    1. I think most people unfamiliar with the role of auditors, the laws regarding privacy, flying of drones, public photography etc, would be a tad suspicious of someone filming their site unannounced. As the manager quite rightly said, they have technology that they would like to keep private from competitors. However, this manager took the time to communicate with the auditor and eventually put aside his initial suspicions, and managed to conduct a productive dialogue with the auditor.
In the rare cases where an auditor highlights a public concern (in this case the plastic pellets), it's good to know that managers of these companies take on board the comments and feedback whilst respecting the role of an auditor as an ordinary citizen. Kudos to DJ, always non-confrontational and eager to educate. Great video.

    2. I have always wished that auditors had come to our building site in Manchester in 2008. Especially AB and DJ Audits. We would have given the Auditor a cup of coffee, an induction for site safety and rules, loan PPE kept for visitors and a tour of the site. Everyone (100+ staff and contractors) would be seen with full PPE, CI cards, permits and RA forms for hot work and at heights, all the safety barriers in place, no food except in the canteen to keep vermin at bay, no radios so the klaxon and megaphones could be heard in an emergency, no rubbish left anywhere except in the skips, all waste materials removed every day, security, lighting, daily inspections, signing in and out etc. This is how all sites should be run and we would have been proud to see in on YouTube. These reactionaries that like to play the security card or call the Police look like they have something to hide. Why pointlessly make your company look suspicious?

    3. Not a bad interaction at all. But i did have to laugh when you showed him the law then said "oh yeah well i won't allow. I'll have to have a look and see for myself". As if the law is going to automatically change as soon as he looks at it πŸ˜‚
But fair play to him though for listening and talking about what they do. He seemed fine about it after seeing it for himself

    4. Very well recovered by the owner who initially was acting out of ignorance but once he realised that you were acting within the law and were not wanting to portray the business in a negative light or cause issues actually really engaged well and gave a good impression of the business and what they do. πŸ‘πŸ»

If only more staff and owners of premises were open-minded your profits would plummet as we wouldn’t get to laugh at them making fools of themselves. πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚

    5. Great video DJ, you set the standard, I see a lot of new audit Channels popping up which copy your format down to a tee! But you will always be number one mate

    6. There are now far to many You Tubers Channels all doing the same content (Now all jumping on the same Band Wagon) You all go to Any Town (Mainly on Industrial Estates round the UK. Any company and film to get a reaction, provoke, and get an altercation for views. (I don't think we want to see these companies roof tops or security cameras or back yards. I have to say you do have the right voice tone.

    7. Hi DJ, excellent handling in this video (plastics recycling) ,of one of the owner ,who initially didnt want to know, but education ,Nicely brought him round .great approach you have and manner ,which keeps you at the top of this genres (I Estates ) pile.Cheers Kev In Oz (australia)

    8. The fact that the pellets were outside the factory needs to be addressed, as they have ample room to unload inside the gates. They shouldn't be unloading on public land in the first place, let alone close to drains. If pellets are being blown or washed into that area, the bunding facilities need to be put in place to stop that. There is no excuse for such blatant pollution. Local area EA and council need to be informed and evidence given, and the grids need to be cleared immediately.
