Rutland Cycling is an independent, family-run chain of cycle shops, based in central England. Established in 1981, we now have 12 shops, including Britain’s biggest bike shop! I am luke from Rutland cycling today we’re at the orange bikes Factory in Halifax Yorkshire let’s go and take a look [Applause] Non-integer and i’m the general manager of origin bikes the problems found in 1988 we started manufacturing full suspension frames in halifax in the mid 90s I’ve been doing services so to make a bike like this it all starts on a flat piece Harlem in you we cook form and seam weld each tube

Welded all together it then comes to this factory here where we paint and assemble and ship this bike to you anywhere around the world we love what we do it orange that’s why we’ll try and make everything that we can in-house it keeps control of everything and supply

Chain the map with the juice everything so much so that every welder puts his initials on the front and rulers friend because we’re so proud of what we do the orange we’ve got a long heritage and history of ERISA we’ve worked with some of the world’s top riders and athletes
