Epic Cycling Odyssey | Bikepacking 3800 KM From Germany To Spain – 90 Days

After more than 60 days of bikepacking and more than 2000 km of epic cycling from Germany to Spain, I arrived on the east coast of Spain where I am going to cycle down to the last southern frontier of the european continent – Tarifa, Spain.
This epic cycling odyssey which stretches over 3800 km, includes my ups and downs of such a journey, moments of joy and happiness but also moments of hardship. Good morning guys today is not a great start in the day because last night my dope awesome mattress inflatable mattress got it’s either a puncture or something inside ripped apart because now it creates like a big bulge when I am inflating it and the

More air I pump in the more I move on it onto it is like spreading that bulge around so I just have to inflate it to the medium size I would say but anyway I uh took my bike upside down I cleaned again the chain as good as I could I

Cleaned a bit the frame I pumped up the tires the tire from the trailer I am already here preparing my solar panel you know trying to make the best out of the sunlight but yeah that’s the start in the day let’s make the best out of it

I am now back at the beach I showered I finished eating the plan is for sure to ride at least again 70 80 kilm maybe even 100 who knows how far let’s get ready I’m on my way to the bank and then the supermarket and head into the wild

Once again I am on top of taragona now and this is the view here the beach pretty Dope o Hey I He And we arrived here maybe 10ks out of taragona today I’m happy that is uh glue toy day the sun is not really shining anymore through I’m not sure if this is dust in the air or if they are clouds like rain clouds but uh it’s definitely very good to ride

Mosquitoes attacking me and uh I was then rushing away from the beach and I said I cannot sleep here so I started looking for another spot and this is actually more or less in the middle of the city not far away from the city center it’s yeah looking

Pretty good we have been quite undisturbed it started raining last night and uh here are all the other tents too like it’s mine in the middle these guys to the left and these girls to the right now I am going to pack up my stuff it’s already 8:30 in the morning which

This I just used the rope to hang all my clothes and we are heading to the sports store buy myself a new mattress and uh yeah just wanted to show you how you can do your laundry even though you are on the Bike Okay guys I really really hope to find the mattress that suits me and this going to be good for the rest of my journey just look at me that’s actually how wet I get when I ride but you cannot see it because of the other clothes that I have and we

Just go now inside okay so I had now to decide between this one which doesn’t have such a good r value which is about the temperature and the insulation this is 5 cm thick and this one 2.5 cm thick but has a better r value is a 2.7 but it’s
