We had such a fun weekend exploring some villages here in the South of France. So many amazing, beautiful, unique and romantic places to discover!
And we wanted to share our experience with you ~

This place is very famous for their own… Wine! – We went on a little weekend trip, cause you have some days off so we took the chance and this is Rocamadour! We always wanted to go but we never really had a chance. – We came with this guy.

– We’re trying some products from here. This is peach. And this is chestnut. – I’m very happy to come here. I’ve got 3 days off. Decided to come here. This place has always been on my wish list. We’re gonna stay at an Airbnb and have a good time…

Always nice to come out to see and explore some places. – How is it? – Sweet. – It taste like… Ice tea. With a twist. Latte? – Very excited to try the tapas, from here. (Lunch time) As you can see the Rocamadour cheese is very famous. Let’s enjoy, Cille! – Bon appetit!

– We got the dessert now. – Umm! – We had a really good lunch now and a really good time. – I need to take a little picture cause it looks so pretty! How was it? – Very good! – He’s trying to book our next trip, while we’re eating. So… We just walked a long way down. Saw a lot of people struggling on their way up. Now we’re getting close. I see a gate! I think that’s the gate to Rocamadour! I have to look, I have to look! (saw a crepe cafe) Cavendish?

That’s one of the famous cycle riders! We ended up at this church-thing now.. We’re gonna take a look and then I think we’re gonna find a way back to the car. I THINK! We’re so lucky that we don’t have to go all the way down again and all the way up again! – We don’t go down, Cille! We’re here.

And then we came like, down. Like this, you know? – Ahhh… – And we came up. And then go back to the car here. – We’re almost back at the car now. We found a place where we can get something to drink, so that’s gonna be good. We’ve just been there!

And it was SO pretty! – Yeah! I agree! – If you liked it as much as us, then hit the like buttom! We made a little pit stop… – Yeah. I need to study a bit. – A project you need to submit before 12 tonight. – Yeah, but I almost finished it.

– This is so cozy, oppa! So, we’ve just been served some bread and some oil. (Dinner time) This is walnut oil. (Very famous in this region) He was explaining that it’s something they make themselves. They have a mill where they make the oil. So, we’re going to taste.

And these are also wines from the region. (Malbec wine – also famous in this region) Cheers, oppa! – Thank you, babe. – It has a funny flavour. – It’s good, no? – Interesting. – Walnuts? – Uhm, from here. – Taste a bit like.. Sesame oil. – Sesame oil? – Yeah, a bit.

– It taste good! – It taste really good! He said, it’s heart? – Good iron! It looks tender! – We came to the Airbnb yesterday. (Next morning) There’re dogs all over! Peaceful place. And then there’s a house in the middle of… He’s scared, Cille! This doggy is scary! That’s our Airbnb there. Wow. There’s a horse! Hi horse! Good boy, Latte. – Latte, come! Good boy. – How are you, Cille?

I’m good. I slept so well! I think we were both so tired after yesterday! Very cozy, very old… Like… Country side house. – But it’s very well renovated inside! And there are 3 horses there! And she got attacked by the big dog. This morning and then she’s wearing these pants. Hi doggy! – Wow, this looks interesting! (Breakfast time) – Very nice home, Cille. – Very French style. We’re out again! – We’re in Cahors. This place is very famous for their own… Wine! The famous wine, is the “Malbec”. It’s very dry.

But it goes well with the cheese and it goes well with the meat. So, that’s the one we had yesterday. And the reason why we came here is like… One of my good friends, at my club he lives here actually. And he told me to come here.

So that’s why we came, after yesterday. It’s not too far from Rocamadour, where we stayed at. And then we’re gonna have some lunch here. Go for a walk a little bit. – A lot of small villages that are so cute here. – Population wise, here’s only 20.000.

– It’s nice. Weather is nice too. So, let’s explore! – It’s Monday morning. – And people are staying, enjoying coffee and just having a good time outside. – I feel like French people they’re good at relaxing. A lot of people they don’t work on Mondays. – This Malbec is famous. Malbec… Malbec… Malbec…

We’re sitting here and having some coffee time. Latte, come on! Latte! Come here! Latte! Come! Latte, yes! Latte!? Latte, come! Drink some water, Latte? – There’s such a nice, fresh wind here next to the water! Weather is amazing! – They sell a lot of foie gras here. – Good time for having lunch. (Quick lunch before moving on) – Enjoy, Cille! Hi doggy! – Truffle wine?? – Where are we, Cille? – It’s called something weird here. – Le saint.. Le saint Potait… Or something xD It’s really pretty, huh? – Again, It has the… I don’t know… Title? Of being one of the prettiest places in France as well. – I understand why!
