From Leeds to Chester by Bicycle

A spring adventure with a very early start for Simon and I. The 6:22 from Chester got us into Leeds for 8:40 and then after a quick coffee stop at Sesame it was time to hit the road and trails.

The route was 50/50 split between road and off road, with canal paths, cycleways and the NCN62 all included. We didnt do the exact route back as I destroyed my front brakes and had to remove the pads. So after Preston Brook is was the straightest and fastest way back. Special thanks to S_watkins79 for accompanying me on the ride and for getting me home at the end as I was struggling a lot.

Really enjoyable route apart from the weather and much more suited to Gravel bikes.
