My god I was going easy on myself and even took a 30 second pause and my legs still feel like noodles‼️

What does ten out of ten, eight out of ten EFFORT mean exactly in terms of the level on the bike ??? Also 1 min is too long for a 15 min session & warm up is too long. Rubbish workout !!!
