More Narrowboat adventrues as we leave the Ashby Canal and turn at Marston Junction onto the Coventry Canal and head towards Nuneaton. We soon run into a spot of trouble as we come across a hidden sunken boat beneath the surface. We cruise through Nuneaton, Ernie seems to have been busy with a spray can! We arrive at a beautiful mooring near the famous Telegraph pole on the Coventry Canal.

Paul also buy a small electric chainsaw to cut up the firewood… 🙂 House 23 is becoming more common these days for some folks… at least they have some sort of a roof over their head. But I hope that they are safe at night-time. As it didn't look to be the greatest of safest place in that area. Love the drone shots… and seeing the countryside from above. 🙂nz

Does the government do maintenance on the canals, and also cleanup when needed?
they use thermal cameras to check for hotspotrs on the high voltage transmission lines. Hotspots point to potential faults.
Hilarious with the bike, you were so genuinely disappointed, arrrh. Won't they eventually pull the sunken canal boat up… could have caused a real issue well observed. Ps when a woman says they don't want chocolate, it's self reverse Psychology Don't tell you have bought a bar but when a woman really looks put out that you actually didn't buy some…you can put a cuppa on and serve it up when she's least expecting it 😂
