    1. Great podcast really enjoyed that. My marathon training consists of 3 x 10k's per week and a parkrun. I'm a heavy runner and finished Barcelona marathon in 4:37 my Moto is less is more! But definitely consistency is key save the hard miles for on the day ha 😁👍

    2. Milan marathon was pretty warm & I blew up with cramp at mile 16. Finished it tho, but then the organisers ran out of finisher tees. Disappointing.

    3. Hi Chris and all. Just listened to this great show on my long run. I live in France and I get a medical certificate at the beginning of the year and it covers all running and cycling and any other races for 12 months and is free from my local doctor. It is a bit pointless because it's just a blood pressure and a quick check over, but it is required. Cheers
