The only reason this is happening is because it was a white woman on a motorcycle and it got national media attention. This happens all the time and they know it. These 2 are just the unlucky bastards to whom the example is being made of for the rest of the world to see. Its absolute bullshit though and I feel sorry for these men. They were just doing something that is normal culture with in law enforcement in these countries. They just so happened to do it to the one wrong person. If it has been an American, or another African with no cameras and no internet clout this would not be happening to these 2 guys.
