I commented to you to try bike camping and you wrote back nope, glad to see you might have changed your mind looking forward to your adventures ✔✔👍👍
'Get your kicks on Route 68'…doesn't have the same ring. Nice looking bike, though I expected some air on the BMX track.
Nice review not much of a bike guy but this might be worth a look. Cheers
Daley Delivers…Pizzas. If you ever lose any of your 10 million subs Ben, you have the backup of delivery -ooing.
I recommend the Tissington Trail combined with High Peak Trail mostly traffic free and some decent camp sites/pubs more or less on route to camp
I'm quite into my ebikes (I've got a cannondale emtb) My main concerns with the cheaper chinese branded ebikes are the battery cells, they use cheap and nasty cells and loads of fires have been caused by these cheap batteries that lack a decent battery management systems. Wouldn't have one in my house while sleeping, that's for sure. I'm sure it's quite durable though.
I think if i was in the market to a similar bike as this i would look at the MiRider. British assembled, good coponents and wieghts something like 19kg or 20kg.
You've gotta give bikepacking a go!
Nice review , thanks. "There is a hole in there" 1:58 😂😂😂 love your humor
Biker Mice From Mars! 🐁
Shat it on that BMX track didn't you! 🤣🤣🤭
Why not just test a recognised UK legal ebike rather than this potentially non road legal thing?
A problem with many of the electric bikes given to youtubers to test is that they are illegal to ride on public roads. The bike in this video falls into that category. Having a throttle (even if you don't use it unless limited to 6km/hr for starting assistance) and a motor greater than 250W means it does not meet the EAPC category and makes it a moped so to ride it on public roads you'd need it registering, insured and taxed. If you ride this bike you could at worse get fined and penalty points on your license
4:42 Looks like your at Egginton, on the former Friargate line route, I surveyed most of that route for Streetview in 2021, looks like they have cleared a lot of the plants compared with when I did that :

Maniac!!
Thanks for the overview. I've mixed feelings over these types of e-bike that weigh as much as a motorbike and can be unrestricted to get to 30mph and used by anyone that's never had any motor-cycle training or road experience. The horse riders weren't happy 'cos although YOU stopped to let them past, there's plenty of 'others' that bomb along the bridleways and streets – in almost silence that don't. At least in the past when the 'others' took a stolen moped on the trails you would here it coming and get out of the way…. Always thought it odd that the end user can be prosecuted for riding too fast, but not the company that imports/makes them so easily modified when bad shit happens…. And thanks for the wind gag, fart jokes are always funny 🙏🏽
I just love your videos, even a video about an e-bike makes me laugh out loud 🤣😂
I look forward to seeing you bike packing! They’ve always been intriguing to me but my balance is shocking I’d end up in the hedge! 🤣😍🤣
That was good, Ben. I’ll look forward to your first bike packing film.
Looks great that, i’ve got the Engwe x24 and its bloody massive 😂 no way i’ll be lifting it over any stiles.
Anyway, good vid.. Editing spot on 👌🏼
The music at the end got me😂
I’m only here for the fart gags…….you never let me down 😂 (I do enjoy the videos! Please keep them coming!)
Nice bike Ben. 😊
I almost bought an engwe pro but saw others I liked for the same price with better specs. Today I bought a fiido m1pro to play with on the weekend, very fun. However, your Engwe pro looks great and has a very nice appearance.
There's a nice campsite (Ingfield Farm , near penistone (hope I've spelt it right)). Fantastic base for walking & bike rides. If you don't want to wild camp.
Funny video mate, keep it up. Looking forward to your bike packing adventure. Make a couple of days…..get your moneys worth..lol
Quite the piece of kit there. Looks heavier than my van 😂. Be good to head out to the woods in with all your gear on for camping though. Saves driving.
Tearing it up round the track mate 😉😂
Nice video Ben, i think those horses you past have a similer horn. Look forward to a full bike camp adventure. Do you think it would make it up Jacobs Ladder 🤔 If you havent checked out any of his videos give this a watch from Simon a Bloke on a Bike

I love the horn on it, sounds good. I also like it in black, it looks smart.
A good point with the charging hole cover where the battery sits. Also, the key underneath the frame there. Could that get any water/mud damage as you ride along and do you feel it could affect the key working over time?
Only bike I ride has 750cc engine under its tank 😉
How much does it weigh?
Another good video Ben
I've got 4 acres of woodland to the north of Sheffield, ok for camping as long as people don't bring a car. Honestly a parked car could cause me more trouble than a fire.
Enjoyed that. Shame about the fenced off woods. Bike looks like a bit of a beast. Would definitely like to see you bike pack on it!
