DeeDee, a 15-year-old girl, survived in the city for many months after the zombies appeared. She joined a group of survivors but later they abandoned her.
DeeDee decided to find her way back home. She met Sgt. Watson, an injured National Guard soldier, and helped take care of his wound.
A rescue team arrived, including Lee, DeeDee’s old friend. They were happy to see each other again. The rescue team took DeeDee and Sgt. Watson to the base in town. DeeDee quickly eliminated a group of zombies when they attacked a member of the team.
At the base, DeeDee underwent a medical examination. She recalled that her parents and brother had all died. Lee said DeeDee’s house had been confiscated for use while she was away, but personal belongings could possibly be retrieved.
DeeDee was sad and angry about that. She also objected when the doctor suggested she had been sexually abused. DeeDee insisted that the men in the group wanted to take advantage of her but she refused.

Not that i wish for the zombie apocalypse but lets face it. We aint that lucky 😂 so what do we do people? Live it inside our brain over an over?
I love your series but that AI voice sucks! What’s up with the bad narration? It makes listening difficult. Ok I’m more than 2/3 of the way and dude, I can’t listen to this terrible narration. Love the story but ai does not narrate the way a human does and this is not going to do it. Sad but if this is the future of this I’m gonna go..l.l

I don't see AI narration as bad.
But ffs. Having an aged man voice narrate thoughts of a 15 year girl is a really really really poor choice of voice.
Matching the narrator voice with the narrator character shouldn't be that hard and would go a long way to improve listening experience.
