    1. rin it's ok we support you the worker the talent and these agencies are exploitative and sexist it's fucked how the industry wants to take advantage of you and other women as well as control your personal dating life and harass you for your body! all while expecting you to be smiling passive and obedient it's outrageous and outrage inducing and as you know way too normalized, it's sick, seems like there is still a lot of old school sexist attitudes in japan that need to be overcome

    2. one thing I really respect about connor is that despite being inexperienced with many different spheres (i.e., fashion, jrpg, vtubing, cycling, etc.), he's really put in effort to learn and appreciate each of them during his stay in Japan

    3. Ahh…. malls are "dead"? I mean, even 20 years ago, business had been slowing down in most of them; but teenagers still showed up to hang out with their friends IRL, to meet new people in a mutually known space, and TO BE SEEN by others (peers and strangers alike – especially to provoke the elders with your "flashy attire"). It was like a teen-town-square – but all the teens are hanging out in gated, online discords? What a shame… This must be why the U.S. got Drumpf (via Electoral College, NOT the popular vote)

    4. "…but you don't know… everyone starts somewhere."
Damn right! [ahem…JOEY] Fashion is about CONFIDENCE, not "if I'm the right fit for the clothes". MAKE them fit YOU!!!

    5. I love Rin Rin. Besides beauty, she if so fun to hear from with a very different perspective. Always a good time watching. I loved the Connor dress up they did. I am not into too much self style, but she had great pointers for the average person. It was really fun to watch.
