Continuing right along, this starts with the 4th day of our Brittany cycling trip, along the coast through Cancale to Saint-Malo. From there, we took a train to Paris (I guess directly to the airport?) and flew to Munich, where Andreas picked us up and brought us to Sonja’s family home in Weyarn. We got to hang around with the Redling twins Elias and Luzia (Marinus was still in the works), not to mention Ellie the Dachshund (this was 6 months before Banksy Wonderdog came into our lives). Andreas and Sonja gave us splendid tours of Munich [hello, art museums!], Tegernsee, etc. A whirldwind tour and totally fun!
I’m realizing now, after uploading this, that the Munich museum that I identified as the “Staatliche Antikensammlungen” was actually its sister museum, the Glyptothek. My bad.
