The power of the punch would not be less than in his prime. It is the maintaining the speed & power over multiple rounds that would be challenging. So I don't see how it isn't an early knockout for Mike. He will go hell for leather and try to end it quickly, for obvious reasons. That is, if it is legit, because if they both go through the motions just for the money, then the only loser will be anyone who paid to see it.

This fight will have a huge purse, Tyson will win but he won’t hit Paul with anything too hard as there’s more than likely an added bonus for Mike if Paul doesn’t get knocked down. Plenty of people will pay to see Paul get obliterated but it won’t happen as it’s just a friendly match. Paul walks away with a large sum to help pay his next fighter to lose. Then people will keep paying in the future to watch Paul fight while wanting him to lose every match. He knows what he’s doing. There’s no way he would actually get in the ring if he didn’t already know Mike wouldn’t be going 100%.
