I’d love to get some coaching at some point from Ian. I used to ride Aston hill a lot as it’s my local and he was always there busy with coaching.

Noski is such a racer 🎉 A question: I was at Degla at the W/E (saw you and congrats both) and raced. How much difference did this make and to which bits of which stage. I’m going to guess 1. The 3 loamers big for maintaining forward momentum (fewer hang-ups) and 2. A big difference on the ‘Dave The Fox’ section.
