Hello have you noticed something there’s no wind it’s sunny it’s a beautiful day and it’s not raining yeah we’re at gang of farm part run not a typical day of late but it’s a pretty uh nice morning so yeah let’s get this one done got some lovely puddles

Remaining from all the rain we’ve had recently of course is a bit SC but it’s not too bad really we got some very good facilities here at ganger Farm if you have a fancy during this par run the building behind me is H it’s got a super

Cafe inside yeah all the facilities you need parking’s pretty easy too we got couple of car Parks really close to the start there’s the start and there’s one of the car Parks the other car park is near the uh Cafe building plenty of room or always plenty of room you done many par

Actually I haven’t no no I’ve been about my fifth or sixth fifth okay so have you done gang a farm before yes that’s the only one I done that’s the only one okay so why did you start running then um well I’ve always run from home yeah and

Um I actually I’m actually a cyclist a cyclist a road cyclist so I do you yeah so I just rod from Rome back to London over the Alps a couple of times and so I do a lot of cycling but how long did that take you uh 10 days with with with

A load of other people and we raised 70,000 for cancer research absolutely brilliant yeah so so so cycling is really my thing and um but the problem with cycling is it takes a long time I busy busy life so you know it’s 5 hours minimum really to go out on the bike

Yeah whereas this a good three three miles 5K is probably half an hour or give or take that’s right get up in the morning have a chat speak to a few people actually feel like you’ve done something and yeah feel great about yourself for the rest of the day yeah

Exactly yeah have you done any ones that are actually longer than aart I I used to do the B andq 10K so I’m sort of building it up again if I’m completely honest you know sort of all right the best Cheers when the gang of Farm Park

Yeah so on the first laap of the field and yeah it’s a little bit slippy bit squidy down onto the TAC the first time got a 513 for the first kilometer that’s a bit surprising really didn’t feel like it but you always uh tend to run a

Little bit quicker when you’re with the um other people loving the sun it’s a it’s a really great morning oh hi there yeah and there goes Dave on his 100th part powered by three balloons so there we have it we got a 57 for the second k d James yeah got a
