Stirling City Race (SOUL 10) 5.9km | Mens Open
Wow what an event. My first urban outside of Grampian and it did not disappoint. I was a bit nervous on the distance / climb but that wasnt the issue at all. My navigation as always. So maybe skip post control 4. I struggled initially at the start to adjust to the map which was silly as it was great. Then I made a really really bad mistake going for 4. Lots of basics missed for me. Plenty of other mistakes / bad route choices to improve on.
As a FYI I didnt get the last gramp urban sprint due to weather. I’m looking to run this as a training run soon so will post up the video for it.
Thanks to FOV for hosting this event, it made the drive down and back in the day worth it.

Чудово! колись був у Шотландії у містечкі Абердін, дуже схожа архітектура
Different terrain you guys race around in the UK. never done a long distance sprint like this before.
Oh and a tip for #4, use the contours as soon as you started heading downhill should of set off red flags.
