Hitchens has bought into the Israeli propaganda if he feels that by not supporting them you are siding with Islam. The IDF have killed plenty of Christian Arabs too including 2 nuns when bombing a church. They want to eliminate ALL non-Jews from there and claim the land as their own.
I’m very disappointed with Peter. Genocide is genocide. You can argue that more people died in the Holocaust. But there are two issues with this: First, this genocide is not finished yet, so we don’t know the final death toll of Palestinian civilians. Second, the population of Gaza is smaller, so the number of dead in Gaza cannot reach the numbers in the Holocaust.
And who is the bald-headed fool? Yes, it is a genocide, and as we saw with the 7 WCK aid workers, you’d be calling it a genocide if the people being massacred were of a lighter skin tone.

Peter Hitchens has a real problem recognising the genocide taking place in Gaza. I find him very interesting and insightful on many political issues but find it so disappointing he lets his support of Zionism stopping him from taking an honest position on this unfolding humanitarian position.
As for comparing what Israel is doing in Gaza as a holocaust, if you consider it as a genocide, surely they are much the same.
We should also mention that Netanyahu funded Hamas and their terrorist act on October 7th was brought about after 70 years of persecution by the state of Israel. This did not happen in a vacuum.
Galloway sounds like a contemptible suckup, supporting the invaders trying to destroy his nation.
