Hi, interested in how you got on with bar end shifters on your bike?
Do you lock your bike and panniers? Or if yoh can share what lock yoh use if you have one? Been looking at bike lock and maybe a cable to lock my pannier but not sure which
Outstanding adventure, chaps, I doff mon chapeau.
there's only one Arsene Weeenger, COYG! Really enjoyed your Rhine series, you deserve way more views! did a similar one last summer myself as the river means a lot to me and glad that I am not the only one driving beers midday on a trip!
I don't know what's with these horrible German families but I encountered one also during Tour de Mont Blank in one Swiss campsite near Trient. Only instead of loud music they parked their minivan 2 meters from our tent, their kid started playing football against the slope, occasionally hitting our tent with the ball. After the third hit I complained to the manager of the hotel/campsite. It seemed to solve the problem. Though, they still managed to discuss something loudly around 11 PM near our tent, little buggers.
