A woman is recovering after being shot by a Richmond man during what police are calling a possible road rage incident in Powhatan County.
A spokesperson for the Powhatan County Sheriff’s Office said that they responded to a report of a person with a gunshot wound in the parking lot of Ultimate Cycle off Anderson Highway at around 7 a.m. on Tuesday, April 9.
