I am in Central Europe and I see few offers for Marlin 5s in similiar state for about 300 EUR asking price – so 250-280 is probably doable as transaction price

The Trek Marlin 5 runs about $599 right now on sale at most Trek retailers, and $739.99 regular price.
The bike looks a little bit beat, and would personally offer / aim for $250 to $275 max.
