Lytham to Blackpool

A very busy but dull day from Lytham To Norbreck through a very busy Blackpool on The day before St Patricks Day, Come with me & Mrs Russell for a chat and a laugh

Just thought I’d bring you with me don’t let you have a look see what it’s like it’s uh it’s been a nice morning then all of a Su it’s gone crappy this afternoon um so but this is this is Lim Center so I’m going to turn right at bottom of

A and uh go on to main main drag and we’re going back home you know back to Woods Blackpool so uh sit back and watch it’s it’s a love Place bit been a bit busy today that’s windmill there look at Living windmill oh this is front this is where the uh

The old uh Liv Festival on here on this this piece of grass on right and they shut it all off uh and the anal Festival it gets bigger and bigger that every year so I don’t know who’s coming this year have no idea so Lon rich is usually a

Regular L Rich te ah L will Rich te as Mrs Russell just Said but apparently apparently as long as you pay him he’ll go to H to Him Some big houses on here very big properties never you oh oh she’s stinging to me and I don’t know a clue what she’s on about r asy oh Rick Ashley’s coming oh that’ll be thrilling I didn’t know what she were doing she just singing away

All these low so it’s not as bad as what people make out look at these are huge Houses this takes you into to sent hands uh so which is another nice place it’s been a bit better day today but it’s not been much to write About this here on right hand side is uh the marble uh church and in summer it stands out really well when Sun’s on it Les they had Les doors’s uh funeral there oh and I’m reliably informed he wedding as well For Monster Properties yeah this is sent an’s uh Center Cent well coming into Center uh another lovely place if you get a chance to come over here you want to come there’s some decent shops and uh well it’s just a lovely area it’s uh they really look after it around

Here so along with a load more new old uh properties and everything huge ones so yeah if you if you turn up there up right there’s some it’s a bit like U argate all shops and everything you know they’ve got things over them and all that canopies and whatever you

So some beautiful old Buildings so I’m driving back through Blackpool so I’ll I’ll fil film it right Through yeah we just on on past sandunes going towards Blackpool uh just on right hand side is uh Square’s gate airport you see some little aircraft taking off and landing and that and then on left hand side this big building it’s uh it’s a care own but

It used to be something to do years and years ago with uh this land yting uh sand sand yot in uh I think it were like Clubhouse or something like that if I remember right but that’s a long time ago and then just a bit further up here on right

Um it’s uh it’s old entrance to to pontins where they build these houses on uh it were a big place I mean I mentioned it in a in a vlog before pontings and put some pictures on so if you want to look back and see them uh you’ll certainly see what it were

Like but these here on right hand side they’re all well it’s exactly where the pontings were uh it were massive massive Place I just at Star gate now uh that’s Trum shed just on left hand side oh look we’ve got a uh pretty little thing tram again still not being bloody wash look the dirty scruffy thing it Is don’t to see the big one there just uplo You’re quite familiar with this with me aren’t you cuz I come on here quite a lot bring the little doggies for a w up here so they like it up Here Solaris Center up there with whim I’ve still not been there for breakfast yet I keep saying I’m going to go and try it mirror ball there look on left hand side Lampton there look by Hilton it’s been when we came through earlier black pool it were rammed full

There were a load of people to say you know say well it’s not been such a nice day but I think it’s cuz it’s St Patrick’s Day there uh that there’s a few uh stag dos and hen dos on today it seems to be anyway see big one there Boulevard

Hotel oh yeah it’s working today yeah yeah that’s why there quite a few people here I Suppose yeah there’s a few people about around Here sound castle with big screen On I don’t know I don’t think this chap knows where he’s going or he’s turning off you just have to be a bit aware you know aware of it because they come and they they’re distracted with you know all shiny lights and everything and they they get it long wrong lane sometimes

And they well they just don’t you know it’s not very safe so I always just stand back a bit you’ve got to be care to yourself You I don’t know why but M Mrs Russell just pulled the right face I mean always have been a courteous Driver I never swear it other drivers or anything like that just nice and laid Bike oh D arms is open look so will C help me bud No yeah I didn’t think it to be that busy this this this weekend up here but uh obviously it’s Paddy’s Day tomorrow so uh a lot of of for that but next what big one will be Easter won’t It Tower in front of you look lindine there on right hand side that looks busy All right yeah yeah W it on I didn’t see It horses were out earlier as you can see from grap on road but I’ve not seen one on where but coming back not oh there’s one here look in my day they’d been picking that up for the Roses or the rubarb I like custard on mine Central Pier there look this big wheel

Going around today W get me on that not anymore Sil Cox F palace look that’s open TR just going past though Here We Go Again look there’s plenty of traffic about L People R nli building there look on left hand side there’s load of PL people parked on here again there were a traffic Warden putting ticket on them earlier on when we come down spy glass I’ve been told that it’s opened up now that uh museum museum yeah

So that’s another uh venue you can come to and have a look Albert line there’s not many folk out there it’s really inside it’s full inside but really freezing outside g into circus black pool mutants that’s open right through summer winter I think that seem to have been this year

Beach house is open today as well Vegas din I don’t know whether anybody’s going to take that out on this year it closed last year and it’s never never been you know nobody’s ever took it over it’s quite a big place there that’s a proper fishing chip shop there

No Peppers out of it they W that’s rubbish nowers yeah it started off being very good and then I’ve I’ve heard some terrible reports about it North P Mak a shenanigans is open up people do it green on and everything or do you it’ll be very Rous down there later tides in as

Well soul sweet I don’t know if that’s open it is it yeah doors are open on it Scot is is helping look Springfields that’s open it’s a relation to Dusty Springfield that I think it would dust’s great nephew or something like That Tiffany is there look clont busy there showing you leprechaun in Wind oh there’s some leprechaun apparently in window I didn’t see them Driving the Imperial is quite a few in there L I’ll keep recording and I’m going to go past the um no break and as I was saying to you to the day it it does get busy I’ve never seen it as busy as it is today it’s they’re all parked outside of Road and everything there must be something going

Off but it was just unbelievable today oh they’re starting to work on these properties here look they’ve got yeah staircase up and everything so and railings so looks like they’re tidying them Up a little bit more than tidying Yeahs roundabout The Cliff’s hotel that’s a lovely out building isn’t it look like doing a bit of work on it this part of Blackpool Pro this part is uh Queen’s prominade this it’s it’s a very nice part this I think it’s highest part in Blackpool this it’s you’re a good way down onto beach from Here Genting Cas see now look you’ll not see it from this camera but I can see your barrowing furnace over there just out it it’s a bit bit dull but uh you can just see it Today Yeah well I hope you’re enjoying all these videos it seem to be uh few got a few more subscriptions and everything so uh keep up with it and I’ll keep making them uh could do with a few more uh what about 690 now well 680 690 uh viewers sub subscribers so
