I wanted to move here but since it's densely populated, narrow streets and tall buildings make be claustrophobic. The only thing that's a plus is the taxes.

How much French did you have to use while in Monaco?
The best trick you can pull is, Buy a tiny Yacht for a grand, pull it up in a nearby port next to a billionaire's mega yacht. You'll get the underwater light display that illuminates the surrounding sea late on at worst, and if you're an outgoing sort with respect and manners the owners or guests next door might just drop you an invitation or a few bottles of champagne..I once moored alongside "Ebay"….I'll leave the rest to your imagination.

Monaco is cheaper than Helsinki and Dubai. It's insane how most of the people think otherwise.
Living there on rent is definitely not worth it but it's when you actually own property that it starts to be very worth it. You pay no taxes on property there, so if you manage to get at least €1mil you can just chill out, no worries for the rest of your life, you can just farm money, and if you ever fall on hard times just sell your property and you're a millionaire again. And the place really is great, stunning, warm, and in a great spot in Europe kinda in the middle of everything, so you can visit your family and friends easily, if you like F1 this is probably heaven too. The real downside is what under €3mil gets you, the properties are really small, but honestly very nice and cozy with gorgeous balconies and views. If there's any other downsides please let me know.
