Eyup Sam, your rate about JV, and as a radio2 listening truck driver I listened to his show now and then, until 2020 when he cut off callers because he didn't agree with them, so I cut him off permanently. Now that tells us what sort of a grub he is, and being of the BBC stable makes you realise why. I've seen a few of his videos and one in particular involving a waitrose truck in London, and IMO as a driver, he put himself in the position instead of giving the truck some space and respect, but i wouldn't think twice of sorting him out 🚛
I ride a mtb on mostly canal paths and trails and I know exactly the sort of cyclists you are on about Sam. I also had a feeling you'd be a rugby fan, and rugby league id say 😉 best game on the planet 👍

This is what happens when a justice system is corrupted into a legal system and only people that can afford it can use it as a weapon. Vine doesn't have a leg to stand on when his pathetic whinging is seen from the point of view of a "right thinking person" as the law requires. But the law repeatedly shows itself to fall far short of that standard.

The Belfield situation is nothing like Barton, Belfield is quite a nasty piece of work and did himself no favours during his criminal trial for stalking multiple people. Barton is just being sued for defamation for calling Vine a bicycle nonce, it's a totally different thing.
You know Joey Barton has a rap sheet.
JV is a passionate cyclist, I and you can't suppose he's a narcissist. He may well be. As for being called a bike nonce, this is basically implying JV is a paedophile. I would say JV has a good case. As for Bellfield, JV was only part of the case. Cards on table, imo both JB and Bellfield are wrong uns and grifters and part of what's wrong with our society.

I fully support Alex Belfield, but though i appreciate why some people might dislike him, I still believe his sentence was rediculous, the fact that he saw straight through slimey lefty Jeremy Vine, was enough for me!

Belfield defended himself in court, and predictably it didn't go well for him. Barton will arrive with a competent legal team. My prediction, not based on any understanding of law, just a gut feeling, is that this doesn't end well for Vine.
When karma comes for Vine, as it surely will, i believe it is our duty not to stand in the way.
JV's wife knows his secret just like Schofield's wife knew his.
