Under the prime minister’s flagship crime bill, police would be given the power to fine or move on so-called “nuisance” rough sleepers.

How can a homeless person pay a fine? At least if they are imprisoned at least they will have a roof
There’s no such thing as being homeless it’s a myth and a joke the world is all our home we are all of earth after all. Rishi is an sausage puppet used to put pressure on the British to work harder etc essentially it’s a fear insensitive think about it. A lot of people who are homeless are ex-forces. If someone is homeless, they have no money. Good luck with a fine. Prison is an option. Warm bed and not sleeping as rough. What a great way to treat british people whilst the immigrants get put accommodated in hotels and Bibby barges.
