Finally, there’s a break in the bad weather, so Garry’s off for a few nights under canvas. He bought a new tarp a few weeks ago and is keen to try it out. But as usual, Garry is undecided as to where he’s going to end up for the night.

Oh! I was looking forward to the little pink ferry.
I'm going that way in a couple of weeks to Ashurst Campsite from Soton railway station. Doesn't the A35 have a cycle path anymore? I'm not brave enough to cycle on that road!
