    1. Great video. Very informative buddy but there is a 2.65% contribution to the health system on dividends AFAIK. Just moved here to Paphos guided by you and others, so thanks for this helpful videos!

    2. Good information! thanks! more questions about the NHS contribution: what kind of coverage will you get from this? do you also need extra private medical insurance for living in Cyprus?

    3. But anyway this is an island, so can you recommend this place for living for a long-term living with family? For 10-20 years for example or you will come back to Germany (I suppose you are from there), because Cyprus can become too boring for living? How do you think?

    4. hey rico wie geht's dir, Ich hoffe dass wir uns treffen können ich brauche deine guidance um eine neue Business zu starten.

      Freundliche Grüße

      Jacob

    7. I bought in Spain in 1999.almost straight away it was broken into. And again and again and again .the locks changed bars put on the windows .till they started coming in through the front door when we were in . Yes id had enough. Finaly sold it. I put the money away where i couldnt get my hands on it an waste it on silly cars .. a few years later we found Kamares Village in Tala Paphos Cyprus. Different alltogether i can reccomend it look it up.but dont buy in Spain .

    8. Hi Rico, Great content & love your enthusiasm! Can you tell me or point me in the right direction to find out about retiring, renting a property, but how to get residency longer than 3 months? Thanks in advance :)!

    9. I noticed that at (1:08) while you were stopped at the red light, the car next to you did not make a left turn until the light turned green. I assume that you cannot make a left turn at a red light in Cyprus, as opposed to here in N America where you are allowed to make a right turn at a red light (in most places) after coming to a complete stop, and when it is clear of pedestrians and cars in your path. Thanks …

    10. Beautiful country with lots of good reasons to migrate there. That's why it's almost impossible. Unless you have a passport issued by an EU country your chances are about nil. Even brain surgeons and rocket scientists struggle. If you're a multi millionaire then it's a different story.
