    1. Really enjoyed that guys. Hope to use Tony to get a M340i in the second half of the year…any idea of the best Month to get the best deal or does it not matter, Would much rather give someone like Tony my money as he obviously cares about his customers.

    2. Top notch guys and wow Tony I thought I was alone buying a ford Orion. I couldn’t afford the insurance back in the late 80s for an xr3i and bought an Orion as well. Same car, just had 4 doors and a boot and I saved a fortune on the insurance 😂

    3. What I care about the most is the engine. So when every motor is the same then none of the cars are special to me. This is what I have a hard time with when it comes to electric cars. A Hyundai a BMW and a Chevy will all have the same motor. Because it's just an electric motor. No personality. Han Zimmer cannot make it any better

    4. I have had two cars from my local Volvo stealer, a new V90 XC which was handed over, well left in the rain with the salesman running off as the rain started with me asking a question to his departing back and a XC90 which was parked outside with "some fuel in it".

    5. As somebody who has bought 52 cars with the most recent from Tony I can honestly say he's up there with the very best. Loved dealing with him with my recent M2 purchase ❤

    6. I’ve bought a few cars new and the last time went so that the first dealer did the ”let’s ignore him completely” thing, so I left and went to the next one and the guy there was interested and I ordered the car. I’ve been looking for a new one now and went to my nearest one but the guy was acting like he’s not really interested. His only question was that ”is your current car a hybrid?”. I said ”no”. And that was pretty much it. 😅 When the time comes, I will buy the new one from the last guy even if he’s not the nearest dealer to me. Most experiences I’ve had have been negative and then there are guys like Tony here, and they succeed. 👌 In Finland they probably serve only the older white hair customer base because they are the ones who buy new cars. Apparently I have to wait when I get more gray hair. 🤷‍♂️

    7. Really enjoying the chemistry and banter between you.
I bought my first car from Tony September 22, I'll never go anywhere else after travelling 250 miles.
      The process is so easy…
      Sat here smiling

    8. I bought a lightly used M3 touring and I went to my local dealership asked them if they can run through the tech side of things for me as soon, as they realised it wasn’t bought from them they couldn’t care less.

    9. Great video. Totally agree with what you said about customer service Ped (or lack of it).
People just don’t seem to care these days 🤷🏼‍♂️

    10. The pain of trying to buy a car is so accurate, I went to buy a Kia Stinger V6, 100% about the car but not wanting to rush the decision on the day but they wouldn't give me finance quotes until I put down a £99 reservation deposit which is purely wrong. Convinced me out of buying it really!

    11. It took me ten years to get around to buying a BMW from Tony!
He and his team go the extra mile for sure👌🏻
Don’t buy a speedy BMW from anywhere else 😀

      Before TRL….
I’d bought cars via other BMW dealers and had HORRIBLE experiences. Underhand tactics, fiddling the paperwork, doing things I told them specifically NOT to do.
I just ended up feeling cheated and hated going there for services and I left the brand.

    12. Well, if I ever decide to look at BMW for a new car, I think I know where I'll be going.. I must admit, when Joe sold his old M3 touring, I was on the BMW site looking for it..

And on the subject of MG, i have to confess to owning a MG ZT, 2.5 v6 and 180 bhp. I loved that car to bits, till I saw my ptrol bill had risen by nearly £300 a month!!! Even for 2003 /2004 it was scary!!
