Some footage of winter maintenance of bicycle paths in Oulu, Finland. Monday, very very early morning before 3am, 2nd Feb 2015. Bike paths and their maintenance are the top priority in the northern city, located only 170km from the polar circle. The main bicycle routes are plowed before 7am in case of snowfall.

Perkele weren't you afraid to get ahead of that machine? If you slipped accidentally, it could have been a disaster.
This city is awesome. I wish American cities had better bicycle facilities / services.
