You won’t believe it’s possible in the middle of a busy City just uh listen everybody here is so chill let’s see where this goes goes into this was an experimental uh thing that they did here we’re going to take this uh narrow alley it’s almost unreal how quiet it is
Hello there welcome back to the channel and to a new video as you can see we are in quite a busy area in bues in District 3 but uh you’re not going to believe this there’s a really quiet area just uh a couple of minutes from uh
My present location we’re going to head there we’re going to get rid of this traffic and everything But first we got to wait at this traffic light is Mayhem right now yeah so uh we’re going to wait that is our green light so uh we cross the street safely we’re going to continue on the sidewalk for a bit and uh and get out in the street it’s uh quite
Hectic because it’s almost rush hour in Bucharest this uh particular area in District 3 it’s in the eastern part of Bucharest yeah you just wait a minute and uh you’re going to see some uh peace and quiet like you’ve never seen before and uh you won’t believe it’s possible
In the middle of a busy City that’s our entrance on my left here there’s a playground and here we are just uh listen there’s nobody making a sound there’s only bird singing it’s a very lovely spring day to day it’s uh Wednesday afternoon this is uh quite an oasis
Here an oasis for uh peace and quiet Let’s uh Venture in this uh into this Oasis here everybody here is so chill you don’t get looks like uh I did in fent there’s a little uh Street here let’s see where this goes goes into an interior Courtyard an interior Courtyard oh away that’s
Nice there’s a a ladder an abandoned car in this uh yard here you can see it it’s a Renault I know it because uh part of uh the logo is visible look at this uh gorgeous area nice houses and uh yeah let me tell you about
Uh the history of this place and how it came to be it was first uh proposed as the project in 1942 so that uh in this uh region here they could um accommodate were refugees it was built quite uh differently that uh any other part of this city which was later
Developed another uh small playground here a lot of alleys a lot of uh hidden uh corridors which makes it uh a lot more interesting the buildings here are not uh very tall I think this is a narrow alley here yeah it is let’s uh get it some uh some cats hey
Buddy I seen a interesting thing a gated uh a gated passageway yeah it’s kind of like uh that other one which we’ve uh been through but this one is gated interesting another tom cat smelling the flowers black cat this uh alley continues so uh they’re going to do that as well
I’m uh riding with the sun in my eyes I want to make a right turn man it’s quiet and quite different from uh fent area which uh we’ve seen in my previous video we vended back at uh this uh bark at the beginning so I’m going to
Turn back and take this alley here on the left quite narrow one yeah as uh I told you I started to tell you another passageway sorry I’m being distracted I’ll try my best so put what I’m seeing into words that’s interesting these are some uh stairs you can go at uh the first
Floor yeah we’re not going to do that because I don’t want to trespass on anybody’s property We’ve Ended up with another playground I’ve seen three playgrounds in this uh nice area garages I haven’t seen this type of garages before I they’re very nice yeah keep on uh going here guess it’s a dead
End it’s a dead end let me see yeah it is unfortunately a dead end so I’m going to turn back some graffitis here on uh these garage doors I keep ending up at this uh playground so I make a I’ll make a left and keep on exploring there is this over
Here looks like a kindergarten or a school looks quite quite nice it’s a renovated an Annex to a hospital yeah there is those uh nice buildings again just uh one floor above the ground yeah I’m going to stop here for a second and uh finish my thought from earlier because I’m
Distracted by everything by the beautiful gorgeousness in the this area so as I was saying this uh project was first proposed to be built in 1942 for the war refugees and uh the area was scouted in 1947 1948 and then in uh 1953 to 1955 was uh divided into spaces
So they will plan where they will put all the buildings and then between uh 57 and 59 they would uh build this experimental uh area yeah let’s uh continue even the dog was polite row of garages there let’s make a left turn over here but I believe this uh yeah we’re exiting the
Area at a busy street so we don’t want that so let’s head back it’s not a big area mostly consist of U these types of buildings this was an experimental uh thing that they did here in the 50s that’s interesting another uh passageway like uh the one we previously
Had but this one is uh blocked by some uh ice boxes I’m guessing that there is somebody’s store there okay yeah the area is not uh very big per se but it makes you feel like you’re in another place there’s the local church here small and modest construction nice let’s keep on going
Maybe see some other uh gorgeous things let me take this narrow alley another stairwell pigeon and the sun in uh my eyes we’ve been through here such a small area that uh you don’t have a lot of things to see this uh stretches on that other side but we’ll uh get there another
Playground so uh yeah we got about uh four playgrounds in this uh area let’s go on that other side there’s another uh area just like this one I watch out for traffic yeah we crossed safely and uh I’m making this left turn there’s another narrow passageway another uh playground over here this
Area has a lot of playgrounds let’s take this passageway another nice quiet street with uh a different type of construction this time let’s take this uh other passageway and see where uh we’re going to end up this is a kindergarten Here for sure kindergarten number 240b and another type of
Construction just another uh floor from the ground very interesting these types of uh apartment buildings I don’t know if there are uh Studios or apartments with uh multiple uh rooms this is the other part of uh the gorgeous area lot of vegetation very very interesting very interesting and quite
Nice I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again this is an uh Oasis here a peaceful Oasis you can see there in the distance the bosing streets and uh taller apartment buildings let’s see what else we can see here another type of building here on my
Left a lot of uh yards well-maintained yards they are planting flowers and uh all sorts of stuff they are taking care of uh the land here which is nice I almost missed it look at this got a black cat just chilling on this car here and uh that type of construction
Present in that other part of the area this is the same uh development I’m missing left and right things another gated uh passageway here interesting there’s an Alleyway oh look at this we are avoiding this uh industrial uh excavator we’re going to take this uh narrow
Alley vegetation on my left and the a fence on my right I haven’t seen an area like this ever nowhere I got to Dismount a bit here such a nice and quiet place and full of uh vegetation this uh building here is uh renovated it looks quite nice it’s part of the same
Development there are also these types of uh houses here yeah these are uh I believe single family homes if I’m not mistaken somebody in the comments May contradict me if you are from this area and you live in buar in District 3 here maybe you can provide some uh additional
Information another uh alley we got a dog is a dead end here yeah buddy not trying to bother you yeah there’s a dead end so I’m going to turn back another car coming this is the only thing that’s inconvenient in this uh small spaces another Passage I’m tempted to see where this one
Leads there’s another uh stairwell here it’s almost unreal how quiet it is so on my right here this a dead end and uh somebody’s yard so people here are taking good care of this uh are taking good care of this area this is uh leading back to that other
Street it’s a narrow Alleyway we’re not going to take it let’s see we can uh oh it’s a dead end as well here we ended up at that uh same street I’m going to wait for this car to pass and then we’re going to take that alley on my right see where this
Goes wow it opened up to another construction part car on my left this is the only slightly decayed wall I’ve seen in uh all of this uh complex I’m quite astonished oh it’s uh it continues to amaze me some uh scribbles here inscriptions I can read them yeah some uh graffiti
Tagging this is another uh building like those one we’ve seen with the balconies up top W Let’s uh not go in this narrow alley because uh we’re going to end up at that uh other street I’m going to enter for a bit in this uh driveway and wait for that uh
Car to pass there’s another alley a dirt alley as well little bit of stones parked cars okay let’s see if uh it’s a dead end or not it’s almost unreal that uh this part exists here going to end up somewhere here what is this place you don’t see that much uh craftsmanship anymore
We ended up at another uh narrow alley way so I took the shortest way out and then back at uh this Main Road the area it’s uh bordered as you can see here by uh all these uh taller apartment buildings all around there are uh taller apartment buildings very interesting I’m uh so
Glad I uh found this place and uh made a video about it and with that being said this was it for uh this uh gorgeous area which is bordered by uh taller apartment buildings quite an unique uh quite unique area for a busy City like
