    1. Dude Jason is on here that's awesome one of my favorite BMX racers when I was a kid I'm from Jersey and I seen him at EHT BMX track when he rode for TNT bikes then I remember when he rode for mosh bikes

    2. What a great podcast. Dr. J really puts into perspective some of the things that mentally hold most people back. You don't have to ride BMX to learn something from this!

    3. Damn good episode, boys. Was surprised to hear Jordan Peterson mentioned because dude is seriously controversial (to say the least). I didn't hear Jason say it, but listening to the way he described the psychology behind risk taking made me think a good way to sum it up is as "attention seeking behavior." I think that's the answer to the question he asked around "what do you get out of it?" We get attention. Good or bad, someone pays attention to us.

    4. I'm 36 and rode at a high level until a little over a year ago. I got sick and spent most of last year at the UCLA Ronald Reagan Medical Center ICU and very narrowly escaped death. I was 89 lbs, had to learn to walk again, started eating and drinking again after months of being fed thru IV, and like your guest mentioned he had before, I too currently have a colostomy bag and it's all been tough. More than anything, I just want to ride again and I am having trouble reconciling how My future will be once I'm fully recovered, which I'm happy to say should be in fall/winter. I got so so much out of this, Thank You OurBMX and Thank You Dr. J., Sir. This is one of the best podcasts I have ever heard anywhere , not just an OurBMX one, this was Joe Rogan level You guys rock. I currently purchase Van's clothing and shoes, have plans with my buddy to go visit Woodward West once I recover, I currently ride a Haro CK AM but am looking to get a new bike and will do so through SourceBMX, and last week I went to a high end beverage store looking for Samuel Adams Cherry Wheat but left with a pack of Dale's instead. Keep up the good work fellas, I will purchase from brands that support this podcast and God Bless.

    5. This is so insightful! Thank you guys for having DR. JRICH on here. He has this way of breaking down things that just make you feel like you can take on anything you may face. Very articulate and very clear with his words.
      Jason’s the man🙌🏿

    6. I'm doing my assessment of the psychologist. He doesn't mind dismissing what you are saying in mid sentence if he's not interested by cutting you off. I think he is narcissistic but, thinks he is smarter than you , so you won't pick up on it. That can of truth serum that he consumed was bringing out the real him and it was very revealing.
