    1. What an excellent and entertaining interview! I can see Marc still has huge enthusiasm for the hobby he helped create. I loved the bit about the technical drawings of the Land Raider and Power Armor. I remember those very well. They were part of the fantastical nature of the game that has hooked me so strongly. All the bits of the start of GW are so fascinating to me. Thank you for getting this stuff out Jordan. And your YouTube hobby is a good one! ❤👍😎

    2. The glorious days when squatting was still not negative thing for professional people to do because there was so many empty home shaped spaces around. Brilliant interview as has become such a staple, thanks again Jordan 🤩🏈 Blood Bowl, 40k and any other excuse for rolling dice is always brilliant.

    3. Some of those incredible publication concepts remind me of the infamous Gaye Bikers on Acid single they released called Drill Your Own Hole, a vynal song that literally was unplayable on the turn table until you had actually drilled a hole in it, never had one myself but I saw many people who were unable to listen to their purchase because they didn’t know how to find the perfect middle of the single, I have always loved it when the people who were into something actually had to embrace a kinesthetic interaction with the product instead of being able to buy something that is otherwise commonplace.

    4. I absolutely love the culture of the 1970s, especially in the UK. And I love hearing stories about people who share my passions 20 years before I had the chance to enjoy them. I know it was all more primitive, but it had so much heart and everything was possible. I can imagine myself buying the albums I love when they were new, hanging around the record shops, then painting some toxic lead figures with my friends. I can't visit that time but I love hearing from the people who were there.

    5. I was captivated by Dark future, Route 666 was one of the first books I bought with my pocket money.

Sadly it discontinued by the time I began collecting. I loved the figures and 80s aesthetic.

I have a box of cars and bike I've managed to procure and aim to build and paint.

    6. What a cool person
Mum is Irish and my dad is English, I moved to Ireland as a kid. I'm 44 now and have always struggled with the Tory/pride-in-empire thing that England has
The talks you have with the GM folk is the first time I've felt proud of being half English

    7. I'm 43 minutes through this and Marc Gascoigne has not yet taken a breath. I am in awe of this man, you can see why he wrote so much of the background to the games that made my teenage years bearable. The words in his head just seem to need to come out!! Cheers Mr Sorcery. 10/10 as usual

    8. Great interview! I hope Marc reads this comment, just he knows how much his ideas and creations (from Warlock Magazine through Demonstealer and the Titan world book) influenced my early life. Thanks ever so much!

    9. Aged 12, I received Shadowmaster as a Christmas gift from relatives who knew I was into Fighting Fantasy and hoped the book might get me 'back into proper reading.' Their plan didn't work, but a Christmas holiday ensconced in the darkest Allansian wilderness was certainly an experience to remember; many thanks Mr Gascoigne.
