    2. what an astonishingly beautiful woman. I do much prefer the more traditional methods of discrimination (although, personally, not a recipient!)

    3. Within 10 years time these ‘DEI Consultants’ won’t be around – it’s the ‘latest thing’ that is just a corporate fad that will DIE out when the critical mass of corporations eventually realise it makes them no money.

It’s totally pointless, and yes – snake oil salesmen is exactly the right words!

    4. Really enjoyed this episode with Mercy Muroki, but she did come across as a little underwhelming in some respects, which for me is a bit expected considering her political employment links of late. Basically, I felt some of her views and opinions seemed a bit wispy-washy, if you know what I mean. This however did not diminish my support for Triggermonetry and the guys.

    5. As an older person my hearing isn't particularly good. My main problem is when companies outsource their support network to other countries. I find heavy foreign accents extremely difficult to hear and understand. This of course will be regarded as racist.

    6. It's always bothered me that schools don't teach you how to navigate life. Budgeting, how to pay a bill etc. I know it should come from parents but very often it doesn't because they don't know or care.

    7. Just one constant attack upon the working class, regional accent prejudice , now skin colour and ethnicity added to the mix, this carcass of a nation has become rich pickings for every vulture on the planet, helps no one…. Just look at the state of the nation!

    8. I run a successful creative consultancy and the only diversity I am passionate about is diversity of thought and ideas.

I seriously don’t give a damn what colours, biological sex, race, religious beliefs, disability or mental gender people think they are – just prove to me that you have a curious mind and understand innovation and creative thinking.

    9. You nearly lost me at "worked for Kemi Badenock" who I find to be a vile individual. She was actually quite reasonable in her assessment of the overall picture I felt.

    10. In a population that's about 84% ethnic Brit Caucasian (being in Europe strangely), there literally isn't enough so-called diversity to go around.

    11. My former company DEI approach no1: They made a Black heritage afternoon with famous people good food and music. Sounded fun so we where excited to go and have some good mingle after work. Then they sent all white people out as its for black only… I was happy to see my black colleagues come out with us too and stated it stinks and we went to the local pub instead. A few month later the leadership hold a speech about they happy with our black colleauges and they had to stand up (it was an open plan office) and the leadership told shit like they are just as good as we are and they happy to have them. We was like Oh for the F sake, why you do this with people?
They also spent a small frotune on Bias training. One of it made a friendly banter to a really bitter issue for one of my colleague removed him from the group and isolated him but oh nobody joked about his age anymore…
They also have to hire more women in the team because… dunno we had women in our team in all position before but the team maybe more masculine than feminime. I overheard when our (good) line manager was told the head manager "I am not going to hire her just because she is a women". It was clearly an upper management pressure on the subject. Long story short at the end just the two programmer remained as boys and its all happened withing half a year and just because they found no woman take that job.
After a year the company felt appart and bought up by a foreign company. It still run the shell of the business today.

    12. When people look to progress rather than dwell on historical wrongs, when education takes priority over TikTok misinformation, when morality usurps instant gratification, when integrity returns to our lives. Then they will lift themselves up from victimhood and step up the ladder that will earn them the same opportunities as those who have succeeded!

    13. Watched the niece and her schoolmates get their first full-time jobs at a fast food franchise type of shop. They were there for a year and the wages were far too low. They all decided they should ask for a little more. The owners ignored them, pointed out problems and so on. I see a similar fast food place has 5 African migrants working there. He made some deal with government and gets to pay them minimum (less, the government subsidizes) and those Africans have absolutely no choice but to jump when they say jump, kneel when they say kneel and they won't ever be asking for raise and agree and apologize to have money docked if they are late etc.
The nieces became worthless when their employers caught on to this. probably good for the owners who 'got theirs first' and sold out but the nieces won't be doing much in life and not thinking about the day they too open a fast food shop or rise to manager or any such things.
Nobody is 'against the Africans' but rather trying to find out why the Africans are being used against us?
