I ride from Mubende to Kyenjojo, across the Tooro kingdom, in Uganda, in Africa.
On the way, I get a huge motorbike escort, and then I meet a friendly viewer who explains to me the ethnic diversity in Western Uganda.

  6. Luganda is widely spoken in that part up to the Rwanda border. One doesn't need to change languages even though people speak different languages. Luganda, Rutooro, Runyankole Lukonzo, etc. I understand everything they're saying mostly Rutooro language.

  7. He didn't follow you from kyegegwa to kakabara but on that stretch they use mostly those indian made motorcycles and he was facinated just riding alongside you on his way to kakabara

  8. Uganda must be the second friendliest country in Africa after Kenya, your journey from Kampala has being so enjoyable people are so excited and talkative unlike the first time you reached Uganda from Kenya people were quiet and boring 😊

  9. I like Uganda because Ugandans are so humble, respectful and friendly, the country is so green even the driest area is just green, unfortunately Ugandan towns are so small and less developed they look like shopping centres

  11. the fruit you bought from the kid is locally called "amatehe/amatunguru", in English "wild cardamom" (Aframomum angustifolium). It's bittersweet taste turns to the sweeter end as it ripens more (from experience growing up in Western Uganda, the darker-red the outer skin the riper and sweeter the fruit). Also a favourite of monkeys, baboons.,.. which inturn help to disperse it further through the forests (the seeds are indigestible just like guava seeds). it's as well frequented for medicinal purposes esp. diabetes and related herbal concoctions
