What’s up dudes Cho back with another one out here doing a city ride on the veteran links now this wheel is man this is the topnotch of electric unic Cycles I’ve ever tried I’ve gotten so used to this thing and it is like it is like

Part of my body now man this wheel is just so much fun and it is a rocket ship dude the power to weight ratio on this wheel is what simply makes it just incredible it is it really it just launches it takes off um at 151 volt man

And the way this thing is set up I can easily achieve just incredible range while still riding really fast and no other wheel that I’ve ever experienced has let me be able to ride as fast as this wheel um for as long as I can man

You can really just you can really just stack miles on this thing while blasting around and your range really is not affected by it and that’s just one of the most awesome things about this wheel guys because those hard accelerator and hard takeoffs like that um for most

Wheels it eats the battery but for the links it’s just nothing it’s like what it’s built for and you can just ride and just accelerate and just ride this thing like in a way like man like Superman like everywhere it is it’s the coolest thing I love it

Um it takes a little bit of getting used to this thing man because it simply is it’s so fast and it is so lightweight man you come you get going extremely quick and you got to come in to break and you like if you’re coming from any

Other wheel um it’s just simply how fast you get going like you can be on like a city street and you get going so fast and then a car in front of you got to break so you just got to get used to the whole thing kind of throw in a little

Ski stop as well in there you know some cornering to scrub off some speed as well as kind of leaning back but I’m telling you what man I love the height of this wheel too for seated riding it is perfect they make a seat that goes on this thing that would actually increase

The height just a tad bit and it would be even better you know the transitioning from seated to standing um you see right here I’m just kind of fooling around practicing the you know braking seated standing one thing I really like about this wheel is just how

Natural it feels to go into your stops and just take a seat and that’s one thing I love about this wheel I come in to you know I’ll come in Fast and then I just sit down on the back of it man it’s just I don’t know it’s just set up right

Every wheel is different man every wheel has their different qualities and every wheel has their different you know attributes when it comes to how you you like to break on them how you like to do this that this wheel just it’s funky dude and I really like it in the way

That um in the way that I’ve adapted to riding it I really do enjoy it um I do want to get the seat for it and it is a great seated riding wheel and it’s a great wheel to ride standing and seated and mix up two um and you can really get

Talking about how to negate your wobbles on an electric unicycle and one way to do it especially on a wheel like this man that’s so lightweight and so fast once you get up to those higher speeds you got to be in control of it and The Carving what that does is you’re

Putting the input in you’re the one it’s just like I explained it like snowboarding if you ever go snowboarding for the first time and you just kind of ride down straight and keep the board flat it’ll start kind of fishtailing and doing what it wants to do and and throw

You on the ground and one of the biggest things you tell a new snowboard or whatever is hey you just got to carve always be carving and that’s one thing that’ll keep you know always be on an edge and that’s one thing you’ll see me

Doing at the fast r to speed is I’m always carving a little bit on this thing cuz if I don’t man what’ll happen is is so fast it’ll start getting squirly and then if I’m not already carving whenever I’m going to break like in these tight you know kind of city

Streets where you got to have kind of break coming up quick then I’ll have to just throw it into a seated stop to keep it from throwing those wobbles in there cuz it will man this wheel is just cuz you’re simply going so fast and you have

To stop so quick and the wheel’s so lightweight um you got to kind of adapt to it but I’ve completely learned how to do it with the seated stopping with the carved carving and I love it now I really do and that was one thing I had

To learn on the v13 man the v13 is a beast of itself um it’s completely different though and the way that thing behaves because the this Center of mass of that thing is very different it’s that motor is probably four times the weight of the motor in this thing the

Wheel and motor combination on the v13 so I mean it just rides way different but I do like the links a lot more I mean I love the v13 I will say guys but I got to give it to the links man after riding this thing I I this is my

Favorite wheel I mean it simply is it’s my favorite electric unicycle I’ve ever rode um it’s it’s perfect it really is perfect um I mean and but I haven’t rode it on you know I haven’t taken it on the tight Trails or anything like that like I think honestly like a beod extreme

Stream would be better for like tight trails and Stuff Etc it just depends man um this with a naobi tire I want to I would love to try one with a Nai Tire on some trails and stuff but I just know for a lot of the stuff I ride uh having

A slick Tire you know on a lot of those Trails it wouldn’t it wouldn’t do it justice you know a wheel with no suspension with a Nai Tire would do better on some Trails than maybe one like this with a slick on it so um but

This thing tears up the road man like if you live somewhere where you just Street ride get the street Tire on this thing and dude don’t look back this is the way to go 100% if you like riding fast if you like accelerating full send and not

Worrying about cutouts I I do not worry about cutouts on this wheel at all guys it has huge safety margins on it like you can go blistering fast guys this thing never it never even beeps dude like I don’t think I’ve ever even gotten

It up to the potential it can can go to I ride fast guys and I ride full send but I don’t think I’ve ever gotten this thing up to where like at least Under full battery where it’s beeping at me guys like I’ve never gone fast enough

Between you know 100 between 100 and 90% battery to make it beep at me at ever and you know that’s crazy I’ve most Wheels I’ve always day one day two gotten them up to top speed this thing’s got more left in the tank guys you see

Bunch of Wheels left and right they you can tell man they took time they perfected this wheel and then they released it and it is seriously good dude like it is seriously uh topnotch Top Notch wheel um and the susp supension performs for what most people are going to want man like

For the city riding and stuff a lot of the coil suspension and all that stuff you get set up for the jumps and all that you know yeah it’s great for jumps and all that and it’s great for hardcore off-roading but this thing is the Cadillac dude like you see this

Suspension how it just it soaks everything up it’s like it’s almost mind-blowing if you look at this video coming from a a wheel that may not have suspension or a wheel that doesn’t have a good you know suspension setup I mean you know how these City roads are

They’re not you know they’re not all smooth if you look closely this thing is the suspension is working on this thing and it it seriously makes it to where you don’t even feel the bumps in the road it works so well and the rebound is set right where you don’t feel it coming

Back up too abruptly or anything it’s is so nice man this wheel is worth the money I will say that like I know the price tag on this wheel if you look at like the patent I mean you know this one is about $1,000 doll more than the

Patent but you know you can’t the patent is a smaller wheel guys it’s a heavier wheel and you really can’t ride it at high speeds like this without draining that battery very quick this thing is made to where it is just a speed demon wheel that can be ridden Forever at high

Speeds I mean seriously like I rode for two hours down here and then all the way back and still had over over 50% battery guys you know and that’s that’s City riding for you if you do like just long range like Mountain riding like I did in

That first video yeah you’re going to drain battery quicker cuz you’re you’re not stopping you know in between you know this has stop lights and times where you’re not going all in and accelerating so you can ride forever but this is it’s what it’s made for man it’s

Literally if you want high speeds long range Nimble wheel that I mean this is this is going to be crazy man this Race season for the people that have this this wheel that have been getting good on it um you know I I’d love to take

This thing out to ABS I feel like I could absolutely send it at Apple Valley Speedway and a race on this wheel I mean just the way it Corners too I can get so low like in my corners and just have so much like control with the way the

Suspension kind of sinks a little bit and then it kind of Rises as you rise out of the corner and just gives you that acceleration pop it’s crazy man like I would love to really practice like a racetrack scenario on this thing and get good on my really good on the

Corners to where there’s no wobbles where it’s just smooth right through the corners every time and you know that takes takes practice on every wheel to where you can go really fast into a corner you know it’s pushing it pushing it as fast as you can into that corner

Getting no wobbles and a clean acceleration back out um but this wheel is it’s the dominant race wheel the dominant City ride wheel like 100% dudes and I feel like if you put a Nabi Tire on it it would absolutely dominate any off-road scenario as well but you know for the

Most most of the off-road and stuff I’ve been doing on this wheel has been kind of like you know dirt roads you know fire roads stuff like that that’s not really you know aggressive Trails um anything you know of that nature where I got kind of hop up rocks or anything or

Through roots or anything like that uh I just you know if you’re going to be doing that just thr go ahead and get that knobby tire and you’ll probably like it a little bit more but I got other wheels for that and so I’m glad I

Got something that is set up right for the city I don’t have any fast wheels with Street Tire on it and so you see that right here like it it didn’t take hardly any time to get used to it and I absolutely love it I really do one thing

Got all the way there and didn’t have my riding shoes dudes and so I had these these shoes are horrible for riding guys if I were to crash like my toes would be done for so I always ride in those Alpine Star Motorcycle shoes I’m don’t

Want to be a bad example and you see me riding in just tennis shoes right here I seriously didn’t I I almost didn’t go film this and almost didn’t go ride cuz I didn’t have my good protective riding shoes guys they are really important and

I kind of felt like I don’t know I I didn’t ride as good as I could have potentially rode man because those riding shoes make me feel so much more confident having that protection over my you know toes if I were to go down uh this the riding shoes I usually ride in

Ride like a bat out of hell everywhere while still getting a ton of range it’s literally like what I’ve always wanted with an electric unit cycle I’ve always wanted to be able to ride full sin accelerate as hard as I want to and just ride the thing like a total Bat Out of

Hell everywhere and still get great range and not worry about it and that’s is what this thing allows me to do and it’s it it’s incredible because dude like even the v13 the v13 has 3,000 wat hours but I would put I think I can definitely get more range out of the

Links than the v13 you know and ride the links way harder I can ride the links way faster accelerate way harder um and just ride more aggressively and get more range out of it than the v13 than any other wheel out there that’s one of the biggest selling factors I think of this

Wheel is how aggressive and fast and like look at I mean look at that you saw it was accelerating right there saw saw the brake lights and just came in and it just stops quick too like everything about this wheel is is right dude and I love the grab handle that’s one thing

I’m telling you all these wheels going forward they’ve got to have a big grab handle on the front cuz I’ve implemented that into my riding style man like if I’m coming in for a hard break whatever I like being able to grab that front handle right there and the B goat

Extreme has it and this one has it and those are the two wheels that I’ve been predominantly riding lately and that whole you know integrating that front handle into my riding technique is something that’s not been there on any other wheel but it’s something that needs to be there on every wheel going

Forward that that front handle is a safety net man if you need to really like go for a hard break being able to grab that front handle and wrench back a little bit more is a key to these things man so every EU manufacturer going forward the front grab handle is

Something that needs to stay man and it needs to make it bigger make it even better man put some grips on it so we can you know grab that thing like some motorcycle handlebars if we need to but definitely that is a big you know one

Thing I love you know and wheels like the V12 and you know other Wheels they don’t have something like that grab handle on the front but now that I’ve been riding wheels that do have it definitely definitely all of them need it going forward I like it a lot you

Don’t use it all the time but when you need it it’s there so and it’s it it definitely goes Beyond just picking the thing up to put in your car or whatever it it it serves a huge purpose and just riding around so I definitely like

That and one other thing I wanted to mention is I think this wheel is going to be one of the best eu’s for a while and I know that there’s you know there’s eu’s coming out every other day it seems like but this one like you if you notice

Lepre Kim they don’t release that many electric unit Cycles they and the one they have released have all been really good like so the Sherman s is great for the you know people that like long range don’t like to go full in they want suspension and with 3600 wat hours on

The Sherman s you can really go you mean you can ride very very far guys and the suspension is going to work just like this one it’s just going to be a little bit heavier of a wheel and not accelerate like a rocket ship like this

One does and have that kind of threshold like this one has a huge Thresh reason you would get the link guys is there’s a a huge threshold of of safety when when it comes to this wheel if you’re a guy that likes to ride fast that’s I mean

This is the wheel you’re looking for because I mean this thing allows you to seriously just go as fast as you want to without ever worrying about a cutout you don’t you really don’t have to worry about it on this wheel and there’s no other wheel man even with

The v13 like I don’t feel as safe sending it like I’m talking about whenever I lean to take off I don’t feel like lean I I can lean quite as hard just ruthlessly lean and accelerate on the v13 like I can on the links and it

Just shows man like the v13 is 134 volts the links it’s stepping up to 151 man you just notice it on just how you can accelerate on this thing it’s crazy um when with with the proper Power Pad setup like this thing is just perfect I’m using the old school pads right here

Like and those are the red um you know they’re 3D printed pads that are on the side of this thing the stock ones guys I ended up taking the stock tow pads off of off of the wheel and the reason is is cu you can’t really fit a lot of aftermarket

Power pads on there with those stock tow pads you can fit the two-piece power pads so like the power pads that have um you know just one or just have like a a front section and then a rear section yeah you can fit both those on there

With that toe piece but I like the power pads that are one piece and that’s just one thing that I’ve kind of developed over time that that I personally like whether it be the old school Clark pads the new um the new ones you can get but

I like a one piece Power Pad and I know that having the two of them let you kind of position it around and let you kind of have wider space in there if you want it but the reason I like the one piece guys is it’s just a way more solid

Foundation um um it really you feel it man it with the two-piece Power Pad the way I accelerate the way I Break um they just don’t have enough rigidity uh to lean back on to Lean Forward on they just don’t the one whole piece Power Pad

Like this you see this kind of that you don’t cut you just leave in one piece those are my favorite whether whether it be from Grizzly pads Clark pads wherever you get it from uh but some that’s just what I like I like that that one whole

Piece right there cuz it’s just rigid and they Velcro on the side and having the huge surface area for that velcro to velcro to on the side just makes it to where it just doesn’t move and shift or anything it’s just completely solid all right so if you want to pick up this

Electric unicycle veteran links I highly recommend it I mean the only thing I would change about this thing is I would have two of them I would have one with the na’vi tire one with the street tire that’s I mean this is my favorite electric unicycle if I had one people
