’ll be a better pro at the next level because of that just he’ll have more reps in this 34 body and that’s what rahee Morris wants to do 34 outside linebackers he’s athletic enough to me to drop into coverage where Morris will ask his guys to do that so that is something I’m definitely keeping my eyes on um that’s part of the reason why I’ve kind of pivoted away from the latu latu direction if if Morris is going to drop Michael hoit to coverage you know to be honest I don’t really want to see Leu latu do that I just want to see him you know pin his ears back do what he does best go after the quarterback so I think brasell brings a little bit more athleticism we wait till round two still address the big position of need Vegas Raiders uh you know if I’m honest probably should have’t traded in the first round to get Michael penx I’ll do that for Wednesday’s mock uh to to hopefully again predict the pick um but it’s kind of tough because I think there’s a lot of teams late first round who had good value presented them so why wait you know but I don’t know um if Michael penx does make it to 44 I think they’d be really excited about this he really fits with that offense and I think him plus you know Devonte Adams chobe Meyers and you know with tiis fanga Colton Miller you know assuming fanga is the pick at 13 you’re putting him in a situation that is similar to what he had at Washington great tackles great receivers now it’s going to come down to Luke gety you know gety you know stepping up his game and being a better offensive coordinator how much of his you know experience in Chicago was limited by Fields how much was it him limiting fields we don’t don’t know we don’t know so uh he’s going to have to get better from a a pass game perspective he’s going to have to get better at drawing that up uh but if he does great receivers great tackle this is just one of the positions where I feel pretty good about penx being pretty good right away um let’s get on to the New Orleans Saints here at 45 I’m actually going to have them trade back out of this pick New Orleans is one of these teams that’s super light after this second round or they don’t pick again until the fifth so I’ve been kind of CAU not cautious excuse me I’ve been trying to think of a way where they could you know get some extra draft Capital uh this work and again this is kind of light on the point side and mock draft’s database they use the Jimmy Johnson trade chart but again New Orleans is desperate for draft Capital so if it means hey now we’ve got another fifth round pick that we could you know hey they already have what four so now we have five we could bundle three fives to get back into the third we could bundle you know two fives to get in the fourth you know we can be flexible at these picks or even just use them to accumulate veterans maybe on a bad contracts uh but also pick 95 in specific I’m going to give them a player there that I’m I think would be a great fit so then don’t have Kansas City come up and take Patrick Paul maybe a little early from my blood but I know people who do like Patrick Paul specifically from a pass protection standpoint and Kansas City is going to pass the RO that’s what they want to do right so those long arms get him in pass protection I I think he could be an upgrade honestly over Donovan Smith as early as year one I really do just because Patrick Paul is what he is I I don’t see him getting any better at the next level I think he’s one of these guys who like who he is year one is probably who he’s going to be for this the entirey of career I could be wrong maybe it’s who he is by year three is who he is by the rest of the career but don’t expect you know a year five year six year seven continual Improvement in my opinion I think we know who Patrick Paul is and I think that pass protection skill set really caters to what Kanas City wants to do anyway so I think it makes a lot of sense for them let’s get on to the Indianapolis Colts here 46 if they get my man Slick Rick in that offense as an Alec Pierce upgrade I will be a static and just go back to 2022 and just like boot up the Anthony Richardson to Rickie piol deep bombs because that’s that’s what I’m going to be doing because I’m going to be still I’m not even a Colts fan I’m going to be stoked I’m going to be uh the hopium is going to be through the roof uh in the apartment complex here but uh peol again just an upgraded Al Pierce way better route Runner um you can play inside and out too so you can get kind of creative with how you want to deploy these receivers uh Downs is a slot only guy so you probably just play him on the outside but uh still think you get all the vertical ability with way more suddenness in his route running so you can use him in different routes not just you know nineball guy like Al Pierce currently is so I think it just diversifies the portfolio of that offense Giants are next up here at 47 this is where I’m have TJ Tampa come off the board um again Tampa could have made a lot of sense earlier and then Max Melton lowkey could have been a great f here um so maybe I’ll do that for my next monck but I think I like melon a little bit more than Tampa as it currently stands we’ll see if I change my mind before my position rankings come out but nonetheless TJ Tampa plus Deontay Banks two massive long-armed Corners I’d be really intrigued to see what Shane Bowen could get out of those two young guys on the outside and really you know like it’s Deontay Banks and then it’s not a whole lot else looking great right now in that secondary for the New York Giants I think banks will be better year two you plug in Tampa let’s get that secondary back on track in New York all right then me get to the Jags here at 48 I’m going to draft Kamari ler I think this is a team that needs an upgrade in the slot and hey look if ler is running a 464 look I’ll just be transparent my position ranking is not to keep bringing them up he’s not even in the corners he’s only in the slots cuz at 464 you’re not playing you know slot I mean excuse me you’re not playing outside corner I don’t have a whole lot of like athletic thresholds to kind of give you a peek into my um my process but arm length at tackle and corner is one that like I I kind of stick to pretty close and then 40 times specifically for Corners like there’s not a whole lot of Corners who have had success with a 455 or slower 40 and you know 464 that’s that’s rough but also the best three cone of any of the corners so you play this guy in the nickel and get his instinctual coverage ability into a defense that will want to sprinkle in man coverage I I think Ryan neelon could look look at this guy and be like him Campbell Derby let’s just play Man coverage and let’s just make it a nightmare for opposing offenses to create some separation against us I I think it makes a lot of sense you’re just going to have to play him in the nickel and hopefully get drafted by a team with that thought in mind cuz that’s where I think he’ll be best at the next level Cincinnati’s next up at 49 looking to replace the Run stopping production in specific from DJ reer reader is also a pretty good pass rusher I don’t you know at this point tandre sweat I’m going to have him fall pretty far on this I just don’t know where he’s going to go what probably is the best of these guys when from a pass rush standpoint other than Michael Hall but then Michael Hall is not going to give you anything in regards to being a run Defender Jenkins is going to give you a whole lot of run defense and then hopefully there’s you know more meat on the bone from a pass protect or pass rush sto that’s that’s a hope not a strategy though so uh I’m just plugging in Chris Jenkins to get him next to PJ hill and say say hey we’re going to keep our linebackers clean we’re going to stop the run at a high level and at least do that as hard to replace a DJ reader Jenkins at least gives you the Run production that you’re losing Philadelphia Eagles are next up at 50 going to continue to make the pick of Adrian Cooper because I think it Pittsburgh sees him at 51 I I don’t know they got enough guys who can play right now but for the same reason I like Philadelphia taking them draft and stash you have Devon white you have ncoe Dean let them start this year make edrian Cooper starter year two Pittsburgh could do a lot of the same things so again I I think if Cooper gets to 51 he might be a Pittsburgh stealer so Eagles future proof that position snipe him ahead of Pittsburgh who this picks going be the same again I hate like making picks the same from one mock to the next but Arthur Smith give him an Arthur uh excuse me an AJ Brown clone it makes a lot of sense he does a lot of things that Pickins doesn’t brings more physicality than Pickins does while also running a sub four4 field stretching ability go up and get it with in the air guy so fits with what Russell Wilson wants to do with those Moon balls fits with what Arthur Smith wants to do off play action chucking it deep uh but yeah I think AJ Brown clone that’s kind of been my rationale here for why I think Pittsburgh might Target Legette round two then we get to the Rams here at 52 and I’m going to go Andis rraw Jr again not like a the world’s godest athlete or anything like that and I’d like to see this team get a little bit more size of corner so maybe they wait and get a guy like a cam Hart in the third uh but here they just get a good football player anti- out flexibility too which certainly helps but you know I know the 45140 isn’t awesome but just a good football player um and sticking coverage doesn’t play the ball a whole lot I think this is a team kind of like L out lotu it’s like yeah we’re just not going to overthink this give me a good football football player and I think NS R Charles Jr falls into that bucket now we get to the Eagles again and I’m going to go Blake fer this time look I mean I think fiser is is a good good tackle like I think he’s solid uh and honestly the upside he should have been a better player at Notre Dame given their track record but you know has a great track quicker to developing these guys the Philadelphia Eagles and you know who doesn’t really have an injury history under his belt Blake Fischer and you know who could step in in the case of Elaine Johnson injury and be a pretty solid starter Blake Fischer and then you plug him into a place that’s developed these guys at such a high level like Blake fiser might actually have his full potential tap that I don’t I’m thinking seeing this as a Notre Dame fan I don’t think we got the best of Blake fer I really don’t so I think he’ll be a better Pro uh and I think Philadelphia is one of the best places he could go to get that best version of himself while again future puing right tackle for whenever Lane Johnson is not starting in Philly all right let’s get to the Cleveland Browns next up at 54 and then go Kieran amaji I just think future proofing this position as well jedrick Wills has been a bit of a disappointment he’s guaranteed the money this year but fifth year option he’s up after this year and assuming we don’t see him have a career Renaissance you know kind of a breakout fifth year which is a little rare then you have K Kieran amagi just in-house ready to go to be a starter next year ton of a ton of love from you know a frame standpoint 36 plus inch arms there’s a lot of traits and tools there that make amaji appealing as like a future starter and Cleveland’s done a great job developing these guys in the years’s past so I hope they can work their magic again with Karan amaji I say reluctantly as a Steelers fan pck 55 going to continue to be the same if Christian Hayes makes it to this point Miami should be sprinting this card in cuz there’s not a whole lot of guys that are going to replace Robert hunt one to one but Christian Haynes I think has the potential to do that and I know that’s High Praise but I I I think that highly of Christian Haynes specifically in this blocking scheme you’re taking advantage of his movement skills while also like 315 pounds he’s got a Mean Streak he plays with a ton of physicality think he’s a great fit there in Miami Dallas then at 56 I’ve been going Jonathan Brooks I think Blake corm is the way I’d go here but little something different let’s go Trey Benson uh kind of a Tony P replacement a little bit more big playability also I think a a better pass catcher than Florida State may be realized and he could kind of take over some of those pass catching duties uh that is now voided with Tony par no longer being there so I think Trey Benton in a lot of ways could be more of a PO replacement where you know some of these other guys maybe fit a little bit of a hybrid of what they wanted Zeke to be over the last couple years he was there and what Pard was so you know down the Brook’s definitely on table here but I just want to throw a different name out there with Trey Benson all right next up is the Tampa Bay Buccaneers we went Edge in the first round and I know I know my man Todd Bulls wants to play man coverage I think Renardo green is a fantastic man coverage corner I shouted it out last time but I’ll do it again James Foster follow on Twitter he put out like a three to five minute cut up of just Renardo greina and man coverage and uh yeah if your team plays a lot of man that highlight clip is going to get you fired up now it’s a good cut it’s a lot of it’s good plays right you know it’s the good stuff that you want to see uh but also solid size good showing at the shrine bow I think he fits with what Tod Bulls wants to do also like there’s some smaller Corners who I think are good man coverage guys but Tod BS hasn’t draft at least while he’s been in Tampa him and Jason light haven’t drafted a guy smaller than 61 Renardo green right at 6 foot is close enough I don’t think they’ll go below that below that 6ot threshold uh at least they haven’t so far so I have no reason to think they would do something different this year green B back on the clock at 58 I’m going to go with Dominic puny giving this team a ton of offensive line flexibility if it were up to me I’d play puny at left guard shift Elton Jenkins over to Right Guard and call it a day puny also could play center so you could basically make this into a camp battle uh they’re not playing the same position but who’s the weaker link Shawn Ryan at Right Guard or John Myers at Center and if you feel like it’s Myers puny could be your Center and you just let Shawn Ryan who I didn’t hate especially the sixth rounder like I said in the last Mo I like day three drafts by Green Bay for whatever reason I just think they cook then but uh I think if Shawn Ryan proves to be a better player than Josh Meers you just play puny at Center and let Shawn Ryan start at guard I’d be fine with that as well Houston at 59 I’d be fired up if they get my boy Mikey sandr still into that defense like demo Ryan with this type of a playmaker right in the middle of his defense a willing tackler in the Run game sticky in coverage specifically in man I just the ball production too I just I’d love what Mikey sers still would bring to this defense they have jayen Petri playing the slot too but I think there’s a world where you could have both of them do a little bit of both you know or Sam still plays him the slot and then you know you just kind of rotate Jaylen Petri down into the box as a strong safety I think there’s a world where they can coexist or you just give Sam still a breather and you play some jayen Petri slot stabs I’d be fine with that you know uh but man oh man that type of playmaking Quinter Deo Ry Ryan’s defense I as you if you couldn’t tell I’d be amped uh Buffalo is next up here at 60 I’m going to actually have them trade back ever so slightly I have the Arizona Cardinals come up in their place one Arizona has all these picks they have the luxury to uh you know make this type of move and they literally have two fifths so what’s one of them gone away and you know Buffalo they already have a handful of fists so they could package those get back into the fourth round if there’s a guy they like or whatever ultimately also I think the value for the Bills pick I’m going to make lines up a little better then than it does here at 60 and also I I Xavier worthy ranked High on my big board and my receiver rankings than Javon Baker spoil aler that’s who the bills are going to take so I I I couldn’t justify Baker going ahead of worthy but you know who could use a guy who’s just straight line fat I mean worthy does a lot more than that but you know who could who could use a a speedy overthe top burner the Arizon a Cardinals now are they you know like when you take Marvin Harrison you know for how much of a bigger rle is were they going to be more than the speed I don’t know so it feels like there’s leaving they’re leaving potentially some meat on the bone but you also lose Rond down more so you he as a yard te the catch guy Texas did that for a year they use him as a designated deep threat Texas did that for a year you can do that uh but also he’s coming off a year with 75 catches I think you can use him in a more volume roll I I just I don’t know what ultimately a team is going to ask xier War to do at the next level I’m very interested to find out um but again Arizona’s kind of missing that game-changing speed element I think Xavier worthy brings that to the table then we get to the Detroit Lions no surprise you’re Zach zenter you started behind Kevin ziter for a year zenter becomes Your Right Guard of the future in a lot of ways Zack Zer there’s a lot of Kevin zner when I watch him play so I think he’s getting kind of lost in the mix here think this is future proofing That Right Guard spot keeping a strength of strength in Detroit Baltimore is next at 62 and I’m just passing Ro Roger rosengarten around the AFC North the Steelers the Bengals the Ravens I mean sheesh getting H she’s the he’s the community bike everyone gets a ride uh but you know we didn’t get to go tackle in the first round for Baltimore so I think this is this is as good a right tackle you’re going to find the rest of the way so Rosen Garden pluging Ministry Morgan Moses replacement move Patrick mccy back inside where I I like him a lot more on the ior so another way of basically combating that right tackle hole for Baltimore all right Next Up San Francisco I’m going to go Cooper BB um and and for those who want to tell me Cooper BB is not a good athlete fire up Cooper BB’s Mock draftable and then fire up Aaron baks and tell me Cooper B is not a better athlete uh it’s it’s not even close uh so I think you just plug Cooper BB right away in the left guard he’s a better version of Aaron Banks while I think Shanahan woned a little bit more of a Mean Streak I think that was kind of his thinking behind the banks pick BB is going to bring that but also like it it’s a it’s a passing that you know when Brock P’s protected like there’s weapons to go around and the scheme is going to get Guys open and BB is as good a pass protector as there is in this C offensive line class so I think it makes sense for py and that passing attack and the scheme as a whole I think it makes sense for what Shanahan wanted Aaron Banks to be and he’s just an overall better athlete to fit that wide Zone scheme than Aaron Banks does all right here at pick 64 I’m going to give the New Orleans Saints a uh safety I’m going to go with Jaden Hicks um like they just need one other guy on top of Tyron Matthew Hicks has played both free and strong so you can kind of move him all over the field just like they do with the honey badger so just just like that as a uh replacement for Marcus may now we’re into the third round uh I had some Panthers fans tell me that they didn’t love the Johnny Wilson pick I’m going to stick at it because you know on a lot of ways fire up mock drafter while you’re at at 40 time uh Johnny Wilson didn’t run a three cone but 20 yard shuttle like a lot of the metrics for Wilson are very similar to Mike Evans so again I’m kind of sticking with it if he becomes Mike Evans that’s like 100 percentile outcome but there is some Mike Evans in his game and I wonder if Dave Canalis would just be like yep that that guy’s going to play my Mike Evans role in this offense so u p fans let me know what third round receiver you’d want uh I’d love to give him one in the second but I also felt like Center corner there was good value there so don’t pass on that um you know so if they wait till the third who’s the guy in mind and I didn’t want to go Roman Wilson just to hit on that because like tante Johnson Adam like I I feel like Roman Wilson’s skill sets already in that receiver room soel I felt like Wilson brought something else to the table but let me know who would you go with here if you’re a Panthers fan Buffalo I’ve already spoiled it it’s goingon to be Javon Baker so we G him ad n Mitchell with awesome athletic ability and go up and win it and pluck it out of the air and then we got like the the diet code version of that who you Javon Baker’s not a great athlete but I think he’s got a really nice release package consistent route running skills uh good in the red zone and consistent hands too so it’s just one other guy who can go up and win it in the air for Josh Allen because you know he’s going to make a couple throws every week and I say this as Josh Allen be my favorite player in the league there’s going to be one of two throws every week where he Chucks it up and you just got to hope the guy comes down with it ad Mitchell Javon Baker We got a couple guys who can go up and win it pretty consistently all right my name next up at 67 I’m going to go uh I’m going to go with Chase McCormick or Mason McCormack here um playing at left guard I think he’s an upgrade over Liam mikenberg at that spot um well unfortunately ien BG just hasn’t been a good football player at the NFL level it sucks to say as a Notre Dame fan but mccormic movement skills plus the physicality he played at same thing I was saying about uh Christian Haynes earlier now you just get him a little bit later on McCormack is coming from a small school but I think a lot of his stuff translates and you look at the athletic testing all that says like yeah it’s on par with highend NFL uh starters so I think mccor left guard uh Christian haes at Right Guard that’s what one hell of a way to turn those guards uh the guard weakness around uh basically in one draft and now you just need Conor Williams to come back and be the guy he was pre-injury at center now we get to New England here at 68 this where have Roman Wilson come off the board uh explosive big play guy so you know tawon Thorton’s fast but I don’t think he’s much more than just that I don’t think he actually plays receiver in a lot of ways Roman WL will give you that big play ability while also having enough savviness to separate and you know make contested catches work the sideline things that receivers do uh that I don’t think tawon Thorton does so and also just more big play explosiveness than Kendrick Bourne and JuJu Smith Schuster and pop Douglas can give you some big play ability but they’re going to play him the slot so his rle is a little different so Wilson I think could just basically be the Tyler locket for this uh this uh Patriots offense pick 69 I’m going to give the Chargers kin Carson I like the physicality he has and I’ve been a little slow to the kin Carson train but now I kind of feel like his name’s vanished for no reason I really like the play strength he has too and uh in a world where Sante Samuel and Christian Fon are your outside guys I don’t mind bringing a little bit bit more beef uh and a little more play strength to the outside and I almost wonder if this might spur the move forant Samuel Jr to play some nickel um I wonder what that would look like uh specifically in this new Jesse Minter you know this new age defense that I feel like teams are going to start copying this you know Baltimore Michigan defense Minter and Mike McDonald I feel like the leag going to start you know carbon copy uh copy paste that defense so I wonder what uh where I think Samuel junr fits into that Chargers fans if you’ve heard anything about that let me know uh let’s get on to the Giants here at pick number 70 real easy one for me defensive Rattler they were the team that missed out on quarterback in the first round so had to give them an upside play here and I think the tools and traits are there for Rattler uh you know this is going to be a good test for what I think is his improved maturity know New York’s as a beast right so we’re going to get a a good you know test we’re going to get to seed in person how much has he actually matured and if he truly has matured I like the upside and I like his traits working with Brian dble day in and day out I think it gives the Giants a long-term answer and a higher ceiling if I’m honest than Daniel Jones uh then we get on to the Arizona Cardinals at 7 Marsha nean easily could be this year’s surprise first round pick this is about where I see him like I think there’s upside I think there’s there’s there’s a ciling but he’s a guy that until I get to the third round I’m letting someone else take that chance once we get to the third round I’m all on board taking the chance for him just the way I see it if someone wants to take him the first that’s your chance to take you want to take him the second I can get a little closer to that but again your chance to take third round he’s mine uh and I really like the idea of him going to Jonathan Ganon he’s got a great you know track record coming to Philadelphia has worked with a lot of edge rushers would like to see what he could do with with the upside that marshan nean presents and also a position of need there for Arizona then we get to the Jets here at 72 honestly thought about doubling down a receiver or tight end here just to have some fun and just put an abundance of Playmakers around um Aaron Rogers but safety is one spot where I think they could do a little better than Tony Adams who’s fine I think Tyler NB could just be a better center field you know playmaking ball Hawking safety over the top worst comes to worst now you have three legit safeties that you want to have on the field with Adams nuben um and the other name who’s now escaping me of course as soon as I hit record right you know uh butel I think it adds one more piece to that safety rotation they tend to be a little deep there they like to rotate those guys out too so adding a third safety probably goes a long way to keeping that the same all right let’s get to Detroit here at 73 I’m going to go with Elijah Jones lot of man coverage skill sets I think that’s what eron Glenn would ideally like to get back to playing a little bit more man coverage uh similar frame and size uh too to Carlton Davis so I like getting a little bit of a you know six foot plus Corner another bigger guy uh cam su’s not there anymore but you know last year they had a couple couple small guys and they got beat up uh so like adding another sius guy there and I think actually Carlton Davis is a great mentor for Elijah Jones in a lot of ways so coming off a great year there at Boston College like the value at 73 Landa next up at 74 let’s go Michael Hall Jr I mean you know a lot of ways I’m not saying he’s be great at Jarrett I definitely know they could be good as gred Jared is against the Run uh or at least the years that gred Jared has been good against the Run don’t think that’s going be Michael Hall’s game but just as like a fiery third down pass rusher you know he just rotates with David animata animata does the rundown work Hall Subs in for pass situations I think that could work I think that definitely could work and could he just kind of be the Kobe Turner you know de you know DPR from the interior for uh the Falcons that Kobe Turner was last year for the Rams and Rah Morris I think it could be also man I’d love to see him learn from great jerck maybe there is a higher ceiling than what I’m projecting here for Michael Hall Jr then the beis here at 75 I’m going to give him Germaine Burton think they could use one more big play you know Guy Burton comes with his off the field stuff for sure but at the same time the Shane walren offense wants to work vertically Caleb Williams wants to create big plays he holds on the ball because of that Germaine Burton is as good the Deep rout Runners there is in this class he was really hard for me to rank my position rankings cuz talent’s one place off the field stuff I can’t really account for because I have an interview to D so I don’t know uh but man boom bus play here but if it works outs Keenan DJ Moore draine Burton this will be an offense that generates a ton of big plays with Caleb Williams at the helm uh then we get to Denver here at 76 uh you know Vance uh Vance Joseph likes to play a lot of man coverage and I think uh cye Jackson and his one his frame but also the athletic testing suggests man get this guy playing some Man Press so like him is the number two Corner opposite pther Tana there for the Denver Broncos then we get to the uh the Raiders here at 77 sticking a corner go cam Hart like his ability to play a variety of different coverages but also bigger frame they’re kind of you know Jack Jones 6′ 6′ one but then it’s you know uh a couple of the smaller guys including Nate Hobs who plays in the slot and then you know jacorian Bennett SI is not necessarily his biggest you know um uh biggest strength you know so uh basically I would just make this a camp battle who’s better Hart or Bennett if Bennett takes a year to step in the right right direction fine that’s that’s okay we’ll figure out what we want to do with Hart but if Bennett doesn’t show that he’s gotten any better year two and Hart’s a better player boom you get an upgrade at your uh one of your starting outside corner spots uh Washington here at 78 the pick is going to be JT Sanders so corner is the one thing I didn’t get to go with here in Washington which trust me makes me uncomfortable because they need a corner but JT Sanders learning from Zack her would be really exciting and uh it’s a position to need love the athleticism I think he’s a sharp R Runner but he also could just be a solid seam Runner so um I like JT Sanders he’s been my two throughout this entire process so you guys know how I feel about Sanders and definitely a position of Need for Washington back to the Falcons now let’s give him a linebacker Junior Coulson you know I was really excited about what Troy Anderson could be it hasn’t really developed yet so maybe swinging the pendulum the other way where coulson’s not going to surprise you with his athleticism is not going to you know jump off the page but trust as a three-year starter including as a true freshman despite being kind of late to learning football like that says a lot when hard Ball’s like yeah you got to the game late but you just get how to play the position that’s that’s that’s a huge uh feather in your cap so uh again kind of swinging the pedum in the opposite direction of Troy Anderson gives him a little bit of a buffer if Anderson doesn’t take that step forward this year tver here at 80 the pick’s going to be Cedric van pran they lose Lloyd koshen Barry Center big needed uh I think van pran can fit in with what Shawn paint wants to do schematically there at Center multiple years of starting experience multiple national championships under his belt probably more of a gap scheme guy than a Zone uh guy but his Zone blocking grade from pfff is solid his movement skills and his athletic testing show that he may not be a Gody athlete he might be like top tier but he’s good enough to make it work then we get to Seattle here at 81 U I’m going to go with ruko and you know hear me out hear me out you know I was looking at um Leonard Williams they gave him that extension but they could also move on from him next year and I don’t know Seattle fans love Leonard Williams and they just made the trade for him but you could cut him next year and yeah there’s some dead cap Associated but there it’s still a cap savings it’s not a big enough dead cap hit where you’re not saving it’s not the Russell Wilson contract it’s not the Matt Ryan contract right like you’d be saving money against the cap so I wonder if they could just bring in ruk rero and just have him learned from Leonard Williams and eventually replace Leonard Williams in a lot of ways I think the skill set kind of lines up there so or you could keep Leonard Williams for two years and then that last year of his contract there’s not that big of a dead C bit so you even have Rook learn behind lonard Williams for two years that’d be fine just additional defensive line depth too you can’t have enough so let’s move on to the Indianapolis Colts same pick as last time out I just think yeah this team can get better at tight end we didn’t get to give him Brock Bowers in the first round I’m an Eric all guy I don’t think his injuries are correlated love the rout running love the yards after the catch uh I like the athleticism I like the I mean he’s just another one of these Iowa tight ends uh great blocker really nice athlete he’s a little different than all the guys that come before him know one player is the same as another but he has he’s my tight end three like as long as injuries aren’t a concern the guy is going to be an awesome tight end so I think he’s an upgrade over the guys that Indianapolis currently has even though that hurts me to say Love Me Some Mo Ali coxco Rams uh speaking of the Rams Los Angeles Rams didn’t mean to do that uh but this we have tandre sweat come off the board I just don’t know originally I was going to do it pick 99 but then there’s a safety I want to give the Rams um so I’m going to have them take that guy at 99 uh but I just don’t know where sweat’s going to go the DWI there was a wrench in it and apparently there were already some party concerns uh that teams had with him so you know get a DWI 3 weeks before you know you find out if you get the job you know like it’s kind of rough uh that’s not a good look there but uh love the talent he’s still my defensive tackle three you know talent-wise just going off the film like I like the game um and I really like him it’s a run stopper next to Kobe Turner because Kobe Turner is not gonna be a good run Defender sweat will be so I I like that onew punch just going to come down to how teams feel about the character uh pick number 84 I’m going to give the Pittsburgh Steelers Javon Bullard think this team can absolutely use an upgrade in the slot and whether it’s Javon Bullard or Andrew Phillips I’d be fine with either one I have Bullard slightly higher as a slot so play him in there uh just let him play that Mike Hilton role this team has had a hard time replacing since Mike Hilton went to Cincinnati so makes a lot of sense in my mind uh let me get to Cleveland here at 85 I’m going to go to the linebacker position and go with Edon Osio they don’t have to start him right away you know his tape’s kind of Hit or Miss there’s some really ni plays but there’s also some rough ones combine testing though like in a in a class that’s pretty light on linebacker talent and light on high-end athletes at linebacker I take the shot on alosio and draft and stash him you got Deon Busch you got Jordan Hicks they’ll be a serviceable tandem at a position that you know let’s be honest doesn’t doesn’t determine doesn’t move the needle that much when it comes to wins and losses it’s just you know linebacker isn’t that position anymore um so I would just draft and stash Osio take advantage of that athleticism and just have him work every day with Jeremiah wima hick and and and maybe there is something to learn from Deon Bush um and by year or two hopefully he is your started long long term and then his athleticism next to J when they go nickel those guys can be all over the field in Cleveland uh let’s get to Houston here at 8 assuming that is the pick by the way I don’t want to make this a foregone conclusion want to do something a little different like we’ve gone slot and D line I’m like damn like this offense I mean you could give them more interor offensive line depth but I actually like a lot of the guys they have there I lik Nick broker I like juk Scruggs I liked Jared Patterson especially with where they got him so call me bold I’m go Maliki Corley who’s the yard typ of the catch guy for this team and Corley really doesn’t I mean I say this with all due respect he doesn’t really play Receiver right now he is just get ball in hands and let him break tackles that that that that’s that was his role at Western Kentucky and I mean you know that offense inflates a lot of stats ask Bailey’s zappy but anyways they don’t really have a yards after the catch guy yeah Tink Dell can do that yeah Nico Collins can work with the ball in his hands and be a yards left catch guy but Cory that’s his specialty and with this Diggs trade the restructure he’s there for one year so yeah it’s awesome to have Stefan digs there and maybe they do resign but Di is going to go catch a he’s going to go catch a bag somewhere so I think by next year you’re probably looking at needing a receiver three so let’s just future proof that position get Malachi Corley in I think he has a skill set that’s different than the guys he already have on the roster so Houston fans let me know if you’re still interested in receiver considering it’s a one-year rental with digs then we get to Dallas here at 87 uh this round I’m going to have jiren Jones come off the board I really like jiren Jones as a slot and a man heavy defense I Know Dan Quinn’s not there but if this team continues to play a lot of man coverage play him in the slot with Bland and digs on the outside and this secondary goes crazy I really like jiren Jones again as a slot Corner a man heavy defense I think Dallas could be the right spot for him to go Green Bay next up at uh 88 I’m going to go Cole Bishop here still think they could use one more safety I like Bishop as a box safety last year he played a little bit more over the top than he did in the Box think he I think that plus his combine testing signals yeah he could do some over the top stuff uh but h plus mckin they both have flexibility to play in the Box over the top split safety looks I really like that as a tandem for Green Bay next is Tampa Bay at 89 let’s go with Jonathan Brooks here I think he would be an awesome compliment to Rashad white specifically as the in between tackles uh guy um and trusting that Vision that contact balance and he’s got enough explosiveness in his own right but I just think Rashad White’s come along as regards to being an actual running back and like a Pure Runner I don’t think the vision’s there Brooks no question about his vision and then Rashad white you just take advantage of how awesome a receiver he is uh and I think that’s a nice one-two punch there in Tampa Bay speaking at sticking at running back actually I’m going to have Jaylen right come off the board here for the Arizona Cardinals I’ve said this a thousand times I think he breaks a big play ability that James Connor doesn’t and I think dude read option with Wright and Kyler Murray there’s no right answer for a defensive end in that situation because you’re letting an explosive playmaker put the ball in their hands one way or another and that’s the type of uh rock in a hard place I want to stick defenses between uh Philadelphia now on the clock here at 91 courtesy of that trade back in the first round Brin tce would be a hell of a Brandon Graham replacement you know straight speed to power bull rush specialist just let him sit behind Brandon Graham for a year he can’t keep playing he keeps Hing these one-year deals eventually he’s not going to come back and play for Philadelphia I think you’re future proof that position with brayan t Tampa Bay then at 92 I’m going to go Christian mahogany we haven’t gone into your offensive line I think you plug him in at left guard he’s played both guard spots at Boston College plugging in at left guard he’s an upgrade for Matt filer hopefully we get a year two jump from Cody Mack hopefully Robert hayy gets better at Center and hopefully his inter offensive line improved upon itself for Tampa Bay and that’s part of the reason Rashad White had really broken out as a running back too so let me get let me backtrack my statement from earlier not to call an NFL player a bum like let me let me take it easy here you know uh okay what we got eight more picks to go Baltimore here at 93 I’m going to go Jonah Ellis so I think they could use a little bit more Edge production from what they have now they’ll probably sign a veteran but Ellis is probably just going to be a DPR for them but at the same time he’s a scary DPR because that spin move will play right away I think from a pass rush standpoint spe specifically if you’re not asking him to play The Run he’s got what it takes to be a day one impact player so for the Ravens it’s just like oh you’re going to give us this DPR in the third as we’re a contending team and we’ll be playing with a more often than not and have a great offense so we’re going to be winning a lot of games and therefore teams are going to need a pass to catch up yeah this is this is a slam dunk fit there and as a Steelers fan I’d be really pissed off if it happens San Francisco here at 94 last time out I went with Mason Smith this time I’m just going to go maai Wingo but honestly either one of these LSU guys with a Hu like a a big ceiling into that defense that has a great defensive line coach and also has Javon hardgrave to teach them I I would love Mason Smith or Mak we go there for San Francisco it’s a spot where they can they can continue to add bodies and specifically swing for the fences go for another upside guy now we get the Saints here at 95 curtesy their trade back in the second Jaylen McMillan is I mean Cedric Wilson’s fine as a third but I think McMillan gives you more I think he has a a power slot too I think it’s a different type of slot player than Cedric Wilson so you can kind of vary your looks with those two guys whoever plays on the inside um but also I like the route running I like the yards after the catch I like a lot of Jaylen McMillan and uh I’ve had some people say he’s going to go first two rounds and I just had a hard time fitting him in there so um if he goes first two rounds I I’ll be happy at it I’ve said this a couple times but my way too early receiver rankings I didn’t have Jaylen pulk in my receiver rankings but I did have jayen McMillan as an honorable mention just outside the top 10 so I’ve always been a fan of McMillan’s game and uh as much as I love pulk man I pulk surpassed McMillan by the way on my rankings but I I still love all three of those Washington receivers they’re all awesome then we get to Jacksonville here at 96 this is an easy one they need a third pass they need a DPR that might be what AA Isaac is the next level so replace ardin key two years late with the dent Isaac here pick 97 Cincinnati I’m going to give them Christian Jones um he’s played both left and right tackle so I just think you move him to the right side let him sit behind Trent Brown for a year and he replaces Trent Brown by a year or two of his rookie contract Pittsburgh Steelers are next stop uh you know I’m I’m with Alex from Hail Mary Sports uh I I think Hunter NORAD is is an awesome player I I don’t have too many interor offensive linemen in my inter offensive line rankings but he would just be on the outside of the 10 names or whatever he’s a great Center I mean I think late third early fourth it’s a good place to take him uh he fits with what Arthur Smith wants to do and he’s definitely um and upgraded that position versus you know like if you’re not going to call her Big A Center cuz he’s played like 28 career snaps there like he’s definitely a better than whoever you might think is currently A Center on the Steelers roster so yeah I like that pick there at 98 and play Daniels at his natural position you play hering at his natural position he becomes death and seamu obviously their play guard as well and then the last pick here at 99 I you know if I didn’t go dline and tandre sweat earlier I still like I I trust me I really like Leonard Taylor as a fit here for the Rams playing some three Tech but I’m going to go with Dorian Taylor Emerson the jack rabbit and uh let him play a little nickel let him play a little free safety move him all around the field kind of use him as your John Johnson II third and this uh in this Rams defense I’d be really fired up about that um if he did end up becoming a Los Angeles RAM and I I think he’s a good enough player to finally get in my you know top 100 of these mock drafts I mean I think this is the first mock he’s appeared in I like him a ton it’s not a great safety class but I like his playmaking ability a ton and again I’m really biased I love slot Playmakers so the fact that he’s shown that plus free safety creation uh you know playmaking ability yeah he’s kind of a hard guy for me not to like but he’s a little small so I understand uh but man the his nickname what Jack Rabbit yeah like it it totally fits with how he plays but anyways guys that’s going to do it for the updated three round mock draft we’re one week away from the NFL Mock so tell me how I did down below was I you know spoton with your team was I way off the radar let me know who your favorite team is and what you thought about the picks did you hate it did you love it did you fall somewhere there in between and let me know why you felt that way and of course let me know who went too high who went too low is there some someone you think no way he falls the third round TJ you’re crazy love to hear that down below in the comments section I’m going to try to respond to as many comments as I possibly can and then you know let’s have some fun here who’s that surprise first rounder this year there’s always one who do you think it could be this year I don’t know if it’s super surprising but I’m going toly Zack Frasier I think Fraser’s the guy that sneaks in round one um I do like goat house shout for Max Melton too that’s like a really really nice secondary guess there I I like that a ton especially if green Baye sticks and picks at 25 I think that could make a lot of sense there as well but want to showcase all three rounds one more time leave your thoughts Down Below in the comment section I’m going to try to respond to each and every comment we’ll have one more mock draft coming out um next Wednesday and then in the in in the in between time we’re going to have offensive position rankings defensive rankings top 100 all coming out Saturday through Monday so be sure to subscribe to the channel check out our uh Draft Day coverage as well but that’s going to do it for me hope you have a fantastic rest of your day and until next time my name is TE and I signing off a [Music]

D Maye is Trubisky 2.0 y'all draft Dudes will never learn. Atleast JJ andPenix wins unlike Maye. SMDH
Why did you not get Xavier worthy for the panthers at 33
Eagles not wasting a 1st rd pick on a depth CB. Rodgers is a 4.28 guy and Ringo is 4.38. The only way they add CB is in trade for a proven guy.
Cooper great pick. Fisher ok for backup swing OT but will never replace Lane. Trice wasted pick for a DE that doesn't fit a 3-4
I really think my saints are going to trade back and get more picks just like you did in this video. Good job
Texans have king and ward at slot… they also have plenty of guys that get YAC. Christian Mahogany is the right pick at 86. Safety, Texans are slim At Safety… ward on last year and Jalen Petri took a step back last year.
Good video. I would love if the Cowboys could get Fashanu in the first and leave Tyler Smith at LG. Like you said, he’s an all pro there so even though we know he can play LT and probably be really good, it would be better to leave him where he’s most dominant at. I’d be happy with the second round pick too…..we have to address RB for sure in the 2nd or 3rd round, imo.
If the Bears don't take Odunze they'll draft Dallas Turner or Jared Verse
Panthers probably will sign Gilmore and pick a cb on the 3-4 round unless a solid ch fell to them in 33-39
Dude you know ball! You deserve more subscribers my man, keep pushing.
Love, from Detroit
💪🏼
Braden Fiske sucks for the Houston Texans at #42. He is an edge rusher trying to play at defensive tackle. The dude is terrible against the run. Your pick of Fiske here is a waste pick! 🍋Perhaps in the years to come, DeMeco Ryans came move him to edge.
Mike Sainristil at #59. Glad you like him, but hopefully, the Texans don’t take him. We need safety or a linebacker here, more than we need a nickel corner.
Bold or stupid??? Maliachi Corley? The Texans need a safety, a linebacker, and a tight end. So, naturally take a wide out with the #86 pick. Instead of picking for need, you take a “bold” pick. 😂 Corley may begin to contribute in 2025.
🤦♀🤦♀🤦♀
i think if there's a top 3 center at pittsburghs 2nd pick they definitely go for that position, i know they need WR help badly so i can also see them trading up to make that happen
Washington & Daniels don't seem to be getting along 🤭
Hate the pick for Seattle. If Fautanu and Fuaga are gone, I hope they take Murphy or Bowers. Otherwise try to get that trade down.
JPJ just isn't a player Seattle should stick and pick for.
gb paid up a 4th to move up 4 spots to 21 in 2020. no way are they giving up 91 to move up to 22….but yeah that would be the one guy they trade up for. props on that. PHI needs secondary too tho, so idk if philly is the team that does it
I don't see the Lions staying put at 29 to pick a player. IMO, Holmes is going to trade up for an elite EDGE or CB (ex: Verse, Mitchell, Arnold) – OR – Holmes is going to trade down not too far (add some additional draft capital) then trade back up later in the draft.
The patriots will ruin drake maye. They have a sorry offensive coaching staff with one of the worst rosters in the nfl.
Bears will never take Burton because of his off the field issues. They passed Jalen Freakin’ Carter last year because of off the field issues.
Nice picks for the Bucs. Most Mockers tend to blow chunks when they select for my team
I’m not a fan of the Carolina draft simply because I think WR needs to be one of the second round picks. I love Frazier (this center class is deep) and melton but if it was me I would go Legette or Worthy at 33 then melton or Sainristil at 39
iknow yiu will say cowboys will selectOL every one is forgeting they dont have3rdWR to replace Gullop
If Washington trades back into the first it will be for a OT. They will then go EDGE and CB. TE is not as much of a need
Regarding Chargers:
1. ASJ was playing Nickel a bit under Staley, but his build and inability to tackle forces him to play outside more. I would be surprised to see him play in the nickel to often under Minter, who as you said values tackling from the slot. Sainristil would really be my ideal fit here.
2. I‘m not entirely sure what to think about your chargers draft 😅 Johnny being the only sure fire starter here kinda irks me. JC would have to beat out Pipkins, and if so, you sunk 9M$ paying for him. Coleman comes into the league as much of a project as QJ, if not more. 2 of those guys in the room? I would be shocked to see much of a passing production honestly. Carson I haven’t watched to much, but I don‘t feel like he would be much of a upgrade. With the corners that were available earlier and still are at later picks, I would not feel great about that selection.
In general I think, if LAC does not fill the WR Need in round 1, they will be having a problem later on. All the top WR would be gone and only „#.2“ Guys are available, which doesn’t help to much. Also, so many other good quality guys and needs available, would be tough to miss out on them because you have to take a tier 4/5 WR instead of a Tier2/3 CB or Tier 2 IOL for example
Rams are not passing on olu fashu if he's there at 19…. rams are not staying at 19
All defense for Rams ain't happening.. Sean mcvay is a offensive minded coach
Hello I am a Patroits fan and I did a 7 round mock draft w/Trades and I think it is a good one . #3-either Drake Maye or Jayden Daniels
#34-Devante Walker or Xavier Leggett- Trade with Indianapolis we send 68 -137 2025 3rd round for #46 & #151 2025 6th round .
#46 TJ Tampa- CB Iowa St.
#103– OT- LaDarius Henderson Michigan
#151-RB-Audric Estime ND
#180-DT-Logan Lee Iowa
#193-TE- AJ Barner-Michigan
#231-Javon Baker-WR-UCF What do you think A- or B. I have done mock for the last 10 years and I know good players when I see them. Two big draft that I had right on the button AJ Brown was a great pick for Tennessee and I knew that kNeil Harry was a bum and OJ. McDuffie was a steal for the KC Chiefs in 2021. Also the Draft that Josh Allen(QB) was a franchise QB he just needed quality WR. I know my football and I have drafted better than the Patroits staff the last six years? How Crosby from the Raiders was taken in the 4th round ,who I had in the second round.
The Nate Wiggins market is confusing af man. I watched a new mock this morning that has him slipping through round 3 without being selected. He could shape up to be the steal of the draft for someone on day two.
The saints NOT drafting a safety that early!!! Our 2nd pick will be a WR or DT
Why would the eagles trade down when Terrion Arnold on the board 😭
I don't think I've seen a mock you did this year with NE trading back. Disappointing.
You deserve way more recognition. I can tell you do your research!
Washing commanders, not gonna take a North Carolina QB three strikes are out
If the Giants can't move up or down, and if only move up for Maye or Caleb (the mock draft simulator I just used actually had Chicago and Was pass on Caleb😂), i liked your draft.
blake corum not going in 1,2 or 3 round is crazy
