In this episode of Tom’s Bike Shed, which was actually conducted outside the shed on a nice sunny day, I run through a few of the changes I’m making to my Oxford Bike Works Outlander, based on some recent test rides in the challenging terrain of Armenia. This is all in preparation for the 1,200km Ascend Armenia bikepacking race I’ll be participating in later this year. Comments welcome!
