Hi everybody I know we haven’t made a video here recently but we are actually planning a trip to go to Interlaken Switzerland but that’s not for today today we’re going to take you around our community here in launched or Germany and show you some of the interesting

Things I hope you enjoy the video and if you’d like you can stay tuned to our next video and I’ll be trying on some of the jumps here and I’ll have my buddy John come down and recorded me because I’m probably gonna eat it hard because I’ve never jumped a bicycle before but

Anywho I hope you enjoy the video so I actually just called one of my best friends that lives here in Germany and he’s actually gonna let me use his bicycle for the video so hopefully when I get there I’ll introduce you guys and you’ll get to see how awesome his

Bicycle is so I thought I’d let y’all check out my bicycle before I hop on his I bought this here in Germany it’s a cone of fire Mountain it I spent about 600 bucks on it but it’s been doing me pretty good the reason I spent so much

Money on it is because things like this that you can’t really live without riding the mountain around here these are disc brakes and if you don’t have those you’re pretty much just gonna fly off the side of the mountain but I think she’s pretty nice but she doesn’t have

Anything on Jon’s bike you’ll see in just a minute hi everybody this is my buddy John and this is his bike he’s gonna let me try out for today there’s my hunk of metal and then this pristine thing we have here this is a Cannondale Lefty and look at it oh my god

I hope I don’t kill myself on this thing today so this is one of the cool things about this bike as you can see it literally just has a stick hanging down holding the wheel on there’s nothing holding it over here they say it’s some kind of technology that they got going on

Peep those nice shoes though but uh anywho check out mine see I’m so last century with my two shocks [Applause] I still can’t believe you let me partner to this it’s like a $3,000 bicycle it’s cost more than our car God isn’t she pretty good check out this view This castle was built around the Year 1100 and 62 after Holy Roman Emperor Frederick the first amenities construction has additional defense for the palace name and 1504 German Knight Franz von citizen sorry if I’m pronouncing that incorrectly inherited part of the castle after his father’s death in the war at the Bavarian

Secession finally acquiring the entire castle in 1518 he immediately began extensively fortification to make the castle suitable for firearms nanstein is well known for the elaborate siege during the night revolt in 1523 which claimed the life of bond citizen the fall of main steam of the symbol for the

Decline of castles in the palace tonight in 1542 Vaughan citizens Sons recovered nanstein as a five and started reconstruction of the castle reinhard von citizen completed the reconstruction in 1595 in 1668 elector Charles the first Lewis forced Log ethereum troops from the castle and razed the fortifications in the 19th century the

First conservation work was done on Nanjing has continued to the present day I really don’t know what’s going on in there but that looks like a lighting system in some sports like maybe they have a concert in there So this is the natural spring outs telling you guys about comes out that’s the cool part so this was supposedly carved out by the Romans now they tell you exactly I’ve been here before I don’t exactly remember I just thought I was wicked cool There’s a little lake down there I don’t know if you can see it but this is a Roman holy spring dating back to around the 2nd and 4th century AD it is difficult to interpret the figures here and as there are no written records concerning them however they probably

Represent pagan deities and human sacrifice the legend says that the spring water was helpful in treating certain eye ailments and sorry I can’t read real good because I’m out of breath I’m dying but we still got a walk up the hill but anyway that’s really cool and

Then this huge tree is going out of the back of this thing sweet roots here this tree probably never gonna die since he has a natural spring coming So peaceful here So I cut you guys out so you didn’t have to watch me climb up that mountain looking pitiful but I promise is much more intimidating coming from the other side okay let’s carry on Pretty cool and we’re in kins box You to everyone that made it this far in the video I just want to say that I really appreciate you taking the time out of your day to watch this video my GoPro actually goes dead here in the next few minutes and there’s still so much more

In the community that I would love to show you guys so I will be making a part two of this video in the next couple of days me and my buddy John will probably take a ride just me and him and try and show you some more of the things that

Are within our community we might go down in launch tool and I’m going to probably try and test out some of the jumps that are in our neighborhood so if you would like to see me probably eat dirt after I jump one of these jumps you should probably stay tuned and check out

    The next video

    1. Was stationed at LRMC with the navy from 08-10. Have some of the best riding in the world here in WA State, but I still miss those trails. Thanks for reminding me how much I enjoyed living and riding there 🤘🏻
