screw problem @14:30 solution: a product called "locktight"; a liquid (somewhat like glue) you put on the threads before tightening. There are other names for it but all do same thing,

Are you using “Loktite”, which is basically a “Superglue” to put in screw threads to lock the screw to the thread.
