This ethereally joyful work is one of three movements under the title, Zeitklang, A Trilogy for Two Pianos, by German composer Ratko Delorko and dedicated to DUO MUNDI GEORGE & GULI, who commissioned this set in 2022.
There are ten pieces in the original cycle, Zeitklang, for solo piano composed by Ratko Delorko.
The use of extended technique within the strings of the piano makes it a beguiling and colorful addition to the two piano repertoire.
