Important Announcement: We’ve encountered numerous problems with HeyBike UK bicycles and unfortunately, have not received support from the company.
As a dealer, we’ve had to dismantle new bicycles from our inventory to help our customers with repairs, including those who purchased their bikes directly from HeyBike UK, to ensure they could continue riding.
Although we initially praised these bicycles for their excellent value when they launched, the lack of post-purchase support undermines their overall worth.
We strongly advise you to think carefully before deciding to buy this product.

You can NOT just tell people NOT to buy, based on no information? Can you please tell us WHAT the issues were with your customers bikes that needed fixing then perhaps an informed decision can be made as to whether or not to buy. Bear in mind the majority of reviews have been good and of course, you being a trader could prejudice people’s decisions? 👍
