But it gets serious right now our first Rider then in the finals Fabian alcantar Mexican on track then opening things up here and already launching off the woodwork into this staircase big big gaps down there it is frightening that first staircase oh for sure and this is

That line that I was talking about see some Riders go up wide there this is where wer actually got a flat because it’s so tight it’s actually much tighter than it looks on camera coming through here you really have to kind of lean the bike out really

Awkward and this is that new section in the containers last year they weren’t there and it will give these Riders a lot lot more Pace onto this climb and it is a climb believe you me already sitting down on the top of it totally and I I’m glad we have that

Speed trap there because it really shows how much speed the Riders took down those colored steps and then how good of a pedal they got into that uphill that left that might play its part to super slippery around CAD Del Freda and again hard on the pedals

Sprinting down now into this key section things get narrow Steep and very stary again oh look at the back wheel just drifting around down here you have to be so comfortable sliding around trust the front end make sure it has grip and then this is where it gets really pety really

Physical you see them you know some of the Riders choosing the downhill bike some of the Riders choosing the trail bike and this is kind of where that trade-off pays dividends yeah that’s right and it’s actually mad isn’t it that you can compete on this course

Either on an injur bike or on on a downhill bike really doesn’t seem to be much advantage to either or yeah definitely well we heard the writers talking about that how the top of this track is so technical um so fast and things like that so it is you know again

Kind of section out into a couple of different ones split one is really technical not a whole lot of pedaling we get to this sector four you know these big jumps lots of pedals you can see Fabian just sprinting as hard as he can oh big over the Finish Line Jump

Then for alcantar he lifts the bar to 202 sets the time there a 2022 to beat and if you thought that was fast our F fastest qualifier was 8 seconds up on that so that gives you some idea of what we’re going to see here this afternoon they always think

That you know where you watch you know Fabian come down on this this is that first section the stairs are so awkward because they’re not evenly spaced you know they’re super some of them are really long some of them are really tall but you watch faen come down you’re like

Well I mean it seems about as fast as you can go down here and the Riders just keep getting faster and faster it’s it’s really amazing to see this kind of modern street racing style you know all the riders in the southern hemosphere putting in so much work actually

Training on stairs finding the gnarliest things they can in their town and and the surrounding Ones so personally right before a race right before I drop in I get so nervous it’s horrible everything just feels weird it’s just another run at the end of the day you’ve done all the practice you’ve done qualifying but just that added pressure it freaks me out and I

Wish I had a ritual that could sort of ease my body a little bit but generally uptight until you’re one meter out of the start line and then it all opens up and you feel like itself again and it’s just trying to remember that you will feel like that when you’ve got that

Nervousness so Jon O Jones a banker from the UK works in the city of London 5 days a week goes mountain biking at the weekends rides for prop for propane Cycles doubling in there a little bit cautiously I don’t blame him one bit for that yeah I mean he’s you know he’s a

Banker now but he rode the World Cups for a long time and race with them on the world cup scene you know brother is Matt Jones taking that High Line there that’s what we talking about you a little bit better set should carry more speed out onto the

Boardwalk into cadel Gary through the house and now into this fearsome stair all the way down here doubles in nicely carrying good speed through there as well yeah definitely he’s tucking but he a little bit off 2.8 then at the first split yeah we can see

That’s the speed trap so we saw him you know maybe that not taking those pedals right didn’t give him as much speed as we saw faan take it the top of the hill and the Riders must on that second on that wall ride there the wheels must

Touch the wall or it’s a five second penalty yeah if you see a yellow flag come up it’s run is under review super steep down off there resting the legs now no rest here in the key section then 3.5 back now bit amazing to see him yeah you said

Twin brothers with uh Matt Jones one of the most famous YouTubers on the Planet the slop Star Rider losing six in that key section then to alcantar and now things really get physical you can see him just gritting his teeth you know where especially if you’re a

Brck we don’t have 2,000 M that’s exactly what I was going to say I mean the biggest hill there is what about 100 m big the grit worked the gritting the teeth worked that’s the key dry and them teeth the an ER hard pedaling there rolling in it during the week rolling on

It at the weekend last couple of jumps down for Jon O Jones now whoa up and over there safely really steep peaky jumps that have been here built here by the BSI crew Ole Wilkins part of the build crew here 3.3 then jonno Jones goes into second with a

205 oh and he will be feeling that great run from John no he’s stoked feels good to come down like you said there’s nothing really that you can do you know as a as a racer as an athlete in general you always get nervous you always get

Butterflies but you can see oh that was a really nice line I didn’t catch that during the run but he he actually went off the side of the jump to keep it a little bit lower because some of the top Riders you’ll see jump that jump is really small you’ll see them actually

Jump to flat so jono getting super creative there um coming off the lower part of the jump catching the landing styling it up over the Finish Line brilliant to see Jon O Jones out here in Mexico he’s had a great week be back at work Monday morning there he is all

Smiles okay 13 left to go here next man’s going to be from Ecuador a real legend of the sport 39 years old now a masters downhill world champion in 2022 eight times a panamerican champion seven times the national champion of Ecuador what can Mario Jaren bring to

This final then I mean and he just won again last year the panamerican Champs he’s you know such a nice guy does so much for the community super good at dirt jumps can ride anything feels to me like we’re seeing more downhill bikes here this year so far anyway that’s how

It feels I would I would it it would be so hard I feel like to to navigate these stair sections but on sections like this right on a down bike normally you’re leaning over on top of the bike but you’ll see them kind of go around Moto GP

Style quick the container and quick out then for Jaren he going to be outside that great top section actually by alcantar yeah right over by the wall that wall ride first Rider we’ve seen I think go between that it’s hard to get inside of that and that turn this

This one of the important turns because the speed that you carry out of that left is actually the speed you’re carrying all the way to our key section you’re not breaking in that wall ride burn before so into the key section he comes two seconds back as he enters it

Second though he’s going to have to open up down here off The Brak super tight right hander at the bottom another important turn I would say as you said Elliot you know the slower turns more opportunity to make make time on them exactly and we say that just because you

Know you’re going 2 mil an hour if you can go 3 miles an hour that’s 50% faster you know that’s right whereas like you know on our faster sections going 38 to 40 is is not a lot difference no that’s right exactly yeah this would be fierce to me

To ride down on this on a sh to travel in Juro bike but we will see some Riders definitely pushing for the win Sanchez won on injo bike here last year which is actually pretty mindblowing yeah definitely and Mario making up 1.5 in that in that section in that third intermediate

Oh so time to be made then on the pedals yeah less than half a second off here oh Jaren here he comes big whip over to finish and he getes this no way Mario you’re in then for Ecuador takes the lead here in Guan amazing to see carried that

Momentum and that is so true Rob like the mo there is a momentum right like if you can come out after the key section get on the pedals really really hard that is so much momentum and we can see from the comparison so in the first he

Lost some time you know that second sector was kind of his worst section and then he started bringing it back made up time in the key section uh which is number three made up a ton of time in that fourth sector and then came into

The Finish kind of just in style I don’t think he well I was going to say don’t style it here because you might go fast chilling through the Finish yeah super from from Mario there great he’s looking he’s like he’s like am I number one yeah there you are amazing great stuff then

Things hotting up here if you just joined us Red Bull Guan sahu round two of the urban downhill series we’re enjoying perfect conditions here in Mexico there’s your top three at the moment Jaren from alcantar from Jon O Jones from the UK really really good and there’s Philip agto warming up at the top stretching out big afternoon for that F Gabrielle Gia Vini then from Brazil 12th in qualified and Gabriel is is normally a Enduro Rider you know he won the Enduro World Series in the open class wow so

We’re definitely going to expect to see him make up some time at the bottom should have plenty of Fitness for that Sprint down to the line that’s right and he’s aggressive up here as well gets a coule of pedals there and you know that section you can just kind of pinball

Through the walls are super smooth you know risky to me that staircase yeah you have to though turning on those stairs there and he’s fastest by 1.6 then so giovanini with an awesome top section here 41k through the speed trap really really nice you can tell this track

Needs a lot of aggression and giovan is definitely the first Rider that we’ve seen kind of pushing all the way really nicely there using that like kind of the slipperier rain to hit that curb yeah tell how comfortable these Riders are on this asphalt and concrete lean angle into there 2.6 now

Then it’s massive so far for gianini look at this twice a national downhill champion and injo champion of Brazil and definitely on the Move in Mexico this afternoon and now the pain really starts yeah and you’ll see some of the downhill Riders pushing a harder gear because they don’t want to upset

The suspension Tak so much strength though to be able to do that and he hasn’t stopped pedaling through there so I’m going to say he’s going to be even faster and he is nearly 5 Seconds up now wow incredible just taking two seconds through that sector area that’s

Impressive and you it just keeps going right he’s he’s pedaling everywhere he can because like we were talking about some of the sections you don’t have time to Pedal so you just have to carry the speed from before pedaling before he even lands and he came abs absolutely

Tearing out onto this last straightway then so jini goes fastest 156.43 do these there’s a stair right after that which is can’t pop out of that wall ride too too much keeping it low and then getting back tight to go in between this Gap squashing hard over as you said spinning up on Landing he was pedling so

Hard yeah and I think I think he was actually probably trying to shift in the air to uh make sure he could get some more more speed as crazy as that is into the last jump well there he is the man lead at the moment be proud of that that

56.9 a great time mariio in next to him back to the top then 11 fastest qualify Bernardo Cruz 32 years old now and a man who has been The Unofficial whip off world champion a couple of times bat him Whistler yeah I mean he burst on the

Scene what about 11 years ago in Whistler surprising everyone I love it was he was really the introduction and that’s that High Line really nice through there you can tell how much speed he’s carrying hopping over that stair set on the right no elbow pads no short sleeve t-shirt look at him he’s

Sliding around goodness through the container in and out then it’s been an aggressive top section what’s it going to be for Cruz he’s fastest by nearly half a second then wow incredible stop and 42 km an hour through that speed small line as well he he he’s able to

Jump the ENT landing and it doesn’t lose speed for him at the Finish whoa fast round there having to use the curb to turn at the end of it didn’t like it cost him too much speed too much Pace there tucking now resting quickly and

That left crucial oh and he jumps in 1.1 up it’s crucial though to carry as much speed as this things are getting wild already we’re not even in the top 10 yet here 8.2 through there gianani still the quickest cruzo coming close just point one back and I know he’s been racing a

Lot of Enduros you know he’s he’s no stranger to pedaling a top 10 at the air DH in Whistler yeah and he’s had a third Val perzo actually a few years ago as well so he knows his street racing 2.2 back now then so from green to red but it was an

Incredible lower section by giovanini yeah and you could just see how strong Gabriel was through there up on the C there as well just giving himself as much space as he can does not care about drifting through the turns style look at that so point two

Back then at the third split on track what’s it going to be for Bernard crw there’s that whip we’re talking about he crosses the line Second point two back then well a great run from him a really strong run great run from Bernardo you know definitely a lot of creativity at the

Top showing that experience you know spent a lot of time on the World Cup circuit it’s looking a little bit like Red Bull Val Red Bull Val parazo set of B at the moment Brazil Brazil leading actually Brazil in second at the moment as well that’s totally right I mean and

Ronado he could be happy with that run I mean on all the technical stuff he’s right there uh it’s so good I think he might be riding the uh fish Buck kind of style down tube looked really big to me is it an E with all the Stu couldn’t

Really see too much but ebike with a battery and engine removed Johannes Fishback actually big crash at round one we must give him our best wishes he got home and fell ill believe it or not with pneumonia at a temperature of 41 he said he is though on the road to recovery

Okay there’s your current standings to Brazilians at the top of the standings Ecuador in third place Mario jarin Colombians might might have something to say about this leaderboard well I’m looking at the times too and you know Gabriel he he shaved off around three and a half 4 seconds Bernardo

Shaved off 3 and three and a half seconds so I’m expecting those times to come down I mean I wouldn’t wouldn’t be surprised at a low 50 maybe even a 49 really somebody my word my word 5 Seconds up on the fastest qualifier but you might be right I wonder I don’t

Know here’s your top three then Mario riding smooth I mean runs the suspension a little bit softer it’s going to give him some good traction and stuff like that I mean one of the reasons why you’re seeing the trail bike slide around is because the downhills not only for pedaling the downhill bikes

Have a lot more traction on these flat sections so watch bernardo’s back in right about here right on this right hand it just doesn’t have enough suspension really and you know comes in doesn’t matter what kind of bike he’s on he can still whip it he can still whip it no arguing with

That g viini y leading at the moment then with an impressive run and an even more impressive last sexa yeah definitely I mean he was I really enjoy watching the the urban downhill races because it’s uh it’s really apparent how uh how aggressive the Riders are really makes it exciting to watch it’s

Just okay let’s go down to Johnny celo with Anna Johnny so good to have you here at Red Bull Guan unfortunately you didn’t make finals today but are you still having fun watching from the sideline yeah uh I’m super stoked to be here even though

This is not what the main thing that I do I have a little of a b racing background so I just wanted to come here have fun get some cool content and definitely try to do my best I gave my best um I feel I have more to give so

You’ll definitely see me again here next year perfect was this your first urban downhill race no not my first urban downhill race but definitely my first seru um I’ve done a couple in the past just cuz it’s fun and I like uh street racing I like the crowd I like the vibe

So yeah just here to have fun and how did you like the track today how hard is it actually it is so hot and there’s like three or four parts where there’s was a lot of pedaling so I was completely exhausted there um but it’s it’s marvelous there has some big jumps

Some drops uh everything I like um some tech so yeah beautiful great to hear you we’ll be back next year thanks so much Johnny yeah thank you so much great to see the man from guadalahara behind the Free Ride for yester here taking part in it and as he

Said really street racing not so much his thing more of a he put some big drops and big gaps in front of him he comes life believe you me there’s your leader at the moment Gio venini amazing run for Gabrielle Bernardo Cruz right behind him Marios are in Ecuador in third this incredible

Setting we’ve got for this race as we go into the top 10 now 10 Riders left at the top Laino the next we’re going to see Lon watch out for him a third place at round one agta he also incredible and Val perzo B of the man that won it and

Then we go to the four I’m going to say the four biggest hitters here this afternoon Sanchez Slavic um and and don’t leave don’t leave out don’t forget the Series champion oh my goodness me okay so what can Bruno Lavino do now from Chile from Quil Pew

Just outside Val pzo actually where he raced three weeks ago eighth here last year for this man yeah he had it actually Bruno had a really good qualifying run he uh he was a little bit slow in the key section but all of his other splits were pretty much on pace so

If he can take a little bit of risk a couple of places getting a little bit wide yeah the front was on the edge of the boardwalk there and he didn’t take that high line on the dirt there actually on turn above so let’s have a

Look at this first split but no doubt in his bravery down the staircase there jini’s time goes but no he’s three up excuse me look at that then 39 km hour through the speed drop yeah really able to take so much speed down down those stairs and like we said it’s just so

Important because the rest of it is is uphill it’s such a long straight afterward and so that’s going to be the one of the sections the Riders focus on looking really nice able to squash over the over the top of that drop in so fastest man on track into the key

Section now hard finds himself nearly half a second up oh and the back end kicking around down there what’s he done in this key this key section then loses nearly a second and there it is I mean that was where he in his qualifier that

He lost all the time and mean that one bit on the track I mean it shows you how technical how gnarly that section is and you’re going to do well to smoke giovanini on this paddle here he was absolutely phenomenal from the end of the key section down and there it is

Nearly a second into the red Point 79 then yeah and we’re definitely seeing there’s a bit of a technique to Pedal out of that right hand burm where the red uh the red BM is is uh over those stairs because that is going to be your speed all the way down to these

Jumps good couple of hard pedals in there squash is well over that one he’s going to be outside the time of Gio Vini that’s for sure it goes by lavinho goes in at third 1.3 off yeah and he’ll he’ll look back at the results and um you know analyze them and

See okay I was was on Pace but it was just that one section so same as uh we heard Lucas borba saying if I can improve my weakness which is the jumps Bruno will probably go back and say you know maybe go find the most technical

Stair sets he can and practice on that stuff no doubt the gnarliest stairs you can find just throw yourself down as fast as you can it’s fine yeah right yeah not for me but uh I’ve been loving like the more research we kind of do and

The more we get into you know the urban downhill it is amazing you know we see these Riders do what you’re watching on screen but they do this day in and day out as well you know it’s almost like some of this stuff is mellow for

Them it was interesting talking to Jon O Jones actually who’s not as seasoned a street racer as most of these Riders here from South America he said when he pumps on the staircases his bike seems to slow down and he was like what are

They doing how do you do that how do you do that but you know I think even the bike setups you know bber saying that he does there he is actually use is what he classic calls an urban bike which I imagine is an Enduro back end with with

A big fork stuck in it right gives you the best of both worlds perhaps still Sprints well definitely definitely because yeah exactly what you said you have to balance really stiff suspension and the rebound as well so difficult to get right okay Alberto Nicholas then from Chile a brilliant

Sixth place for him at Round One and on the single Crown Fork the short travel bike then really nice over there almost like jumping over that whole little tabletop and this bike you know these short travel bikes a little more agile yeah but definitely not as well equipped for sections like this yeah

Totally got caught up a little bit in Gary’s house but this is you like exactly what you say Rob this is where that should pay dividends is up this stuff and just point four back then so 40 km hour through that speed trap as well

Jump in the flat goes long there oh I don’t know if he I don’t know I don’t know no flag came up I’m I’m in doubt if he touched his wheel on that wall as well just a little bit more speed I mean when you’re in your race run you’re

Taking more speed everywhere so especially when Riders probably haven’t pedal as hard as they have until this finals run and the key section point six off then now look at that fast down there on that shorter travel bike it’s a couple little rhythm sections doubling down makes it a little bit smoother

Third in that so losing just two there on an inur bike that’s interesting to me well the interesting thing too is we saw Bernardo crw so it’s number one is on a downhill bike and number two and three are on trail bikes in one of the arguably roughest sections we have on

The track that’s yeah amazing to see so it is possible nearly a second back then at the last split now yeah I really I really like Alberto style jumping a lot of the stuff that the other Riders are rolling and still pedaling absolutely everywhere he can that’s right who super quick now

Then out onto this cobbled road scrubs over there he’s going to be lucky though to find nearly a second between split three and the bottom Alberto Nicholas goes big over the last jump and goes into third place 97 off within a second a good time yeah but it’s G oini the Brazilian still

Leading with that 156.43 we will see that time come down I’m sure you can see how rough it is that head on angle though Elliot doesn’t do any justice to how nasty those stairs are like no they’re insane like they’re almost as big so let’s see see if you

Can see his front tire touch the wall that’s what we’re looking for did the front tire touch the wall the back I don’t I think the back I think the back just touch the back did but the front need you need both tires sorry Elliot yeah yeah you

Need both tires wow I thought it was just aouch yeah there is um we’ll have to see It’ll be under review so if they uh we should keep quiet if they deter we might be we might be giving him a 5sec penalty by talking about yeah right yeah

Yeah we go down there he’s like why did you guys do that why’ you ask for a replay we’ll have to see what the officials say okay from France now the man who is in third place at Round One in val preo three weeks ago

And a man who will push for the overall this year 18 qualify and Adrien luron fast down that first staircase yeah well I just about to say he was he was a little bit slow and qualifying on this top split so if you see him go up I

Think that he’s uh he’s on Pace for a good run oh squeezes into Gary’s house just he’s pushing for everywhere I’m not sure this is that new kind of mow he was talking about so much gianini there 33 what’s Lon done Lon goes fastest then point three up for Adrien

Lon wow times are coming down again super nice you don’t have to worry about it you know you don’t have to touch the landing comes off of there does that nice oh right on the edge of the traction around that left high on that wall as well maybe carrying more speed around

The top there pedaling right there where everyone else is taking a rest what’s he done at split two then oh he extends nearly a second oh my goodness oh my goodness drifting down a stair set I do never I never like it when the Tails wag in the

Dog the back end stepping right out there ear that insane still on the gas here but he lost half a second just in the key section so what’s the next split going to tell us we know he’s so fit y absolutely on that crank Works World Tour can ride anything

And he’s still there only by 600s now then for Adrien Leon he has to go this is really important for him to get this last section good and we know that GI Vini the man leading was super strong on this last segment all the way down to

The line here so 600’s the advantage for Adrien on squashes that jump beautifully hard on the pedals now what’s it going to be for Lon oh over the last jump big he ends up in third place losing quarter of a second and more25 back then for Adrien Aon wow Brazilians doing something special

At the botb yeah definitely I mean there is such a technique to it and he did you know Adrien I think this is one of those races where he might not be super super comfortable um an eth in qualifying two minutes so he did cut off three seconds

From his qualifier here’s that right next to the wall in there nice around that right-hander and there’s Gary’s Family actually on the top of the house watching they move theor wheel oh my goodness how do you do that he makes it look like he was trying to do that how

Do you do that don’t ask me I’m relieved you made it down that’s all that matters a Savage on the stairs two big crashes in last year’s series as well man oh man so let’s see compared to Gabriel So Adrien made up look on the

Right side made up a little bit of time three and it was that third sector that he lost half a second yeah I think I mean Gabriel really just had the bottom incredible right we saw how aggressive he is there is such a technique to riding these stairs to pedaling over for

The stairs you have to be really deliberate about where you carry your speed so that’s a good Baseline for the bottom from Argentina jono pz next a fifth at round one siglin this man has the pace for the urban downhills oh quick across there on the

Lily pad as well on the downhill bike hard on those pedals and uses that High Line and Carries like great speed through there it makes it look like he’s pumping that wall I guess but cleaning here couple of hard pedals out as he heads down towards the first split will

Actually tell us how fast he’s going doubles onto the stairs that is just so wild when you stand there and see it and again look at him sprinting he’s up by over half a second then for p this is incredible 42 km hour through the speed

Trap jump flat off of there I mean this guy rides a lot of big mountain stuff he’s not scared I mean he he is so Fearless on all this stuff DS into that uses the uh kind of the the part of the road that doesn’t have a lot of traction

To actually get his back wheel out for that keeps both feet on and a key section now jumping in and he’s 1.2 up so this is massive he got a little wider there than I would have liked pulls it back though so quick it looked through

The key section but losing 32 in their just look at him he’s going for it is burying himself on this pedaling here and remember at 2,000 M of altitude the air is rare f up here drifting around with the pedal Sky I mean right at the bottom of

The track you you’ve gone down the key section you know some of the more gnarly bits and now you can just lay and empty the tank because there’s not much left no there’s not you see some weird shapes over that last jump that’s just because the Riders are so exhausted they can

Barely deal with the compression on the ramp so nearly a second to play with then is it be going to be the f fastest time of the day for jono p over the last jump he goes clears that perfectly goes fastest by 43 then Argentina now leading 156.jpg s AB Bahu round two of this year’s downhill Urban downhill series and look at that I mean on on those technical sections that’s that split two so that where he made up most of his time was right here in this section I mean like I said we saw him drift around right

Before you hit that wall ride really really good I think on so much of the track you really have to pick your points where am I good at and where am I going to push Gabriel finally getting out of the top step of the hot seat and when you

Look now at the six Riders left agto second at Round One bber the winner of round one Sanchez on the pace at Round One a flat tire Slavic we know what he’s capable of VES the Series champion and then alwin again another Rider looking like he might have won at Val prao if

He’ stayed upright yeah this is about to come alive if it hasn’t already it’s just so I mean look at this guy this guy i s this guy he is a i he’s his results haven’t shown how good he is no they haven’t that’s right not this year watch

Out for Slavic he’ll be on the hunt in a few Riders time but now it’s Philipe agto the man who was so impressive in val pzo Chile just a few weeks ago Hometown race for him home country race for him what can he do here in Mexico

Yeah I I want everyone to just watch how still he is on the bike how strong he is how upright he is doesn’t move around a lot almost perfect technique everywhere and quick through there and he was so low in that first wall ride it was insane yeah cuts off he every single

Place that he can get an advantage he gets an advantage that’s Downhill Racing every Square cim of this track matters when you’re looking for the hundredth so what’s aurto doing then and he goes fastest oh nearly 6 up 43k through the speed trap so GTO again showing us what

He did at Round One a just so smooth taking a little bit of a a breather right here taking a foot off there he needs to get clipped in so he can take some pedals before this wall ride so safely around cadel Freda tuck in here now saving energy for this pedal

It’s hard to believe how quick the ride has comeing there over a second up now and firing it down there you do not want to be hting that St would you stand there if you were a mar Madness there he is oh he’s fastest through the key section then by over of

A second it’s massive yeah he looks so composed but he’s going so fast ight on that bike beautiful technique as you said yeah but he’s going to have to find something special down here now and here it is he oh and he is over two seconds pedling again out of that turn

And this is where he will empty the tank out of that rightand turn because this you can’t pedal anymore as soon as you come out of that right so that’s his speed all the way to these jumps goes crazy fast out of there you can see he’s

Bringing scrubs and L nearly flat so an amazing Pace from a as he comes down to the line surely is going to go fast it’s massive 15 52.85 3.6 into the green that’s an insane run he has smashed the qualifiers so now the Colombians are really up

Against it and they will know that time at the top fipe a good to backing up what we saw at Val parizo incredible run this guy is just Unstoppable making up time all the way to the Finish there’s no part on the track where he was slower than our previous

Leader man that was an amazing r that was the Precision we talk about in street racing absolutely personified by this man yeah it is every he just knows I always say it’s the best downhill riders in the world they they have a good feeling of what time is and so you

See him you know look at this yeah right like flat Landing he’s going he he sat down a couple of places we us to see Josh Bry do that and a couple other um you know years ago and you would say is he pushing we see right there you got the

Confidence to save your strength for where you know you can make time then yeah you’re a brave man but it can happen so new leader then hit Red Bull Guan cahu a Gerta now with that Sensational time of a 152.5 two seconds quicker or a second

And a half quicker than anyone has gone here today he is smashed the fastest qualifying time of Sebastian alwin five Riders to go this is about to get excited this is about to get crazy this is about to get crazy so here’s our top three Gabriel GI bini I mean we he kind

Of showed us what it looks like to ride the bottom of the track fast and um we’ve just been seeing people try to kind of keep up with that I mean this is that bottom bit that we’re seeing Dono pz see him pushing that was a really solid run he’ll be stoked with

That top 10 guaranteed what a race what a race already oh my goodness I’m always I’m nervous nervous for the last fight Felipe a grto he it’s it’s insane like look at that look how confident he is pedaling you know a couple of inches away from a stair look how strong he is

Doesn’t really over jumps it doesn’t really matter let’s hear from him now he’s down in a finish you’re in the hot seat right now how how hungry are you for the wind Today he says he’s very happy to be here he G gave it his all and um after his second place in valaro he really pushed and um he gave it his all and um he’s praying and hoping that his time will hold and for the win today well thank you Anna and actually

With that with that time he’s definitely definitely got a chance it was an absolutely Immaculate run like what we saw from him in bzo I am so impressed with this dude’s riding style I mean the the strength and the the technical prowess is just incredible and there’s

Your five Riders left to drop Lucas bber next remember the winner the series leader in val perzo just three weeks ago but like everyone else here now he’s going to have to lift his game massively to get anywhere near Felipe agurto yeah I mean that was a run that was a run

That was a run oh my goodness wow yes five to go then Brazil in second and third at the moment excuse me third and fourth Lucas bber on track then fifth in qualifying can he pull another one out of the bag like he did in Chile a few

Weeks ago how are you going to pedal on sped up look at him super oh nice through there carried great Pace hops the stair you can see where people have been hitting the breaks borba not locking up the wheels which is good maximum breaking traction wide and sets

Up good gets a nice straight line in this container and now he’s going to be bearing himself on these pedals up to this first split and he’s back but only by 54,000 nothing in it 41 km an hour through the speed trrap of it from the low part of the

Jump tucking trying to save some energy on the left hander yep super slippery the slabs of rock in there and he he held the inside much tighter than we’ve seen a lot of the other Riders I’m I with all the tucking that he’s doing he really needs to lay down

Everything on this bottom section he does he’s point six back now so goes further into the red what’s the key section going to tell us to go the quickest through there Bulba just over quarter a second off then so dropping some more time what’s he got left in the

Tank now on these pedals and he looks like he’s concentrating he’s been training for these jumps for the last few months yes that’s right remember sat this one out last year and here we go coming into this last section loses a bit of time 1.3 back yeah one point three back now then

He’s going to do well to turn that around fourth in the series last year despite missing this race come super close to that rander the only Brazilian ever to win in val perzo what’s it going to be for him here today he’s going to do well to find nearly one

And a half seconds then from that last split down Lucas B goes big over that last jump and goes into a second place but look at the time Gap more importantly 2.3 off Gera with a scorcher with a scor I mean not the run or as I should say

Not the time that that that Lucas was hoping for but he should definitely be proud of himself I mean you know yeah losing a little bit of time but you know to not race this race last year and to come that’s true as well yeah I mean you

Coming off the side of the jump like that that takes a lot of of technical um skill and quick whistling through this key section oh look at the back end that is actually Wild Well the crazy thing is all of those stairs have a different kind of texture on them they’re super

Super um and the edge The Edge the last the edge of each step has been what I would you know FL yeah you were saying this plastered yeah OE the course Builder was telling us that they actually plastered all of the stairs to make sure they’re harder but that means

You have no traction on them that’s right absolutely the edge of each step perfectly smooth and about slippery as it can be yeah four to go now keep an eye on this man then Camilo Sanchez the man who won here last year second in last year’s series and on the pace of

Round one this year before a flat P Tire took him out on the Santa Cruz downhill bike now and this man has got some power if he can get anywhere near the bottom look at him go my goodness came into that oh doesn’t set up high well that

Might have been faster to sneak around that inside just musing the bike around there oh wow big moment in Gary’s house he’s going to have to do some redecorating after that he is using every inch of the track going all the way by the walls everywhere he can has

That affected his first split no it hasn’t then 21,000 up for Sanchez going next to the wall everywhere 43 as well Kil out through that speed TR r on he did though didn’t he he did all good oh Sanchez one of these riders that will risk it all of these Urban races PES

That out of that PES out of that wall ride just 22 years old this man oh and he comes into the key section he’s red for him now he’s going to have to turn it on down here he looks fast to me it did look fast to me down there as

Well so 7 point9 Sanchez goes fastest takes the lead then in the key section what’s he going to do on the main clock he’s going to have to find something down here isn’t he Elliot yeah I mean he’s no stranger to pedaling on these he’s just going for it he’s no stranger

To this stuff didn’t pull back so much time in that key section next split coming up Point 48 off then what a lot to find half a second between here and the end again on the pedals down these stairs I don’t know second a yeah he’s

Just he’s just kind of a little bit offline everywhere but he’s pushing so hard it hasn’t mattered first out on the last straight away with good Pace then Camilo Sanchez comes down towards the line one in last year what’s he going to be for him as he crosses the line he

Goes second 1.8 of the red and that to me just confirms how fast fipe AA was today totally I mean we talked about how aggressive you have to ride this track and at the top you know we we saw him get away with that you know the fastest first sector

Out of anyone but at the bottom you know when you need to carry speed coming right next to the poles right next to the walls definitely cost him we saw out of that wall right here’s that he actually hit his shoulder there’s a couple of open doors there he found the

One jumping all the way to Flat off of it I’ve s him a little bit Elliot yeah yeah for sure and he is going around the pole I mean snuck around on the way and it was super narrow we I actually spoke to ol Wilkins they were thinking about making

That mandatory ah yeah well because you you want to go inside but it makes that wall ride so much more difficult you have to be super precise over it to keep it tight okay there’s your top three at the moments to Gera Sanchez borba and the next man is Thomas Slavic my mission is definitely to to take a win here or stand on a Podium and uh the mindset for the race it’s uh it’s really important you know you can be really fast rider in the trainings usually if you take a look at me I’m I’m

A slow rider in the trainings and but I’m trying to build up my speed throughout the race and put all the pieces of a puzzle together and if you were able to do it then you’re the man to to take a win here and take a win is exactly what

He’ll want to do here this afternoon third in last year’s series and he had a massive crash here last year in that key section havic on the uro bike doesn’t actually have access to a downhill bike there’s no choice for him there quick around that wall ride an incredible on

The pedals up high on there on the dirt boun through there that was super quick he punched that front off the curb there that front wheel oh that is how you go into Gary’s house that was so nice and I mean in his qualifier like he said he he

Builds speed and I’m definitely looking for him to take a lot of time off 36 years old now what’s it going to be it split one up fin near only half a second and you have to what and this is the PA of course where his bike would be a disadvantage

Oh my look it that is what I mean you have to land that wall R so tight to get inside of that pole wide around that left there probably going to carry more speed out with it heading down now towards split two what’s it going to be

Then it’s looked incredible so far this way he crashed last year he came in there so H he went down hard half a second up then extended by .13 quick down this key section as well oh but Slavic can do the damage from here on

Down I feel loses a bit of timeing there half a second but now it’s all about the legs and there’s no shortage of power from Thomas Slavic three times four cross world champion that hunch Style Just producing power right and watch as he comes around seven Up Now Elliot look at that right

Out of that boom just going taking these pedals so hard I mean that’s what broke the chain at round one yeah the chains they’re not they’re not made strong enough for someone like Thomas Slavic that’s for sure here we go then it’s been an incredible run so far squashes

That JB Thomas Slavic is surely going to go fastest here over the last jump he comes and Slavic takes the lead 37 into the lead a 152 and now the two Colombians at the top of this hill are going to know that they have got to produced something

Incred to beat him here this afternoon definitely definitely yes Thomas Slavic only place he really lost time was that key section and a little bit into the Finish Felipe agurto having that just solid run everywhere so AG gerto his dream of the win is gone again and it’s Slavic versus

The two Colombians Juan FES and Sebastian elwin wow man these Riders just have an incredible awareness of where their pedals are you know pedaling over these stairs like that you know hopping out of that wall ride watch where their pedals are when you see the next couple of riders how close they are

To that stair man Slavic squashed that Finish Line jumped so hard unbelievable huh well he said I mean he wanted to stand on the podium so he’s guaranteed yeah a top three now he’s such a fighter big crashes Mechanicals never lets him get it down yeah he is always there an incredible

Competitor is Thomas Slavic from the Czech Republic takes the hot seat and now it’s going to be a very nervous 10 minutes or so very very nervous because the next rid of to drop is the man that won the series last year he didn’t finish here actually in Guan knock his

Tire off a bit further down but what can VZ do then missed the first part of this season with a broken scap with a wrist injury nice over the start just makes it look like there’s no stairs there and scrubs off the lily pad in the middle

Sets up high there oh nicely through there makes it past where he got the flat and straight on the pedals wi in there right up against the wall he’s pushing hard Elliot no doubt about that of course he is it’s one for V gets a kick in that staircase

What’s it done to his split time then slaving that 31.4 he’s up by 26 and maybe he needs to be on a downhill bike yeah I mean we saw the the speed right there down that stairs set this guy I mean he was 5Ks less but

You can see how much speed he carried at the very beginning of this track oh the next split will be interesting it’s about to come up now as bz drops into this steep stairs oh my goodness me oh my goodness 27,000 up now still in touch

But surely look at that right on the edge again5 up on Camila Sanchez in the key section I was so focused and I didn’t even see that Elliot so incredible stuff then for valz through there but he’s in the red on the big clock and he’s he

Looks fast on this pedal and now he’s back 1.2 up then how’s he done that that’s insan strong he knows how to ride stairs better than anyone it looks like they’re not even there unbelievable he look at that timing just hopping everywhere making it happen remember first urban race of the Year actually

After Urban ad manales we broke that wrist of his then incredible from green to Red to Green what’s it going to be as one forz crosses the line he goes fast a 1.2 into the green 15 1.2 incredible run I thought you were Bonkers when you said we might see a

150 but it’s coming down this guy I can it feels impossible to ride the stairs like he does out of the gate you don’t see his bike move you don’t see his body move where everyone else is losing traction on the pedal at the bottom he is gaining speed

Somehow team manager chero there he’ll be happy with that look at the emotions what a what a bounc back from last year right look at that just scrubs how I mean there is a how much I don’t understand the Colombians they seem just another level of comfortable with Urban they just that

Is so good on the break breaking exactly where he needs to he doesn’t mind you know a little scrub on the wall there look at this like he’s able to Pedal the bike doesn’t get unsettled like he’s his bike set up his body position hopping everywh where it’s so good the timing of

The man the timing like he knows every step on this track wow my goodness me we thought this race would come to life and it has Slavic has to respect that yeah you do you have to incredible race so far one man left at the top then teammates actually with

Juan feles it will be a Colombian win here this afternoon will it be valz or will it be his teammate Sebastian alwin a man who has been on everybody’s lips this year let’s have a look at this comparison I mean there’s only one sector that he lost time in and then

Made up half a second in the key section alone in8 seconds he made up half a second insane and well he came in did you see how he came in like it didn’t even maybe he went to break but he couldn’t cuz he was trying to survive oh my

God absolutely Ely crazy racing as ever these Urban races okay here is Sebastian Elgen your last qualifi fastest Qualifier well he said he could find more for this final he’s going to need to find around three seconds from that qualifying I believe he can do it I am so Sebastian H is so good on track then everybody strapping 19 years old from manzal is in

Colombia can he take the win away from one for is his teammate fast around that first turn sets up high as well looking equally aggressive not quite as good as B around that right-hander maybe not as clean on the exit and messy into Gary’s house almost a carbon copy these guys

Are pushing so so hard here this afternoon OT smooth through there he was fast going to carry good speed onto this straight first split will tell us where he’s at he’s back but look at that oh just 7,000 43 km out through the speed trap absolute neck and neck at the

Moment oh what no way pedling down the landing oh my leg out there as well oh my goodness fast around the wall ride oh just on the edge everywhere shaving off distance giving his hands ARR rest and comes flying into this key section now he’s up

By6 oh my goodness if the wall hadn’t been there I don’t know what would have happened the back wheel kicking so hard he’s he’s fast through the key section as well what’s he got left in them legs then he can’t let that bother him remember he was

Fastest in valo before a massive crash on that wall ride but the pace is there for this young man incredible sitting down there Elliot I don’t know he’s oh one. one back now then so it is costing him some time now yeah we just saw continue to push down here this was ‘s

Strongest section and I don’t know it seems like Sebastian’s not quite getting Rhythm as B was but we’ll have to see here he comes he’s going to do well I think to find over a second but here he comes bz looks Onan comes down line squashes the last

Jump goes into second place and it’s one for valz the Series champion who returns to Red Bull sow abaho at Round Two by taken an incredible win yeah one two for the Colombians I mean they have just been on fire I mean the contrast from last year

Juan feles you know broken man coming into the finish last year and now on top of the world that’s right he won the series here last year but was in tears because he was so upset not to win the race I mean it’s how it was right look

At this I mean he was ahead was ahead until the key section and it was just the last the last bit I mean God look how close this is watch this okay he comes off of this wall ride soaks he soaks up the wall watch okay and then he

Pedals on the wall on a off camber on wood insane launches in this launches watch this back wheel this is mine thatw if that’s not on the edge what is huh wow that is crazy how comfortable they are these Riders it’s a Colombian one two Thomas Slavic in third Philipe

Gerto from Chile an incredible ride but another one for him in fourth and Sanchez there rounding out the top five but the difference in time the top five separated by 2 and a half seconds which is I mean vales is just unbelievable yep yeah I mean this is one of those tracks

I watching b r and Sebastian to we heard Sebastian talking about the bike setup I think that they are at the Forefront of what it means to ride Urban downhill the the fitness the training the bike setup everything I yeah I mean they they absolutely dominate it because

They absolutely live it yeah they live it I mean they do this is we heard sebasian say that like yeah I’ve been going around you know to a bunch of and he actually actually hopped that stair I didn’t even see his body move on that

Head on camera but pops a stare out of that wall ride you know comes out gets that inside what a run and this was one of the most impressive Parts look you know at him everyone else was struggling through this section with you know you

Would think one of the most kind of um easiest sections but he just made up so much time on that getting the Rhythm just perfect okay well let’s go down to our winner now wonder you just came back from a broken wrist and just won your first race at Red Bull gu this

Year he said he couldn’t be happier to win here today because he has worked so hard to come back after his injury and his wrist so he’s just over the moon right now and it seemed you were so loose in your race run what was your strategy for today Well he says he actually never really has a strategy because it’s just difficult because you never know what happen so he just let lets off the brakes and try to go as as fast as possible and don’t Well he says this is the party for him right now he doesn’t want to celebrate here he just wants to get home as fast as possible to see his mother to see his friends and celebrate with all of them man tears of Devastation to tears of joy yep absolutely unbelievable he

Puts everything into it missed the first round with that skyf for injury look at that that’s what it means to win that’s what it means to win yeah I mean he just these guys put so much into this Sport and these are the biggest races that we have in South America that’s right

That’s absolutely right wow look at that then over a second margin to Sebastian elwin another brilliant ride from him Slavic there well he’s got to be proud of that third place today agto the big Sensation from Val perzo doing it again fourth place for him luron going to be a

Little bit further down the order than he liked especially when we look at the overall I think they in 10th place but wow wow wow we just can’t no one can match the Colombians right in street racing the crazy thing two is uh one two

And three were a DNS dnf and another you know kind of you know Chain break so yeah you’re absolutely right there yeah that’s right and here’s Thomas Slavic you know on that trail bike making it work for him oh didn’t he make it happen down there huh so

Strong coming into the Finish like who said I mean it’s good for him like definitely hit his goal we heard that in the interview like want to come here for a win or a Podium Sebastian olwin another dude who can be proud of his of his run he’ll look back at the

Splits and say okay I was good at the top you know at the bottom maybe Miss some of the lines that um that V had work on my fitness a little bit I’ll come back oh to Italy in October and uh show these guys what’s going on look at

That that wasc wasn’t it not not the line he was the very shortest line he could that no one so watch comes out of this gets a little bit wide is thinks on his feet and says okay cool I’ll just hop over this stair set or this little step

Coming out of that wall ride at Max Speed and what imagine what it’s like Elliot to come back you know from injury at this level and I that last bit I mean it it’s so easy but that was probably the most impressive section of the track out of the whole

Out of the entire race to me I don’t know how you gain speed on St that’s right that’s right timing just unbelievable I guess these Riders the Colombians maybe you know know how to set a bike up better for stair riding to make it work

Sure but well what a race that was Guan in Mexico has absolutely delivered again yeah and I you know I think about the difference between this race and our race in valaro where it takes almost such a different style and a different style of riding a lot of traditional

Downhill you kind of see the same you see the Riders having the same style whereas here they had to ride super aggressively at the top you know you saw a lot of tucking a lot of resting a lot of strategy on where am I going to push

So it’s uh it’s almost like a completely different I don’t know not sport but a completely different approach every single race in this series yeah that’s right this one again at 2,000 M you know looking at Thomas Slavic there and he got in a couple of days

Ago and you know we know from just walking around I don’t don’t know if you’ve noticed as much as I have Elliot but I’ll be honest the fly up stairs is a challenge man so you know I mean fair play to him really the Colombians coming

From altitude it would have been a bit better for him but easier for for him but wow yeah there’s no getting away from the way that Juan FES rides a bicycle well too like he said I mean he expected to come back after about a month or sorry two months but was able

To come back a month early and so you would have to imagine he’s not completely at 100% no that’s right been back on the bike just two weeks now oh brilliant Amazing Race again here’s the podium great ride for Slavic then the top uro bike trail bike whatever you

Want to call it this afternoon as well yeah he’ll be really happy with that I mean the overall I’m interested to see where where the points actually shake out yeah because um there some confusion like you’re not going to have to get off actually you didn’t win sorry you

Didn’t get there you got to get out of here but yeah like I was saying that top top three were nowhere to be find in the first race Slavic is uh maybe he’s just going to take take his time yeah right right he’s like I’m down to just stay up here just

Me what a competitor Thomas slavik is yeah he is he’s been a main stay in in downhill mountain biking in mountain biking all types of mountain biking really forever owin second place for Sebastian owin He’d have been close at round one he was very close at round two and that team that you’re riding team is going to be uh are going to be stoked one and two on the podium and a big smile across the face of Juan FES then he’s done it returning from injury

Take the win here today the man from Med in colia 20 years Old and the man who did dominate last year’s Series yeah absolutely only a not Tire knocked off the rim here slowing him down really first and second at the other two Races bz is very much back on top and the series is not over yet no definitely not six months till we head to Italy but uh it’s pretty much going to come down to Italy I feel like yeah agreed oh that’s low he’s the only one that got the the

Champag there’s your top three that was an amazing race no big incidents no big accidents I mean I don’t know I don’t know how it it shows how comfortable all of these guys are to be able to come down especially our key section come down that corridor

Okay let’s see Bor in first yeah borba still on top of that lead absolutely slashed I mean look at that one goes from nothing to Second and 16 off so that’s what we were talking about remember one for one this Series last year with just two

Finishes as you said is going to be very very interesting in Italy at the end of the year look at that closing within 16 points yeah holy Toledo I mean we didn’t talk much about Lucas borba today but he is consistent if he can put another

Performance in in Italy like he has in these first two rounds I think he is going to be really the one to beat okay well stay with us everyone Miss and Elliot I’ll be back to look at this in the post show we’ll see in a few moments down Pump up your tires for the bike content on Red Bull TV and check out the best Live Events feature films and shows download the Red Bull TV app for free and sign in to watch all of our content offline download the app now welcome to

Doing duck my father was shot down in the Vietnam War and ever since his remains right identified I’ve been planning an expedition to ride the entire length of the hoian trail to search for the place where his plane went down Ultra endurance mountain biker Rebecca Rush on the trail of her father’s

Fate I can’t find a way through blood road now available on Red Bull TV bahoo round two of this year’s Series where we’ve just seen the Colombians on top again Juan feles coming back from injury Elliot to just to lay down and unbelievable race run I would have to say to me that’s the most um impressive especially technically Urban downhill

Race run I’ve ever seen in my entire life where does the magic and it is Magic that comes from under the wheels of Juan FLL what what’s the difference how does he manage to kind of produce the speed that he does I actually have no idea if you did you’d be racing yeah

Well that I like we talked about it from the very beginning right out of the Starting Gate he he looks smoother right is that is that a bike setup thing is he really being really deliberate micromanaging each kind of step and stuff like that I’m I’m not really sure

But he is able to carry more speed over these steps than anyone else absolutely you’re right there and this is that winning race run I mean we’ve talked about it so much where you know being strategic we can see how much Pace he had in that bottom section of the entire

Track yeah absolutely indeed I’m amazing to see him come down and he did dominate this Series last year three times he was the fastest qualifier you know he took the win at round two a second in Guan in excuse me in uh Val perzo it was insane

To see him wasn’t it yeah I mean he’s finally showing what he can do like you said he’s qualified first every round last year he won the series I mean and and so we know what he can do in that sense but now he’s dominating it feels

Like to me I don’t know he does he does he absolutely does let’s talk about the second place Rider a day Sebastian elwin teammates with vales I mean we knew from qualifying this morning we knew from practice they’ve been here together they were going to do something special alen

Was incredible at round one yeah and more incredible today right yeah I mean and we see him here I think barring you know that crash last week we talked so much about it how um he did have that crash but he was he was fastest up until

That point and you know he’s again just right there second place so he’s going to be a danger man I can’t believe him coming down that key section was just crazy and there he is over the line high how high risk is it to hit a flight of

Stairs like that absolutely insane to see yeah teammate coming over these guys training together they’re practicing all week together same team there’s same uh Hometown so yeah incredible to see Sebastian alen a good one too for the Colombians Thomas Slavic third place for him today I mean

He’s such a charger right well I mean you say it in that way because we expect Thomas Slavic to win right but he did get a Podium and so the competition that he has is just so stiff so for him to be able to for him to be able to over the

Years match the competition match these young guys coming up we heard Adrian luron talk about the risk that they take we saw it today with our own eyes so this is a good race for him building back up after that snap chain at the first round and here he is Thomas Slavic

Coming down towards the line I think he’s down there with an let’s hear from him now third place for you today with this kind of a Redemption run run here you know I’m I’m really happy to be on a Podium it’s always a good thing and you

Know we’re racing we’re putting it the runs to a Next Level and then we’re competing in this small uh amount of a time so uh you know I was flying I was doing I was almost not doing any mistakes I was under control and in the

Pan leag section where I was supposed to boost it I did one mistake which affected the whole trade and I think I lost it there but you know what third place is amazing and then and super sto that after after the snap chain in uh in

Valo I’m back on the podium so really happy perfect and you had a pretty hard crash last year was it actually on your mind during your race run or did you completely block it out it was it was crazy whenever whenever I was passing through that section I was fully aware

That I I need to be focused there and and I was maybe a little bit too much on brakes there but that’s it you know I’m uh I’m happy that I rolled through it this time without any crashing and uh yeah third place is a is a nice reward

From uh if we compareed with the last year it is and I heard you’re going straight on vacation now yeah definitely last weeks and months were really really uh difficult not just for me but also for my girlfriend which is uh sharing all these ups and downs with me and uh

We deserve some uh some days off but then back to work you definitely do congratulations Thomas thank you very much we appreciate thank you you know you can be proud of today beaten by the two Colombians on downhill bikes to me to me this track would favor a down bike

A bit more right well I mean you heard him say that I did have that crash in the back of my mind so it feels like Thomas Slavic is human yeah absolutely he’s going to go and put his feet up for a few weeks I don’t blame him for that

Well I believe we’ve now got Sebastian alwin down with Anna let’s see if he’s there Sebastian it was so close for you today are you still happy with the second place yes I’m very happy to be here I’m very happy with my second place I had a really really sketchy run a lot

Of loose moments and I think I was up in one split but at the end in the physical Part I I failed cooked so it was really really hard but I still so happy with the result and you share the podium with one of your best friends Juan Fair how

Proud proud does it make you to have a Colombian one and two here yeah like to do one and two together is like a dream come true because I spend a lot of time with him I know like everything that he have been like pass so yeah it’s so so H

I’m so so happy with with the result thanks so much Sebastian and congratulations thank you you know we would been very different maybe overall if he’d got down at round one but still plenty of fight for her amazing ride from him Alan we’re going to see so much

More of him I think this year yeah for sure I mean you heard him say it right I had a couple sketchy moments and he just didn’t have the fitness at the bottom I always say that Fitness is the easiest thing to fix because you just go and and

Train I didn’t find it that way I must admit Elliot but yeah absolutely hey I’ll tell you one thing you don’t need any Fitness for that’s bike Unchained this is my kind of mountain biking play with your thumbs the latest addition of this game and actually each game Sorry

Every time you go on now it actually has a theme of the tracks we’ve just had here so today you can go on there and play Guan themed downhill track hey I I heard you say it was your kind of downhill but um you’re not very good at the game either

Rob and it’s super cool like we said you know on these race weekends you can actually compete with other people on the tracks that we go to for these amazing locations absolutely indeed well I’ll be playing my FS a little bit later I won’t be I will not be getting out of

Breath and of course this isn’t the only big man bik competition on planet Earth today there’s the small matter of crank Works down in Rotorua let’s hear from Camco yes Rob and Elliot I hope you guys are having fun down there in Mexico I know for sure we’re having fun here in

Beautiful rot to New Zealand we got a pretty exciting event today yeah we absolutely do not only are we going to get to see slope style en course but a world’s first cam tell us all about it the women man they’re here and I’m sure

It’s going to be a great show it’s going to be an iconic first in the world of mountain biking crank work slop style women’s category it’s kicking off you’re not going to want to miss it please join us well I know what I’m doing straight after this I’m going to go and watch

That I cannot wait to see the women compete in their first slope style event it’s so good I mean I was watching Patricia Duran’s Instagram and she’s you know doing these bar spins over the spines like these combo back flips over everything question is mind blowing

Right my goodness be it’s going be a spectacle for sure it’s going to be amazing and Elliot now sadly we got wait what nearly six months for the last one what a tease I mean like I’ve been so much enjoying these races I love that we’re creating these kind of super stars

They all have so much personality I love watching them I love watching the way that they have made this stuff their own I yeah that’s right I can’t believe the risk that is involved in winning one of these street races right and how comfortable they are with it yeah I mean

We see that in downhill right like we see them taking this risk you know getting a little bit loose but to take that style of risk in these really narrow corridors where you could catch your pedal at any step and and you know it’s literally only concrete and square

Edges if you do get it wrong wow okay well we hope you enjoyed that as much as we did at home Elliot thank you that has been an amazing afternoon’s racing and we will see you if not before in Italy for those finals in October until then it’s goodbye from Mexico Down For a
