In fairness, the sales manager (the bauld chap) is actually quite civil and respectful. Can you imagine how they treat a disgruntled customer if the staff moving cars about are hurling you abuse.
The only slight problem is obviously walking around if people are discussing finance etc..but otherwise I'd be ok with what he does.
