Just 4 weeks until the Traka 200 the final push is now here.
Here is how my weeks are looking in the last few weeks
7.5hrs on the bike
2.5hrs of strength and conditioning
3hrs of active recovery walking
I’m not sure that I’m ready for a 200km gravel race but I guess there is only one way to find out.
