    1. Never done an audax but looks really good. Only been cycling two years and doing my 2nd London 100 in May. How do you follow the routes if you don’t have a garmin etc? Love the idea of these 👌(obvs love coffee and food!!!😂)

    2. Have a awesome 11th year Katie

    3. Entirely agree about the fun of Audax's Katie. Scenery looks stunning on this one. I've cycled through Slaidburn on LEJOG and the video brought back some great memories

    4. Enjoyed that thanks. Your videos encouraged me to try my first audax rides, which I am enjoying. Id love to see you ride with someone on their first audax 🙂

    5. 100% agree – they are great. I used to do quite a few and it's a fantastic way to explore new parts of the country. Start with a 50 or 100 to get used to the concept and see if you can handle the mild panic of finding info controls. LEL next year for the extra keen 😬

    6. I have just joined Audax UK and have my first event in August …really looking forward to what seems to be a lovely relaxed way of riding as you see the countryside

    7. Been interested in Audax for years from watching your videos, finally bit the bullet and entered a couple end of last year – totally hooked!
Also 100% true what you say about the people, just a wonderfully sense of community. Especially when you're all comparing notes over a petrol station picnic or huddled up in s us shelter in the pouring rain 😂

    8. It looked cold, eating beans on toast with your big gloves on. I would like to do an audax but maybe when the weather gets warmer. But fair play to you Katie.

    9. Great video. Love audaxes. Better clientele than the wannabee racers and wheelsuckers you get on sportives. I've a couple of 200k in the next 6 weeks, I cannot wait after watching this video! A big shoutout to all the audax organisers and helpers!

    10. They are NOT cheap. Rather, they offer incredible value for money due to the fantastic effort of organisers and volunteers. Your choice of words does not do them justice.

    11. Was a pleasure riding with you Katie! Couldn't agree more; Audax events have a real humble and down to earth vibe that you can't quite get anywhere else. Hopefully catch you on the next one ✌🏻

    12. I don’t wish to be a Debbie Downer or anything, but I would point out that there is 1 single Audax event in the entire South of England (south of London) according to the Audax website list of events…

    13. Can’t agree more with everything you said. Love an Audax, my favourite rides. So many wonderful places to explore and the very best of routes.
