Excellent, concise, comments from Brompton, and Wheels for Wellbeing. I would like to understand who is pushing for the proposed changes. It appears to me that what may be of greater urgency, is greater enforcement of illegal electric bikes, misuse of existing cycle infrastructure, and pavement parking.
